I'm literally in awe of the quality of care and service I've received to date at Grange Family Dental. Dr Jeremy is meticulous, diligent and highly professional and goes to great lengths to ensure patients' full understanding of his recommendations, why particular treatments are needed and what the various options are. At all times, he has gone to the effort to show me via the wand camera what has happened with my teeth and how to correct them. Price-wise, I believe you do get what you pay for and this has been seriously demonstrated to me in reference to past dental treatments. At long last, I've found a dentist I can wholeheartedly trust to be honest, transparent and fair, and to not just make a money grab. I'm so tired of health professionals that are self-serving and ultimately, don't deliver the quality of care patients deserve, but don't comprehend. The clinic features state-of-the-art equipment and Jeremy clearly enjoys being able to offer its advantages to patients. The other staff I've encountered (Bella and Kelly) are wonderfully empathetic, helpful and generous with their time as well. In all, the practice seems to be efficiently run, well managed, thoughtfully staffed and expertly attended by dental professionals. Parking is ample out front. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment with Grange Family Dental where you will be incredibly well looked after and no doubt grateful to have found the same experience that I have.

I have found Grange Family Dental truly to be a ‘Family’ friendly practice. Jenny, Bella and the rest of the receptionist team have always been so helpful and interested in us. The dentist and receptionist team seem to have great communication between them, so I’ve always felt well cared for, especially when difficult ‘teeth’ situations have come up as they do from time to time. I have experienced the dental care of dentist Elwynn Heah and Jeremy Lam at the practice, and they have shared a common desire to treat me with genuine respect and care. I have always appreciated them being patient, informing me of my ‘teeth situation’ for any given issue, proactively suggesting their professional views and answering all my questions to help me make an informed decision about my dental care. The dental assistants also do a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout my treatments. I am currently being treated by dentist Jeremy Lam and my experience with him has been first-rate. I have found that not only does he have excellent dentistry expertise but also a rare exceptional extra-mile attitude toward patient care. Dr Jeremy Lam and the staff at Grange Family Dental are amazing! What originally started out as a regular check up, Family Grange Dental discovered an abscess on my front capped tooth and provided the plan to treat the abscess and receive a new front tooth crown. I was treated like a Hollywood super-star and was spared the Hollywood cosmetic treatment fees - very reasonable costs! Dr Jeremy is first and foremost a professional and perfectionist. This was certainly exemplified in receiving the correct colour, shape and fitting of my front tooth crown. I was able to 'test drive' a temporary crown and Dr Jeremy 'perfected' the long-term crown from my feedback in wearing the temporary version. I didn't think it was possible to improve on the temporary crown but Jeremy persisted and I now have a crown that authentically matches the look and feel of my other teeth and my smile! It is not artificial-looking at all and has the look and feel of real tooth. What's more he was able to shape the crown so that it improved the straight alignment of my top front teeth. True perfection! My wife (!) and I couldn't be happier and are truly grateful to Jeremy and the team at Grange Family Dental for looking after me.

I have visited to 3 or 4 dentists in the past few years and, honestly no one had impressed me. Upon a recommendation by a friend, I started to have continuous treatment with Dr Lam and Dr Willis since last year. Dr Lam is the best dentist that I have had. If I can give him 100 stars then I am more than happy to. He is super patient and professional in explaining the detailed procedure, not just how but why, making me well informed through the treatment. He makes a good use of the excellent facilities e.g., 3D imaging to help me understand the core issues and treatment orientation. He even goes the extra miles to care for his patients. He would leave messages to check on me after treatment and his mobile contact just in case I have had any queries or concerns. He works closely with Dr Willis for my treatment, who is very detailed and thorough in every procedure. I have complete confidence with them both! Dr Lam leads such an amazing team at the clinic. The warm greeting and lovely smile from the staff make my every visit enjoyable. I cannot thank them more!

I have been attending Grange Family Dental practice for the past 6 years. During that time I have been consistently impressed by the state of the art facilities that mean accurate, rapid, pain free dentistry superior to anything I've experienced previously, including 3D xrays and crowns while I wait. Important to me is the camaraderie that is obvious across the practice and the friendly expertise at every level including reception, dental hygienist and practice assistants. I particularly enjoy Jeremy's expertise. He is my idea of the perfect dentist. I had three wisdom teeth removed with Dr Jeremy Lam. Dr Lam was very thorough and took the time to explain in great depth from my first consultation with him in the morning to my extraction later in the day. The amount of care and time dedicated during the consultation and procedure was not like any other experience I’ve had with my previous dentist. For the extraction, his knowledge and experience showed when he happily answered any questions or concerns regarding the procedure and after care. Not only was he quick removing the wisdom teeth, he was superb at creating a very stress-free and relaxing environment with hints of story telling and jokes. I started out quite shaky and tense but quickly relaxed, knowing I was is safe hands. Dr Lam’s after-care recommendations aided in quick recovery, I had little to no facial swelling and minimal gum pain. Dr Lam and his team provided wonderful service from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend them more!!

I did not ever think it was possible to actually enjoy going to the dentist. However Jeremy and all of the dentists and staff at Grange Family Dental are very professional and friendly. I have required a few visits lately - the very last one for my wisdom teeth. I have only heard horror stories from friends and family members getting their wisdom teeth removed... However it really wasn't that bad. Jeremy scheduled me in at the very last minute to get me out of pain. I was worried about having my wisdom teeth out while in the chair. But he really made me feel comfortable and in the end did all 4 for my very quickly and absolutely pain free!!!! I was totally amazed with how easy it was. I think the whole experience was great. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jeremy, Alice, Chantelle and the rest of the team. My first visit was to fix numerous damaged tooth caused by my health issues. As well as fixing bad dental work from previous dentist. In spite of all the complicated situations Dr.Jeremy restored and reconstructed my horrible tooth and took my pain away immediately. With my Root canal and implant experience , both were executed in perfection... He truly is the Micheal Jordan of the dental field! Dr.Alice transformed my tooth alignment. She is sweet, kind and understanding. Therefore my journey of braces was 100% supported and pleasent experience thanks to her. Grange Family Dental have been looking after me and my kids for 5 years now. And we will continue to come back beause they always make us all feel at home and treat us like their family. My wife and I attended this practice before the current practitioner took over. We were always very satisfied with the care and attention the previous practitioner and with a change in the ownership one is always apprehensive that you will have the same confidence and connection with new. We found very quickly that we did make that connection with Jeremy and his staff from reception right through to the chair. The current owner has grown the practice not only in custom but in facilities. We are now very comfortable with our six monthly checks and a clear plan for the maintenance of our older teeth. We now have a one-stop shop for the more complex dental procedures such as crowns. in and out in around two (2) hours from base preparation through tooth design and fitting and for what we believe is a very reasonable cost particularly if you have dental cover with your health fund.

I have had the pleasure of Dr Jeremy Lams’ expertise since around 2005. I had avoided seeing a dentist for far too long. My teeth needed some serious work to get sorted, root canals, surgical extractions.. etc. I was so scared of the dentist I even got my mum to book my first appointment, through pure luck she found Medland and booked me in with Jeremy. The calming influence of Jeremy is second to none, although I was extremely apprehensive and anxious of what was to come Jeremy put me at ease every step of the way ( even the not so fun parts) Dr Jeremy has been my dentist ever since. Countless visits later I can still say this man is nothing short of a true professional. Fast forward to present day and I have developed such trust for Dr Jeremy and his team - especially Dr Albert that I nearly fall asleep in the chair At points! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I left my last dentist 3 years ago, and have become a patient of Dr Jeremy Lam at Grange Family Dental. What a difference. I have not seen a medical practise that is so friendly & professional - from the reception staff, the hygienist, nurses & of course the dentists. They obviously have long ongoing relationships with their client base, and they know how to achieve this. Jeremy has given me excellent care, & I have been able to have all my extensive dental work performed in their one stop shop. This includes my crowns, and dental implants which have been problem free. He has a plan that he discusses in detail with you, so you can be confident in both the costs, care, and outcome. This is easily the best dental practise around, & I am thrilled with their service. Recommended to everyone I know, who will soon become patients as well

I have been attending Grange Family Dental since 2018 and have been extremely impressed with the level of care received. Dr Jeremy Lam is extremely thorough, utilises modern techniques and technologies (all available on-site), and takes the time to explain the methods and reasoning behind all procedures. The addition of an in-house specialist dental hygienist (Anna) was also a welcome expansion of the GFD offering, and further improves on what was already a fantastic practice. Lastly - and most importantly - the admin staff are fantastic, easy to deal with, caring and have been very accommodating when I have had to change or move appointments. Even calling to advise a 15 min delay to my appointment time, a courtesy I have never been extended elsewhere. All-in-all, I could not recommend Grange Family Dental more strongly.

Dr Jeremy Lam is absolutely the best! He makes going to the dentist - fun! (and making annual checkups something to look forward to). Jeremy is super funny which makes it hard not to laugh when your mouth is wide open. The Grange Family Dental staff always makes you feel very welcome in his practice and provide a clean and well presented office with extra features for the kids. Adults get in chair television too. Jeremy has a strong passion for learning and continues to collect certifications in all areas of dentistry, making him well verse in the last trends, technologies and procedures. This provided the well needed confidence knowing you are in good hands. Jeremy is extremely experience doctor who is very gentile, thorough and provides extensive consultant (and laughs). I without-a-doubt would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!

Grange Family Dental has the best dentists and the team! I have been visiting and getting various treatments ( including tooth extraction, teeth cleaning, root canal treatment , crown etc.) about three years. I contacted other dentists before, and they weren’t transparent with the procedures, timeline, and additional costs, however, Grange Family receptionists and dentists were very informative, clear and responsive with our questions. Their experience removed my dental operation concerns and worries! Also, the office is always clean & hygienic and has up to date equipment with the recent technology. Dr. Jeremy Lam is always cheerful, calming and has a great knowledge of dental health and techniques! I’d strongly recommend Grange Family dentists for anyone who needs a regular dentist spot and a treatment plan!

We have all been going here since we moved to Brisbane 8 years ago. They are absolutely fantastic with kids and have looked after my son from when he was a toddler until present day. It doesn’t matter which dentist we’ve seen. They have all been brilliant. The girls behind the desk are always amazing and help with any health fund issues etc…On Monday I had to get a root canal, which I’ve been putting off for years due to how awful my experience had been at a specialist dentist in the city many years ago. Dr Jeremy put me at ease with his wonderful sense of humour and calm nature and before I knew it, it was over! NO pain, quick procedure and within a day or two I couldn’t even tell I’d had anything done. Absolutely first class. Cannot recommended this practice highly enough.

I had some drama with my wisdom teeth. I went to a dental specialist before I came to this clinic because in the appointment with that specialist, he didn't even ask me to open my mouth and just wrote me a quote and said "see you in the hospital". Dr Lam, on the other hand, did a thorough test and advised me that this is actually doable in the clinic (as he is experienced and sophisticated). He explained me patiently about all the possible issues that may encounter in the surgery and very good at relieving my anxiety. I therefore accepted the surgery and it didn't took too long to take all my wisdom teeth out. What's more, the quote Dr. Lam provided was much more affordable. The smoothest dental clinic experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!

This is by far the greatest dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. Dr. Jon & Dr Jeremy are masters at what they do. I had horrific anxiety with dentists I was given such support and care by Dr. Jon and Dr. Jeremy. The needles they give you for anaesthetic here are by far the most painless. They don't rush and make sure you are as pain free as possible. And the dental work they do is quality. I quite literally drive over 400 kilometres just to see this dentist. They have gotten me over my fear of dentists and anxiety due to they're excellent care. Can't recommend them highly enough, anyone I know that has a tooth problem, I recommend they go here. They are THE BEST!

Dr Jeremy Lam has been my dentist for over a decade now and I have nothing but 5star experiences to comment on. He is so good I followed him to Grange Family Dental from Medland Dental Centre. I suffered a very traumatic event years ago that has seen the requirement for complex fixes to my jaw and teeth. I have three implants from Jeremy, which is very much a specialisation of his. Jeremy's attention to detail is remarkable. Grane Family Dental even have their own onsite lab and can turnaround a porcelain crown same day. Apart from his kids, Jeremy very much lives and breathes dentistry ... and prioritises his patients. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

Absolutely the A1 Dental Surgery in Brisbane. My family and I have been regulars here for many years. Recently I required 2 crowns. I have never required any major dentistry so was a little apprehensive. I also had a very tight time frame for the surgery to be completed. The reception staff were extremely helpful with appointment times and patient with advice. Jeremy was especially generous with his time, working late and also during his lunch break to fit me in. He was gentle and ensured I was comfortable. I have nothing but praise for his professionalism and appreciated that he was acutely aware of being more particular than me with the completed work.

Grange Family Dental (GFD) are an extremely professional workplace, they deliver with upmost quality and have excellent dentists on board. I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jun Wei Loh and I was in disbelief at how smooth sailing the operation went, as well as the recovery process. He knows how to perform an efficient removal procedure as well as how to achieve the best recovery from wisdom teeth removal. My face did not swell up post operation, I was able to eat more than just soft foods after 2 days and there was minimal pain in my gums. I cannot rate Dr Jun more highly for anyone seeking this procedure, as well as GFD.

I've been attending Grange Family Dental for about six years. Dr Jeremy Lam the Principal Dentist is my personal Dentist. Dr Lam is not only talented and technically gifted but is also a very good manager. He has a eye for detail. I doubt if anything escapes his attention. Recently I had a crown fitted. The crown was fabricated at the Grange surgery using a state-of-the -art 3D printer. I was very impressed. The practice has the best available technology. Anna the Dental Hygienist cleans my teeth, she is very gentle and thorough. If you look hard you might find a service as good but I don't think you would find anything better.........

Fantastic experience. Had a crown done today by Dr Jeremy Lam, half way through. Now only waiting on my tooth to be created on machine a quick 45 minutes.Technology is great today - a far cry from my first crown 15 years ago where you had to wait two weeks while your tooth was being created. Now today I am all done in under two hours. Love this small family dentist great personal attention to customer service they always go that extra mile to making you feel special. I can confidently say that this dental surgery is the best I have ever visited. For many years my teeth had been in very poor condition with never ending & ongoing problem. Changing to Grange family Dental was the wisest decision for me & for good reason. They even have a fairy castle room for little patients, so adorable. My dental doctor, Jeremy, is extremely patient and caring, I feel very welcome and relaxed during my visit. The team at GFD are fantastic. They are always flexible with plenty of appointment options, and willing to find something that works. Anna is full of great dental health tips, and is a fountain of knowledge when you have questions. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and have always had a positive experience and great service. The staff of Grange Family Dental are always so welcoming and willing to help. I had a cyst removed from my lip recently by Dr Jeremy, which they were able to get me on a waitlist and into the practice quite quickly for surgery (thank you again!!). I was very nervous about the procedure but with a bit of humour and reassuring, I was put at ease! I would highly recommend Grange Family Dental.

Every element of Jeremy's care has been excellent. He has taken great efforts to make me feel welcome and at ease during my recent root canal. Having experienced a root canal at another dentist, I was glad to have Jeremy doing this one as his experience and high level of skill meant the entire process was pain and stress free and nothing like the care I had received elsewhere. I have other dental work that needs completing and I will definitely be returning the Jeremy to have it done.

Only last week I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, a procedure that I was relatively apprehensive about at the time. In spite of this, Jeremy's competency and proficiency in dentistry, alongside the friendly and good-natured assistants that he works with made the procedure that much easier to weather. I don't think I could have asked for anyone better to oversee my surgery. Have already recommended my friends to visit here to get their wisdom teeth removed, 5-stars from me.

My daughter had 3 wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Jeremy. Many of her friends have had similar surgery, and by far, her experience was nowhere near as traumatic as expected. Dr Jeremy took a great deal of care and time explaining the procedure. He was very gentle, infused a little humour along the way, which put her at ease. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Jeremy and his team are the most knowledgeable, friendly and caring people I've ever met. I've had several dentists over the years and all sort of issues, from braces to fillings, from root canal work to extractions...Jeremy is the best. He takes the time to explain, in plain English, what is wrong and how it can be fixed. He has a solution for everything. The team around him are just phenomenal, they have a bit heart. In my opinion, they are very reasonably priced too.

What a fantastic experience! I had been putting up with chronic pain from one of my wisdom teeth for a long time. I had been putting off the operation as I don't deal well with pain or being at the dentist. However Jeremy and his assistant made me feel comfortable and removed the tooth virtually pain free! Could not recommend grange family dental highly enough. It’s a smooth and seamless process, from the welcoming and bubbly reception staff, who always greet you with a smile, to the technicians and dentists, you can’t go wrong. They use the latest technology to make anything from a checkup to a crown easy and comfortable, to the point I almost fell asleep getting a filling! My son actually wants to go the dentist as Jeremy is so gentle and so he can play video games!

Jeremy and team have been absolutely fantastic and i couldnt recommend them highly enough. Jeremy always explains fully every procedure he is about to perform and he shows you what job he is going to do using his state of the art photographic system. While it isn't my favourite place to visit Anna and the rest of the team make it much more appealing. I am one of those people who are highly anxious about visiting the dentist. I need happy gas just got a check-up. Anna is professional and reassuring throughout the experience and I come away from my visit feeling calmer than when I went in! I would not hesitate to recommend Anna for any of your dental needs.

I have moved from Toowoomba and was really hesitant about finding a new dentist. Grange Family Dental was recommended and all I can say is that Jeremy Lam is truly an AMAZING dentist. I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. Dr Jeremy Lam has operated it for the last 10 years. He and all his staff are professional, personable and extremely helpful. The practice always seems to have the latest and best dental technology which means, speaking for myself, no treatment seems protracted or tedious. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jeremy and he is an amazing dentist. I didn’t even realise he had pulled them out - it was so pain free. I am a very anxious person and he calmed me down by making jokes and telling me about what he was doing during the procedure. I would 100% recommend him to anyone, especially if you are scared of the dentist. I will always come back to GFD for all of my dental work.

I was referred to a specialist for a root canal retreatment. I had to wait for 4 months for an appointment. My friend recommended me Dr Lam and I got an appointment to see him in a month. I am so impressed with his expertise, patience, and the way he makes patients at ease. I highly recommend him but at the same time, I don't want him to be booked out.

Albert took the time to go over X-rays and photos of my teeth and proceeded to give a thorough clean even though I knew this appointment would have taken much longer than expected. Dr Jeremy is a gem. He is a considerate and thorough dentist who looks after our whole family. He is as great with kids as adults and really helps you manage your mouth health. I have been seeing Dr Jeremy Lam as my dentist for over 10 years now. I have a real phobia with Dentists in general though, but from my first visit Jeremy had a real knack with being emphatic which put me immediately at ease. 12 years later I’m still seeing him, which is a real testament to his skill and compassion.

They are super family friendly. Warm greeting from receptionist, then the waiting area is comfortably setup, for both grownups and little kids. We visited the clinic several times, the first few times, my kid wouldn’t open her mouth during checkup, but she always have good time during the visit. Highly recommended.

Jeremy was able to squeeze us in such a short notice and my pregnant wife couldn't be more happier. Jeremy and Xuru were also very informative with us on the procedure to ensure we were comfortable.
