This convenience store is ridiculous. I was running for my train that came in 3 minutes, I went to the store and the attendant who was an old man told me that I could not get cash out qith my top up. He then directed me to the ATM machine and I told him that I just needed to top up and get $5 cashout. He refused to serve me and went back to unpacking the shelves. He was rude, dismissive and condescending. No sense of customer service at all. You woupd think they would know better being situated in a high traffic location. 7-Eleven would never. I will never support this business or the owners again.

Was charged $20.20 for a $20 Opal card, but given a receipt that reads $20.

Alittle under-stocked, & a smile would go a long way!
