We had to get a whole new system for our heat pump/ac in February of this year. December 1st the heat goes out. I contacted and they said they would be between 5 and 7pm getting here. Then almost got a call back saying they could have someone between 2 and 4. They were here at 2:15! They checked and apparently the circuit board went awful due to a power surge we had had the day before. It was covered under warranty! The guys who came were professional and respectful. They couldn't get the part until the next day but they came back as fast as they could get it here. Again very professional and very respectful. They even said they would take care of the warranty and claim for me! I'm so happy with their service! Thank you all so so very much!

This is the most professional, quick and experienced heating/ company I have ever dealt with. They made sure I understood they were doing even when I told them to put it in childlike terms. The technicians were thoughtful and polite. I want to an organization that they never dealt with they accommodated me and made sure I was taking care of in the expedient manner. These guys were great! We had a major sewer fix needed. Josiah and Norman helped us out! Josiah got lined up as promised. Josiah and Norman did a terrifc job, were professional and kept us informed throughout the repair. They made sure everything was in working order before they left. We had a big job going on in our backyard. Braxton and his crew went above and beyond for us, far more than I ever expected. They were able to come a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. Just had them inspect, give estimate, and didn't end up using them for what was going to be expensive outside drain pipe replacement. But the inspector (Josh) was knowledgeable and straightforward and gave me terrifc advice on how to do (a version of) the task myself.

I Was having problems with the smart thermostat after installing a new furnace. The manual I downloaded from the Amana site was not readable. Gerald arrived out and set it for heating and cooling. He showed me how he did it and made sure that I understood how it worked. He did a fine job!

They arrived out and did a awesome job rewiring my house. They completely replaced my external breaker box and combined my 2 internal breaker boxes. The wire routing was clean, and the lifetime warranty of the new breaker boxes gives me confidence in the reliability of the new equipment.

Pete arrived and installed an Aprilair whole building humidifier and did a wonderful job. He was quick and knowledgeable. I am always curious to see how things are done and installed so I hung with him through the install and he shared lots of info and was personable. I highly recommend!

Doug Jira installed a timer switch for an attic fan and installed two ceiling fans, one of which required replacing a higher-rated ceiling box and bracket. He was great. personable and consulted on trouble where he wasn't sure what we might want done. He has our highest praise.
