It's a man in there that sits on the computer literally all day he is black with a British accent. If you ask for more time even if its 10 computers open they will not let you get more time. I go there alot enough to notice this so why is
Our experience went well. We were able to find most of what we were looking for. What is really helpful though, is we could order out from other locarions and put whag we needed on hold until it arived at our location. We appeciate it much
It is so nice having a neighborhood library again. Growing up I remember how I use to go to the library on 79th and Cottage Grove every other Saturday to get new library books that I couldn't wait to get home to read. Now, I share this

I would like to thank the grand crossing library for helping a computer illiterate person send important papers off during her time of need. The employers and security were greatly appreciated. Thank u sooooooo very much.

My neighborhood library is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the resources there are excellent. I was really disappointed when I no longer was registered there to vote.
Could be a little more quiet. Back in my day talking loud would get you shih at. But things have changed
Went an outdoor music event there. It was outstanding. I hope they make it a regular affair.
Clean, orderly and well stocked books with personal attentions ✍✌ …
It's nice and clean, but they need to do better at hiring staff.
