I need to preface all of this by saying we did arrive later than expected for our reserved time frame but the experience we had was not justified just because we arrived late. The woman at the front counter was very rude to most of our party. We were celebrating a birthday and had about 10 guests total. When we asked about starting a second lane, the system for purchasing a lane versus using a lane was unclear and when asking for clarification the staff was rude and forceful. When we decided against purchasing another lane because it was not beneficial for only 2 people to be playing on a whole other lane, the staff acted like we were not allowed to sit with our friends’ birthday party and socialize unless also bowling. Then the wait staff/bar server was rude as well. They acted put out by every order and like we were an inconvenience to even ask for drinks or food. The food was overpriced and lack luster for what it is. The only reasonable staff in the building was the bartenders themselves but if you have a lane it feels they prefer you to order from the server rather than coming to the bar. When we decided to forgo another round of bowling to check out the upstairs arcade, I ordered another drink. As I received my drink the waiter rudely told me to make sure to remember to pay my tab when I finished at the upstairs arcade. Overall I would rather go to a dive bar style bowling alley than here again because it’s very overpriced and the staff acts as if they can’t be bothered to even have customers. Who knows maybe it’s just the Monday staff but I was very unimpressed.
My personal experience with this business: FOR BOWLING MAKE RESERVATIONS. PERIOD. I was lucky and got 30 minutes of bowlinghave to make a reservation but so many people make reservations that if you don't you're never going to get in most likely especially on peak play x weekends and evenings so on so forththere is soon as you walk in the doors there's a bar to the left no minors allowed there is a desk to your front that is to pay for bowling and to check in for your bowling lane when you make your reservation if you go up stairs there is an arcade that is expensive but they have very cool games. For two people to play guitar hero cost a dollar fifty for 1 song! The guitars worked with screen work and it sounded good worth the money! I recommend if you would like to save money on the arcade go to Groupon they have by 20 for 10 on the arcade token credits. You'll need it to combat the prices on the rest of purchases you'll make..... Starting with front counter, very nice staff, they squeezed us in w/o a RSVP, best they could do 5*, waitress 5*, and facility overall it's way too small to accommodate the people who come there. It's too small but I spent $20 on the 30minutes of bowling & shoe rental for 2 people, $13on an appetizer, $3.00 on a Coke, $20 in the arcade //////////////////////$56.00 for about 1.15 hours of fun which, we will definitely do again but, differently. More money, more friends, and reservations! Hope this helped!
I called a nearly a week in advance and scheduled a reservation for the time slot 8:30pm-10:30pm we had a group of nearly 20 so our games were pretty long. We all had payed for 1 hour of play figuring if we had more time we would pay for more. At the one hour mark (9:30pm) we tried to pay for more and they said no we had to leave because there were other people coming. After trying to negotiate with the desk and getting no where I walked away to gather my things to leave this male worker came up behind me yelling at me I felt threatened I yelled back at him to stop talking to me and that we were leaving so he immediately went and started clearing our stuff and even dumped one of our families drinks and then tried to deny it. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone as long as this is how they do business and this guy still works there. We were good customers we were not disruptive we bought lots of food and beverages and now the just lost about 20 customers plus their other friends and family. Bad bad business practices here
Updated Review: I recently visited Grand Central for a friends birthday. He reserved 3 lanes and the party was kids friendly. There were 5 kids bowling. After paying for the 5 kids to bowl at $8 per game. We requester that one of the lanes be converted to bumpers for the kids. The lady at the front was nice enough to say they could accommodate. After a few minutes a man that I am assuming was the manager came over to tell me he was not going to convert the lane for us amd the kids would need to play on the other lanea with the adults who are damn near professionals. I was confused as I had just paid more than $100 for 2 games of bowling how he could just refuse to convert a lane that was reserved and paid for because he didnt want to.... do the 3rd lane we reserved sat unused for about 90 minutes just because he didnt want to help us. Ive already had a bad experience here but now i am for sure I will direct people to other family bowling establishments in the city.
Grand Central is a downtown Portland institution. Downstairs features comfortable couches with dark leather like material, full bar with plenty of high tables and stools to sit and enjoy both beer and cocktails. Upstairs is another smaller bar and a small but decent arcade including an air hockey table. The seating is both high set tables with stools and long tables perfect for large gatherings. One other cool feature is the upstairs fireplace. Grand Central's atmosphere of fun: arcade, bowling, drinks, food, fireplaces is the perfect blend for kids and adults. Parking isn't terrible with a downstairs garage and there is usually street parking is available in the inner SE neighborhood. Morrison street can be busy until later at night, so watch little ones getting out of the car. It's best to reserve a table, walk-ins are very much hit and miss. So plan ahead.
My husband booked a reservation for my birthday party a week out as per their policy. We arrived at our reservation time this evening and were told that they didn’t have a reservation for our group. The young woman that helped us was very kind and tried her best to make the moment right by offering game cards for the arcade, but they ended up closing the arcade like 30 min later before we even made it up stairs. One thing that particularly bothered me about the situation was the manager?, I assume because he was wearing a button down, came over to the computer to look for our reservation and when he also couldn’t find it just left her to break the news to us. A good manager would have owned the moment and apologized to us. In all, it was a sour experience and we won’t be back.
Food is just ok. Bad part was the bowling lane we were given wasn't recording the pins correctly, so we had to reset the score almost every time. Manager eventually got the lane serviced but took time from our lane. Did get refunded for the bowling as we should have for the amount of down time had. We then went upstairs to the games where several were broken. Pinball machine had broken parts inside the cabinet, one of the Pacman controls would not go up, ping pong game had no balls in it. Place is lacking people who care about the facility. Ladies at the bowling checkin desk were busy talking with each other instead of checking people in. The server we had In the restaurant was probably the best interaction we had.
This was my first trip to Grand Central. I was there with a pretty decent size the group of about 20 people. I thought the food was very average best and a little on the pricey side. My margarita and Tequila Sunrise were both very good though. Both the lady tending bar in the waitress in charge of our group we're both amazing. You would have never known there were 20 of us because we never had to wait for anyting. I give it 4 stars overall just because the service was so good. Even though we did not bowl or play video games, they both look very cool. Even though I was not crazy about the food, I enjoyed the place enough that I would give it another try just in case it was an off-day and it was not horrible.
The bowling alley is fun. Very dark and decorated like a night club. We didn't eat there so I won't comment on the food. The bowling itself was a little pricey, as there definitely are more cheaper options to bowl in town. The parking was a hit and a miss due to limited parking in the underground structure, and the street parking is paid at $4 every 2 hrs and was slim to come by, so definitely plan your parking/walking to the place accordingly based on your time and your will of walking distance. The bowling alley had their own server, which was rad for drinks. Lots of nice couch seating for you and your crew while bowling. All the equipment is modern, nice, and well kept. We will be back again!
Food was good, but of course super unhealthy. Their portion sizes were huge also and reasonably priced. I was surprised that it was actually at a conversational volume in there. Cool atmosphere. Our server was really inattentive and kept getting our orders mixed up. She didn't seem new either, so I don't know what's going on there. They also didn't have our reservation saved but the host was really nice. The deep fried Twinkies were over cooked. I would definitely go back and try things again though. The atmosphere made it worth it and the loaded tots were delicious. It's apparently a popular spot for work pasties. There were like four different ones going on when we were there for the holidays.
What a cool experience. I had driven by a number of times but never had the opportunity to check it out. A perfect location off of Morrison I was pleasantly surprised to see how upscale and modern this place is. Was expecting a dingy bowling alley... this was the farthest thing from it!! They have a nice bar with good eats. Plenty to choose from. Burgers, wings, tacos, bowls, and much more!! You can stop by for the food or swing by to get a few frames in, or check out upstairs for the arcade. There is something for everyone to have a good time. Service at the restaurant could be a bit better and more friendly, but it was an overall good experience. Would recommend checking it out.
I could see this being a fun date night, but the night we went (it was a Wednesday), they seemed very understaffed. I think we probably waited in line 10 minutes (no exaggeration), while the flustered woman behind the desk took care of the 2, yes, two patrons in front of us. Meanwhile, her bald companion studiously avoided eye contact or anything that might be construed as helpful...had we not been meeting friends, we probably would have left. On the flip side, the beer selection wasn't bad, the bartender was efficient & nice and the appetizers we nibbled on were quick to come out, hot and tasty.
Ordered food and it was made at 6:26 PM. It’s then showed up at 7:59 PM and the burger was completely soggy and falling off from the bottom, was incorrectly made to order and the rest of the order was cold and I was out over 25$ for dinner. Once UberEats denied to refund the purchase I was told by the Manager John there was nothing that could be done because it was the apps issue. I have given business to the kitchen multiple times this month and this was a very frustrating situation where I’m just out of my money ultimately with no resolution
The manager here approached my group when our time started and harassed us. He basically told us that we won’t have time to play two games. The lanes were paid for and reserved, and there is no reason to harass already paying customers about whether they are or are not bowling during their time. He has continued to stare at my group in his attempt to being intimidating which is his failure. This was my first time here, and will be my last unfortunately. Looks like a cool spot, but harassing managers is something I want nothing to do with.
We came in a party of 14 to the restaurant and everyone was served their meals before us. When asking the waiter, they said they had crossed our meals off his list by accident. We reorder our meals, another 20 mins waiting. Our party was leaving. I had to get up to find the waiter and request our meals to be boxed to take home. Our bill was 78.00 and some change. Checking out We had to leave a tip...... food was cold. The waiter didn't even offer a discount or something for his mistake. Disappointing because our previous visits were good.
A large group of us went bowling during their late-night happy hour time after spending the night at a few breweries, and it was a great finish to our evening. The lane fees were reasonable, and the food/drink specials were a nice bonus. The bowling itself was highly enjoyable, and there was nice little touches like music videos to go along with the music projected on the end of each lane. My only slight complaint was the speed of the service. Our server was friendly enough, just a little slow for how non-busy it was at the time.
Just visited for the first time last night and it was really fun! Definitely the funnest bowling alley I've ever been to. They have a lot of colored lights that add an element to the atmosphere, and good music playing. The staff was alright, they were attentive. Drinks weren't very strong, but tasted good. The food was delicious!! Especially the nachos... They have a ton of games upstairs, like air hockey and video games. The upstairs is loft style and looks over the the lanes, which is cool. :) overall it was fun!
I truly enjoyed being here. My husband job had a Christmas party here and it was amazing. The food was spectacular and the help was awesome as well. I'm not a fan of not having that many options for beer but their liquor was quite full so it made up for it. I like that they had a top floor with a ton of games. It was fun to let loose for a night. I definitely will consider coming here again when it's just my husband and I so we can go bowling. Their Lanes look great! Very well kept and clean.
Our server was awesome, this review is NOT her fault. We called yesterday and was told the Packers audio would be a thing. Just kidding, I guess. The D bag was pretty rude about that NOT happening. Go across the street to "Home, a bar" if you are a Packers fan, or really if you like sports with sound. Apparently, "they have mixed fans" so instead you get to listen to the bowling alley's tubes instead. Sorry Grand Central, not returning. Again, the server we had was super sweet.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think sticking your fingers in random holes than eating delicious finger foods would be a thing. Well, here it is very much a thing and you won't think twice about whether them ball holes were properly sanitized bc all you'll care about is getting another bite of their delicious hush puppies or horking down the loaded nachos. Seriously though, the staff and everything about this place is great. A gem of a place.
We went here for a team activity after work and it was a great space - restaurant, bar and bowling on the main floor, arcade games upstairs, parking available onsite in the basement garage. We bowled one game with a large group and then hung out for food/a drink before a smaller group went upstairs to play shuffleboard and a few other games upstairs. Fun, clean space that's family and company friendly - would totally go back (and plan to!).
I went here on my 21st birthday last year and it was a lot of fun! The place is really nice and the food and drinks were great. My only complaint (and its a super petty one) is they didn’t check my ID! And it was my 21 so I was weirdly excited about it, then they checked my friends ID and noticed her birthday was 4 days previous so they gave her a free drink. On my birthday. It’s petty but I’m still irked. But everything else was great
Ok, so this place is so chill, dim lights, good music, good drinks, alright food, good service, and a good atmosphere... except for the fact the we kept getting the side eye from staff for playing left handed gutter ball so badly although we're both right handed bowlers. just to strengthen our handicap as professional bowlers in all... We will definitely be back soon to bowl.. And maybe next time we will check out the arcade upstairs..
The bowling is the main thing I went there for, it was kinda jank. Some times the pins just would fall over before you threw it, and while I personally didn't care, if I were someone who played bowling a lot I would be annoyed. There service is good the food people always check in to see if you need anything often. There's also a water jug with cups always accessable so you don't have to talk to people if you just want water.
the sever we had didn’t card anybody for their drinks, while making jokes about not carding. a few of us are very young and could pass for under 21 and he still didn’t card us. didn’t get his name but very unprofessional and unsafe. also we experienced technical glitchy for the entire game. he did nothing to resolve the issue so people missed turns and had inaccurate scores. bad time. won’t be coming back.
This is a great place to eat if you are going to a place like Helium comedy club or Revolution Hall and want to meet friends and get some food and a drink or too. The food is good for the hot chicken sandwich and the tacos and tater tots were good too and the pizza as well. It is not fine dining but much better than you would expect for a bowling alley and easy to get a table and quick service in and out.
This is a fantastic all in one night! Just park once, go in and have it all! There is bowling, drinks, arcade games and plenty of amazing food to munch on! I love that you can order off 5 different menu in one restaurant. From wings to sushi to a French dip, you can have a little of everything and it is all delicious! Highly recommend for a night out with the girls or date night with the one.
Had so much fun with friends. Comfortable seating, easy to reserve and you have a server assigned to your lane which makes it easy to order food and drinks. They have a bunch of arcade games upstairs and another bar. Several of the games weren’t working, but not a big deal. There’s a parking garage, but it fills up quickly, so be prepared to drive around the block, but even then it’s pretty easy.
The manager & food service person waited on us. The service was quick as was the food. We ordered can a regular hamburger & garden type burger, fries, Cobb salad & Shirley Temple. The fries were barely warm. The staff checked to see how our order was & whisked the fries away & got us hot fresh fries. The food was good & the service was superb. I would definitely return & would recommend.
Been here several times and always have a great time! 2 birthdays and leisure bowling! Great food great atmosphere, good for kids too! (You can just roll in, but definitely not with kids) so be sure to make a reservation if you want a guaranteed bowling experience! But food, drinks, killer screens for ALL sports, are always available! Best Hotwings!! I stopped by just to get some to go!!
Family of five and we went for 2 hours and it cost $220 including food. The food is very mediocre: probably the worst fried calamari I've had in my life. The video games are nice but you could easily spend another 50 bucks on that for a family I think this place has a lot of potential but they've decided to go low brow on the food.... they're definitely making some money though.
Came here for a corporate holiday party and the place exceeded my expectations. The bowling was great, everything functional, but I expected that. The food and drinks were the exception. Great steak bites and chicken chunks in a couple nice sauces. Excellent mashers and sauteed veggies. The drinks were strong but well mixed. If be happy if they invite us there again next year.
My wife and I had a blast!!! Stumbled across the place driving by heading to a bar for a drink, decided to stop in and best decision in Portland!! Bowling, Arcade Games, food was decent and prices were great for happy hour as we went after 8:30pm. Was very modern, clean and fun. Only complaint was the music choice hahaha but everyone has their own taste, still 5 stars!!!!
They have GLUTEN FREE GOODNESS HERE!!! Our wings were amazing, nachos were top notch, and our drinks were so good! They make their own sour mix and much more so drinks are a major score! Sorry I forgot to take pics of the food, however it was great. Bowling was so fun, spacious lanes and the arcade had Pac-Man 4 player and My Personal Favo: METALLICA PIN BALL ⚡️
Food is pretty darn good! Mango habanero sauce was fantastic! (The blue cheese was not good but the ranch dressing was stunning!) Super tasty sandwich! Service was very good, bartender and chef were great! Bowling wait time is a little bit long. Went for football because of their nfl package and found out they don’t have it, just cbs and fox.
Terrible experience! Horrible incompetent staff and manager. Made a reservation and they had it wrong in their system and would not honor it. The manager was not apologetic and when we finally got a lane would not allow us to play a second game. Did not provide a good experience and continued not to take ownership for their mistake.
Great atmosphere! I thought it was just a bowling alley with bar food and drinks but I was wrong. The food is from a few different local restaurants and I was blown away at how good the food was. The bar is big. The bowling lanes are nice. The music is good and the arcade is decent. Recommend if you don't know what you to eat or do.
The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. One thing that surprised me was the fact that most places in Portland you have to make a reservation. YES it gets busy and it’s for ALL AGES. I’m glad that it has its spun parking garage too. TBH one of the best parts is its location, plenty of breweries and places to nibble.
Had my daughter’s 18th birthday party here! Amazing time! Couldn’t have been anymore perfect! The atmosphere was super cool and the staff was very accommodating. Great place for bowling and food with a fun vibe. Oh, and parking was great! Free underground parking with plenty of space. Will definitely be back …
Food is your basic average fast food when it comes to flavor. Drinks were good and priced pretty fair. Bowling is alright had to reset the the score board a few times. The arcade is average. Half the games were broken or not working. I would spend the extra in fuel to go somewhere a little more update and worth it.
Bowling alley was busy tonight but they were able to squeeze us in for 30 minutes. That was about 1.5 games of just fast throwing the ball. It was still fun! While waiting, we had some decent salad at the restaurant. The servers are attentive with just some few kinks but it was all good. Food did not disappoint.
so happy this place is functioning! my kid's needed this! very sanitary and safe. each lane has a sanitized ball of every weight so they're able to keep track of what needs to be sanitized when. The bacon wrapped prawns are amazing! We had the sweetest female server that was totally sensitive to my wild child's
Fun place, great location. They have your standard computer scoring, retractable bumpers for the kids. They food options and quality was pretty good. Salads, brunch, plus the usual fried fare. The service was fantastic from the front check-in to the table staff. Great place for a date night or family outing.
Overpriced chain quality food. Same with drinks. Not even sure if there was alcohol in my drink or not. Also our server seemed annoyed by us for some reason and I have no idea why. Lanes were fine but not worth the money. Conclusion: Can get same quality food, drinks & lanes for half the price elsewhere.
I know bowlings kind of outdated, but it seems to be having a comeback and if you're on the trend train then you need to come out here to Grand Central. Personally I think it's the best, but come see for yourself and you decide. I actually suck at bowling, so.... Still the place is great.
The food is really pretty good, and the upstairs arcade is definitely a lot of fun - bonus points for pinball. However, for a bowling spot it's definitely meant for parties of casual bowlers. The projectors and lights are a bit distracting when you're trying to take the frames seriously.
It's a great all-in-one place for fun. Kind of an adult Chuck E Cheese. Food was great, but the tacos are more like mini tacos and are $3.50 a piece. Cocktails are good but way overpriced as they are not artisan. Customer service is hit or miss, two out of four employees were engaging.
Good clean fun! The arcade has lots of space between games now as a covid measure, and both floors are much less noisy than the average bowling alley OR arcade. Good job muting the sound reverb, for sure. As a person sometimes triggered by loud noises I really appreciate that.
Great place to come and drink and play games. We came for dinner and ended up staying a few hours drinking beers and playing games. The bartender upstairs was great, he helped us order food and mixed great drinks. Overall we will definitely be back. Added bonus is the parking.
What an awesome experience!!! From the minute you walk in staff are super friendly and helpful!! The bowling is great, the service is top notch!! We stayed for the food and it was excellent!!! The wait staff, Sophia especially, was excellent!!! We will definitely be back!!!
Loved this place. Not to much and not overdone, but just right. Went bowling, played arcade games, and got food with my family. The bowling was great, they had just enough fun arcade games, and the food was great. Super clean and easy parking. Will definitely be back soon.
Lanes are very nice. Your ball slips down more than rolls down. Always very busy though, not cheap, and hard to get a lane. Never been able to get one as a walkin, weekday or weekend. Make sure you plan ahead! Food wise, wings were tasty and not small. Service was corgial.
Fun but way to expensive....$ 75 for 1 hour with 3 people playing.....ya.....way to much money. If they want to make it better than they should probably lower there prices....there the most expensive and have old broken games and the bowling ball machine was even broken.
Really cool bowling alley with small arcade upstairs and two bars. Definitely reserve lanes ahead of time ! We walked in and were able to get a spot on a Saturday night but weren't able to bowl as long as we wanted to because there were other reservations.
Very well kept large Bar and great food. Tons of lanes for bowling staff was super nice bar tenders were fast and friendly Are server was also very good and checked on us regularly. We had a group of 20 or so. Thank you Grand Central Bowling and Staff.
This ain't your granddad's bowling alley. Very clean and tightly run with space for dining and a full bar so you don't get bored at your kids birthday party. Definitely on the spendy side, but fun for a night if you've got the corporate credit card.
This is the perfect place for all bowling and disco lovers! You will not only have a Spare of fun but you will also Strike your days with amazing memories and the best attention given by the staff here. The GO TO place for a great time with friends.
We had such a fun time bowling and playing the arcade games upstairs today. We had a minor issue with 1 arcade game and Kate was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you are looking for fun with friends, a date, or escape from the heat.
My hubby and I bowled for the first time and we enjoyed our time here. We were visiting Portland from Central California. Calamari was delicious, bathrooms were clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this place.
Grand Central Bowl & Arcade is a fun spot for an evening out. Their food is pretty good, you can get an unlimited gaming card for $20, and they have like 10 bowling lanes. My work has held its holiday party here three years in a row now. We
$42 for two games, definitely not worth the price. Instead of simply charging per game they set a time limit and we had to go back to the desk twice to reup the time when we had two frames left, and when we literally had one half of a frame
While this place is listed on multiple sites as a place to watch the Packer game, and I've watched most Packer games there for 11 years, it is decidedly not a place to watch the Packer game this season. I've had multiple issues with getting
I had a great time bowling here! The bowling experience was top-notch and the arcade games added an extra layer of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful making the visit even more enjoyable. I also love the giant screens above the lanes
Just love the atmosphere, The food I've gotten has always been hot, delicious & creative.. The staff behind the bar was very polite & timely with a positive attitude :) I don't know what they could have done to make my experience better?
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and selection of this place! Great American foods and snacks menu, decent beers and clean place. Staff were super friendly and music was great! Had a quick game of bowling and loved the place!
I definitely enjoyed the environment. The employees were helpful and friendly. Bowling gets full fast. There are plenty of arcade games to enjoy with friends or family. I'll definitely be taking my kids here next time to plan a party.
It was just your typical bowling place. I would go again. The waiter was nice and the guys we play next to us where awesome too. But it was bowling. I would come back here again. By the way, I suck at bowling but I had a great time.
Bowling was fun. 8/10 woupd bowl here only again. Food was OK, half cold and food. Not bad, not great. Upstairs games are decent l. Basketball is waste of your money, the balls are so deflated throwing is pointless and not fun.
If you need a place to host an event, or a training. Haley is the person, and this is the place! From inquiry all the way to the end of the event they have you covered, and they can help make literally anything happen!
The staff there is really wonderful and very accommodating. We were a group of 8. While bowling we had great food service and also when we went to the restaurant to have dessert and celebrate birthdays. Thank you.
Went last night for our company holiday party! Service was very prompt and friendly. Our server kept the table organized and the drinks flowing. Good music, cool lighting, comfy seating! Would highly recommend!
Handed over my debit card. Asked them not to run it.That I'd pay cash when finished. Immediately ran it. Then paid cash for everything being told they'd reverse it. 5 days later still not back on my card.
Very clean and nice. As classy as a bowling alley gets. Very cool and diverse little arcade upstairs with 3 air hockey tables. Generous pours for happy hour rail drinks. Nice place to hang out for sure.
It was decent, is a nice place. We only play one bowling game we wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t enjoy the arcade games due to a private event. And there was no pool table either.
What fun find! It was a great place to drop in and play a few games air hockey and pinball and we wished we had time to bowl a few lanes as the vibe on the lanes was really enticing.
Great place to gather with friends for bowling, food and drink. Still getting used to timed bowling, but we all had fun. Good music, good customer service and good server service.
Went bowling with a group of 9 people. Food and drinks were served quickly. Our server was amazing and split our tabs with ease. I highly recommend the pork tacos! Delicious!
Lots of fun for the whole family with bowling and an arcade. I did not bowl or play games, but I had the happy hour old fashioned and spicy cauliflower. Both delicious!
The food is damn good, the service was excellent as well at the dinner table. However, the service at the bar downstairs was terrible. Overall a really fun place.
Drove here after being ignored at the woodsman. Lucky we did. Terrific burgers and nachos and cocktails. More than just bowling, great food and service too.
Company party was Fantastic! The people at Grand Central are amazing, funny, friendly and so on top of everything! All we had to do was have fun …
A little overpriced. The atmosphere is nice though, and the food is definitely solid. Servers are friendly, the lanes seem even, give it a try!
Good drinks. The shoes are so comfy I forgot I was wearing them. Make sure you reserve your lanes or they might be gone, even on a monday.
Cool place for a get together with people of all ages. Can bowl, play games, watch sports, and catch a bite to eat and something to drink.
It was a small tiny portion of fries with a small size burger. For 16 I felt I did not get what I paid for. Servers where kind and nice.
Super fun I had my team builder there with my whole team and not only do we have fun but now we're gonna recommend it for other people
Fun family spot and great for adult evening out. Staff is amazing, layout is fun and fluid, and food and drink are delicious!! $$
Fun atmosphere but the staff is not very friendly and made it a hassle to reserve lanes for my birthday. I felt like a burden.
Tuna salad, Cobb salad, burger, and kid chicken nuggets. Everything was okay, other than waiting 20 minutes for one drink.
They are wonderful, we had an amazing time. Great atmosphere, great place to celebrate a birthday or gather with friends.
Staff was fast, friendly, and accommodating. Especially since we had our 7 and 2 year-olds there for the first time.
Honestly it's one of the nicest blowing alleys I've ever been to. Great customers service and speed wait staff.
The video arcade is great, a little pricey though, and the service from the bar staff was top notch.
Very nice, good waitstaff, if you like watching sports while bowling, then this is your place.
Love the vibe at Grand Central..the staff was awesome with our party of seven 11 year olds.
The food is soooooo good! Service was good too. I highly recommend getting snacks here!
Great place, good food. Lanes are a bit old, but still fun to be at. Not very crowded
Cover charge (???) for an overpriced arcade…. The beer was decent. Go somewhere else
Need less finger food for bowling. Touching food and a communal ball isn't sanitary.
Excellent bar and happy hour! Also, check out the free underground parking.
