RE- There's no option to respond for some reason but we were the night of 7/1/2023 and we got there around 11:30 or so I would say My family and I went here on my 21st birthday to celebrate and heard it was a great place! It was pretty busy so tables were very limited (understandably). So we waited a few minutes and grabbed the first one that was big enough that became available. Not sure if that was what made all the servers upset? Like if we were supposed to wait to be seated but no one spoke to us while we waited and there weren't any signs or anything that said other wise and that's what smaller groups were doing so we followed suit. We sat down at a table that was dirty and figured someone would come by eventually to take way the empty/dirty dishes (at least 8-9 empty glasses and an empty water pitcher and couple plates). After about 15 mins of not seeing anyone, a couple of people from our party went up to the bar to order drinks. At this point the table was completely full of dishes and it wasn't until I started pre-bussing the table myself did someone, I think a manager, walk up and ask if he could take some dishes, we told him that none of them were ours except for the ones we were holding and asked if we were supposed to have a server. He kind of scoffed and rolled his eyes and said he'll send someone over when someone was available. He took about half of the dishes and no one ever came by our table again. Looking around the room we saw servers going up to tables immediately after people sat down and taking orders and bringing water and other servers standing around the room. No one ever took an order from us. No one ever brought us water. We never saw a menu. After about an hour and a half of walking up to the bar each time someone wanted a drink and acquiring a bill upwards 400$ a family member of mine we didn't know was coming came in and we cheered for her. The next time one of us went up to the bar the bartender told us we had been cut off for being too loud. Majority of our party of 7 was sober the only time we can think that were loud was the time that the family member came by. I'd like to note that this isn't a quite place. The band is extremely loud (but very good) and there were multiple large parties there being just as loud more often. I feel like we must of done something before hand to make some one upset with our party, but it would have been nice to for someone to speak to us before getting cut off and wasting the night of my 21st birthday not being drunk and getting treated like dirt by strangers for seemingly no reason.

This is a rare shot of The Green Lady right before opening. Usually, especially on the weekends, it is packed upstairs and down with a line out the door. This is a photograph of the main floor. The aesthetic is amazing, the cocktails are great, amazing wines, incredible live jazz - all done in an atmosphere of 1920's Pendergast Era Kansas City. It's uber-worth noting that ALL the music you will hear at The Green Lady Lounge is 100% original and written by the band on deck. No covers! This means the sonic experience is unlike jazz club you've been to before. Ready for the thump of dual Hammond B3 Leslies? It only happens here. The tunes are exceptional, unique and you have to be a serious player to find a place on this awesome stage. The musicians and bar staff wear suits and the entire space, the entire experience from art to candle to cocktail, is worth reliving again and again. If you only have one night in KC and are looking for the iconic jazz experience, The Green Lady Lounge is your literal jam. jonbidwellphotography.com

A great spot with fantastic music and $5 cover charge at the door. The place was packed all night and the music jazz was fantastic. The drinks were pretty good, their specialty cocktails are nice. My whiskey sour seemed mostly like lemon juice and sugar, but one of the bar tenders was plenty kind enough to remake the drink. The second was better but still not quite what I wanted (tbh, I think it's partially because I pour a tad heavier at home, can't blame them for that). Table service became pretty scarce as the night went on, but that's because you couldn't really push through a crowd to provide service. All of the staff were kind and attentive though, just a busy night. Last comment is the food menu, or lack thereof. Their kitchen seems to consist of a fridge with ready to serve snacks/dessert. We were hoping for a little something more to fill our stomachs, guess we know for next time to make this the second stop of the night.

We were not a huge fan of Green Lady Lounge. It was super packed when we went on a Friday night to the point where when they let us in it was standing room only and it's more of a sit down and enjoy jazz kind of place rather than a bar where everyone is standing. Also, the music was ok for jazz, but the band looked unhappy and like they'd rather be anywhere but there. Also, everyone talked the whole time and was very loud, and the jazz music was more of background music rather than the main attraction. There is an upstairs and a downstairs that have two different bands, bars, and styles of seating as well. The chocolate cake and espresso martini were pretty good, though. It also has a $5 cover fee, and nothing in the lounge is green. It's all red.

My friends took me out for my Birthday. It was a slow evening which makes for a good experience here. Much better than having to stand around all night hoping for a seat. The ambiance was great and the musicians were entertaining and very talented. There was a table available for us to occupy when we arrived, but it looked like it might have been taken because it hadn't been bussed. The waitress was just hanging out andtalking to her friends rather than paying attention to her patrons. She was also not very personable. She was very quick to stop by and then move on. And when we needed her, we had to ask other employees for help. There is usually a cold breeze blowing directly down on you at the booths. It would be nice to feel like we could comfortably remove our coats and enjoy ourselves more. Its cold enough outside already.

Get ready to feel like a cool cat. The first thing you'll notice is the almost comically low lighting. You won't be able to see at first if you're coming in during daylight hours. Seriously, you'll be temporarily blind. Once your eyes adjust, you'll find yourself in a real life jazz bar with the best list of scotches and whiskeys I've seen in the KC area. There's pretty much always live jazz music and the bartenders will take great care of you. Even if you don't like jazz, it's hard not to get into the vibe. You're the cat's pajamas, pal.

This was a fun jazz club we went to on a Saturday night. It’s a $5 cover with an upstairs and downstairs so you have two different musician choices. When you first enter from outside the intense dark and red is tough for your eyes to adjust, you feel like you can’t see anything however within 5-10 minutes it feels bright and normal. Went with two adults over 60, they did struggle to see the menu and bill and had to use their phone lights. The stairs from are quite steep if mobility or an injury is an issue. So Downstairs for us was much quieter and you could sit further away to still talk. Quite a large age range present from barely 21 to people well into their 70s. Would be a fun date place (maybe not a first date, it’s a bit dark and loud). Had a good selection of whiskey. Wine was about $9 a glass.

We may have come on an off night or our expectations were just too high. We've never been to a jazz club/lounge but we left after 20 minutes. The location itself is small and somewhat cramped. There was one musician on stage when we arrived and they were just finishing up. No one else got on stage the rest of the time we were there. We were served water when we sat down but the server didn't come by again after that. This was a Saturday night, so I guess I expected more activity. There were plenty of people in seats but I paid $10 for my wife and I to sit and drink water. Edited to correct cover charge and to say thank you for the quick response. I didn't know about downstairs and may have just come between sets. I'll try to come by again and update my review.

What a great place to see live jazz and enjoy a cocktail or two! This venue is huge, and the staff is very cool. It's basically two big, long rooms, one of which is downstairs, and the no-cover acts are really impressive. They keep music going and continue serving late on the weekends, which seems to make it a big draw for a much younger crowd, who is mostly respectful. Bands on the first floor, perform with the crowd seated all around, as well as behind them, lending a unique feature to the space. While this isn't a place to watch jazz in observant silence, it's a very fun atmosphere with both tons of seating and room to dance on the carpet. If this place had wood floors, it would be flawless.

  • Chi Hoang (Chi Chi)

Who knew that a cool swanky place could exists right here near Downtown KC?! Where have I been?! I am so late, this is definitely a change of scenery from Power & Light and Westport. Even though outside of the venue isn't that much to look at, but once you step inside, it's a whole another level. There's two floors at this place. Dim lighting with red decor and a band playing each floor. Live bands are always a plus and you can definitely appreciate some good music and cool drinks to enjoy the ambiance. Drink prices is more than your average bar, but the music and vibe is very worth it. Definitely enjoy this place for the first time and will likely to return.

We really like the atmosphere. It was a last minute decision to come here so I didn’t get to spend as much time as I had wanted. The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is because I wasn’t here long enough to really evaluate all the aspects of the service. They do not offer any entrées but I heard the hummus is good. I’ll definitely be coming back. We sat in the downstairs simply because we didn’t know where we were going. On the way out we did visit the upstairs. They both have their own vibes And I would go back to either. Do not be scared pictures LOL. It’s just the red lighting was accentuated by my camera.

First time at a jazz club. It was terrific! Beautiful on the inside, lively music, well crafted cocktails and mocktails. A few tips for first timers: #1 arrive early, we got there at 8:30pm and were good, to get a good seat (upstairs has more comfortable booths available than downstairs) #2 expect to go have someone in your party go to get your drinks (servers do come around, just not super frequently as it gets busier, to be expected) #3 no real food, however they offered a hummus/cracker plate that was a nice addition to our group of 4. Overall a romantic, fun experience. Would definitely come back and recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Green Lady Lounge, a venue for authentic Kansas City jazz. The music was amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and elegant. I loved listening to the original compositions by talented local musicians on both stages. The Green Lady Lounge is a gem for jazz lovers and anyone looking for a relaxing night out. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was fast and courteous. The lounge also has a great selection of snacks and appetizers to enjoy while listening to the music. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

  • Michelle Evans

I loved this place, the atmosphere, the music was all a great hit with me and my group. The drinks we ordered were a bit off, but overall its a great chill spot for date night. We were there really late, right before they closed, so I'm not sure if they offered food.

There was strangely a line outside midweek in 100°+ weather but not because there wasn't room just the front door person was unsure how to go though so many people. Service is very lackluster. The server didn't understand basic liquor brand requests, she came back to follow-up for refills only once it when a drink correction was requested she never came back, when we went to the bar the bartender literally refused to fix an NA drink that was 90% straight lime juice and we waited for a different bartender who was baffled that was how the drink was made.

The Green Lady Lounge, is another one of Kansas City‘s best kept secrets. This jazz club, located in the heart of downtown Kansas City is quite likely the best jazz club that I have ever attended. Featuring the rich history, sounds, sights and delicacies of a bygone era. This is simply a wonderful place to spend an evening, with friends, family, or on a date. If you enjoy the history of Kansas City, and all that jazz offers – you owe yourself a trip to this wonderful establishment. Just a heads up, you will need to plan ahead this establishment is always packed.

  • Michael Thompson

Went in during the week, the vibes were very nice, however, the server Madison was very cocky and rude to me. I’m not sure if it’s because of my sexual orientation or race but she was definitely treating other customers by Caucasian appearance much better than me. Perhaps it’s all in my head but I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable. I hope she fixes her attitude problem so other guests of color or sexual orientation can feel comfortable and not experience what I did. Probably will not return. Very disappointed.

  • Adrian B.

I don’t know - this might be a bit of a tourist trap. The lounge itself looks cozy and inviting. Unfortunately our server only came by three times for the entire time we were there, serving water, taking our order and bringing our drinks. Drinks were below average, in order for us to get the check we had to get up and queue at the bar. We paid a cover charge of $5 and I believe between 9:30pm and approx 10pm the band was on break. When they were back it was VERY mellow/muted. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back here.

  • S Will

We walked in, and it immediately smelled really bad. So we went downstairs. Very crowded, we waited for a server. One kept making eye contact but never came over. So, we went upstairs. Again, it smells bad. The bartender had an enormous chip on his shoulder. Like making a drink was a huge inconvenience. We had two drinks and a tab of almost $30 with nothing but an overall bad experience. So we left. Don't waste your time.

If you can come here when it's not crowded this is *the* bar to come to. The good: great ambience. Great drinks! Try a Moscow mule here as long as you love ginger. I'm a big fan of live music that is in the background rather than the foreground and the green lady's live jazz is just that. The meh: the prices. The bad: it can become standing room only but I deliberately came at odd hours to avoid this. Cover charge of you come after the live music begins playing.

  • Brianna Raakman

This place is extremely dark. I could not even tell when I entered which tables were free because it was so dark. They only had QR code menus and it was too dark for my phone to scan it. The layout of the space was not great because the band is right at the entrance so only a couple tables can see the band the rest are too far away. Yes the live music is nice but the aesthetic of the room was not my style and it made it difficult for me to stay and enjoy it.

  • FunnyKSLady Reneé

This was a wonderful place in old downtown KCMO to enjoy some good jazz, drinks & atmosphere. Has velvet walls, old vibe. The group playing on main floor was OJT= Oregon Jazz Trio. Very good!! $5 cover. 1809 Grand Avenue. There's a group downstairs in the Orion Room* too. No masks required. Parking garage @ the corner 1 block south, turn west or right. $5 weekend flat fee. Multitudes of drink & beer options but only 4 food items. *Danny Embrey Trio

We came to Kansas City for our anniversary. This place was one of the highlights of our weekend. Green Lady Lounge was fantastic. We opted for downstairs and we’re told by another person there that the downstairs level has a better jazz experience. I can’t even describe how amazing the jazz trip was… high energy and we could tell they were having a blast. First time in a jazz club and now I want to go back. Great drink selection too.

  • Addyson Reimer

I love coming here any day of the week. The atmosphere is sexy, sophisticated, and makes you feel like you’re in an old jazz club where the walls are velvet and the mood feels more like the 20s/40s than 2019. I would highly suggest going and bringing friends - it can be crowded - so if you see a chair. Grab it while you can. There is a basement and a main floor both are equally as charming but personally I love the basement.

  • Damien Price

Came here two nights in a row while in town. Both times I have no bad things to say, cocktails were good the staff was attentive and very friendly. The bar has two areas a base level and the basement. Both have a very nice and well-appointed interior. I will note that when entering the place during the day, it takes a few minutes for your eyes to adjust to the dimly lit interior, but it fits in with the style of the lounge.

  • Rhianna Weilert

So cozy. Be prepared for a shockingly dark room at any time of the day, which is part of the charm. The band played most of the time but it wasn't so quiet that you felt like you couldn't talk at the table. Definitely get there early, maybe around 5 on weekends, to get a table or be prepared to wait. I think it used to be free but there's now a $5 cover.

This lounge was incredible! There aren’t many jazz bars where I’m from so this was something out of my dreams! It has both an upstairs and downstairs with different bands playing so you can have two different vibes going. It was pretty busy when we showed up at 7 so be sure to get there early if you would like a seat! There is room to stand which is also nice. The atmosphere is amazing and I can’t wait to come back here.

  • Arla Jones

The Green Lady Lounge is a KC Live Jazz situation every night of the week. It's dark, just like a boozy jazz club should be. If you're lucky the B3 Hammond organ will be playing or if that's not your vibe it's very likely there will be a show going on downstairs also. Stop in any time because they usually start early, especially on weekends, and the musicians are swinging until well after midnight. @kimyarla

While the atmosphere provided a refreshing, relaxing ambiance, our Charcuteie arrived on a very primary themed tray. One could describe as a Kindergarten cafeteria plate. Though the items provided were delectable, how it was presented appeared low class for this establishment.

The bar itself is well maintained. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is superb if you like jazz. They have live jazz bands playing original music on both the first floor and the basement at all times. This place is a wonderland for anyone looking to relax and sip a martini. I had the old fashioned myself but either way you are in for a treat at this lovely little lounge.

  • Amelia Lee

It's easy to overlook this bar while walking down the street, but it was an amazing experience after walking in. After a $5 entrance fee and push of a cushioned door you're immediately faced with a live jazz band and large space of the bar or lounging area. I ordered the Lamanai which tasted sweet but not overwhelming. I really enjoyed this bar, live jazz, and their drinks.

  • TheH1313

It was very dark inside of this establishment, and the drinks were quite overpriced for what we had. The band was decent, but had very little heart behind what they were playing. Between this location, and the Black Dolphin next door, the latter certainly had the better atmosphere and service.

I finally made it to the Green Lady for my birthday and what a lovely place. On a Saturday, it was super busy with very few places to sit. There is an upstairs and a downstairs and a couple moved to let my group of ladies sit at the bigger table they were at. I loved loved loved the atmosphere. Very classy. Great place to go to just chill and enjoy loved jazz.

The place features premier, jazz players here in the Kansas City area. You can if you’re early enough can sit just within a few feet of the artist. Drinks are superb atmosphere is laid-back and safe.Weekend are awesome but I prefer Sunday night when you can hear the music less crowd noise great atmosphere for conversation but the music is the best in the world

We have always wanted to see some Kansas City jazz. This most recent trip we were recommend to visit the Green Lady and it didn't disappoint. What a cool atmosphere! The bar had great options and great staff. They even had a list of mocktails. The bands was exceptional. If you are looking for a really cool place to listen to authentic jazz this is the place!

I didn’t even know they offer food here but the drinks and live music are always on point. Supporting local talented musicians is a great way to spend the evening. Only the main level was open. There was a jazz trio playing that was phenomenal! The atmosphere on a weekday night was relaxed with many booths filled with some old timers, added the the effect. It was dark with red booths and a nice bar and selection. There was attentive table service. We relaxed with some family and enjoyed some music and a few drinks.

A Kansas City staple. If you are from KC or just visiting, Green Lady Lounge is a must. The cocktails are good but the ambiance is top notch. The bar has two levels, both offer live music, but the basement is where you want to be. Note: If you go on a weekend, there’s a cover charge.

This is great, down to earth, real jazz in the perfect environment. Drinks are great and the service outstanding. But the jazz was exceptional. Upstairs and downstairs both had great shows going and for only a $5 cover charge it was beyond my expectations. If you like jazz, need a special date night, or want something new to do check this out.

Great atmosphere! Great music. Perfect for a date night out. Drinks were great, service was better after 8 and there are more bathrooms upstairs. I highly recommend this place if you want to get close to talk, eat and have a cocktail. Live music is always the best and here it's even better.

Very trendy place for live jazz music. Good selection of hard drinks (mango lady is a delight). 2 floors to choose from, and it gets busy (so plan to stand for a while). Saw some sort of food options, but because there are no cooks there they probably just have bread and dip. Wish they had snacks and/or desserts to help down those drinks.

Visiting Green Lady Lounge for an evening makes you feel like you've been transported back in time to the great Jazz era. With low-light upstairs and downstairs venues, we had the option to choose between an instrumental Jazz trio or piano and vocals. Always a great place to sit down, be immersed in the music and enjoy a good cocktail.

What a gem!! Such a beautiful ambiance and feel. Loved every second here. Front seats to the wonderful band by the bar on the main level. Incredible French 75 and service! All staff members work so fluently together with ease and grace. Every bartender was friendly, kind, talented! Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

This a great jazz bar. There are two different rooms for patrons to choose from, with different local jazz groups playing every night. Great ambiance, great cocktails, and awesome hours being open till 3am every day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid back place to go out. There is a cover, which usually runs $10.

Super cool atmosphere!! It's like a speakeasy and you'd never know it was there (which is the point lol). The tint red awning outside, the bouncer in a suit on a relatively quiet street...it's heaven. The bands were amazing and the drinks were good. They're open really late so it's a great place for a nightcap. Highly recommend!!

This is about the coolest jazz club I have had the pleasure of visiting. Oozing atmosphere, old school club vibes, iconic, full of history, and of course top notch jazz - on two stages! - thank you Kansas City for keeping this treasure alive and thriving. Will be back for more jazz and fancy cocktails whenever I come to town.

Amazing place and atmosphere. Wife and I went with some friends on a Saturday night. It was amazing!!! Great service from our waitress, and the band was great. Only suggestion I have is a little better lighting on the steps down to the basement and better lighting and the men's restroom. Other than that I have no complaints.

This place smells. I hate to give bad reviews but honestly I’m surprised we even stayed. Also if you have light sensitivity by shared lighting this is not the place for you. Didn’t try the food. People seemed to be enjoying themselves here though. But I couldn’t get over the smell.

Wouldn’t know, didn’t even make it inside. Asked the bouncer outside where to park since out front was 30 minute parking only. Dude had the most pretentious attitude I’ve ever had the displeasure of briefly encountering. You want $5 at the door but have that guy giving out first impressions? Absolutely not. More

Classy and an excellent place to enjoy the evening. Probably my favorite bar in KC. The cocktails are expensive but that's to be expected, they were also very good. The jazz band that played while we were there was excellent. We loved the atmosphere: dim, good music, comfortable, and no TVs! I hope you return!

I absolutely loved this place. It's better than anything I've found in Dallas. I hope to come back someday. The band was sizzling, and the staff were polite. There was no one loud and annoying. This is the club for non-pretentious grown adults who love jazz. Very good selection of booze. Decor is spectacular.

Everyone was telling me I had to check this place out, and I'm glad they did! You're greeted by a bouncer in a suit, then you enter an upholstered door on the right hand side. The moment you walk in you'll notice the dim lighting with the lighting focused on the band.

Very crowded tonight ! No seating downstairs, so we went upstairs. We waited about 30 mins and 2 couples left so we were able to share tables for the 4 of us. The bands were both great ! Will def be back another time when not so crowded. Great local Jazz Lounge in KC ! Thank you to all the staff …

Not sure there is a better place in KC to listen to some amazing jazz musicians and relax. This is definitely a must-do if you've never been here, you are missing out. Great time, will definitely be back frequently!!!

Very cool dim lighted jazz club with two floors. We had an excellent time with our party of seven. Intimately tables and chairs fill the long rooms with the bands on one end by the door and the bars off to the side. Stairs connect the two floors in the back. We enjoyed themed cocktails and draft beer.

Having never been to a jazz bar before I wasn't sure what to expect, but this place has nailed the ambiance. the red lights give such a great atmosphere for the live music. the drinks and staff are great. this place is genuinely like a little getaway to watch some incredible musicians do their thing.

  • C L D

Cool place, very crowded. Dark inside with red lighting and candles, live music, low seating and tables. Staff and customers were friendly and chill. Drinks were ok, not the best but the place has a cool vibe to it. I appreciated that it wasn’t too warm with the crowding so they had good ventilation.

Absolutely love this jazz place in Kansas City; with in walking distance of our hotel, we went both nights that we were in KC; went at 6 as soon as they opened; the jazz musicians were amazing, cant wait to go back

My Sweetheart and I went for his 21st birthday, and we are both massive jazz nerds, so the combination between amazing!!!! live jazz music, beautiful venue and decor, as well as really well priced drinks made for a lovely evening. I will definitely be going back at least once a week, if not more.

This place is IT. Cover and drinks worth every penny for the incredible atmosphere. Groups here epitomize the rich Kansas City jazz scene, including lots of originals you can't hear anywhere else. Top of the line for a reason.

Green lady is always my favorite. They may need to do a clicker at the door tho because many times you pay a cover to have no where to sit. And can't even get a drink... Used to be a cozy jazz bar. Now becoming just a bar

This could be a super cool dive, the place is dark and candle lit with good bartenders. It has live music, which is awesome. The band that was playing when I was there sucked, they did not look like they were having a good time. Probably an awesome place when the band is good though!

  • Lauren Byrnes

This place was a vibe! We had a blast just taking in the scene and the amazing live music! The red lighting and the close layout of the seating and tables create an electric atmosphere! If you get the chance to hangout in a booth, you will not regret it! Overall had an amazing time!

  • Jacob Beckham

This was an incredible little lounge and overall experience . The music was awesome, the prices were fair, it was comfortable, the drinks tasted great and were strong. The service was excellent, and even the small food menu was high quality. This is what a real place looks like.

  • Steve Hartig

Went there after dinner on a Friday night around nine and headed down to the downstairs bar. We found a table with no problem but it is definitely cozy. Given the crowd the waitress did a great job. Jazz was also great. A bit dark but that was good with the music. We will return

  • Jeff Brungardt

We loved this place and the young lady who served us was terrific! The environment was great; the jazz music was great; the relaxing evening with drinks was great! Go enjoy an evening here when you want to get away from the daily grind.

If you close your eyes and try to imagine what a jazz club should look and feel like, THIS IS IT!! Amazing ambience with no pretentiousness. Easy to navigate once your eyes adjust to the dark decor. Reasonable drinks and friendly staff. It’s a must see if you visit KC.

This seems like it could be a cool hang out but it was overly crowded. I'm sure to the point it was a hazard by city code. They were good about having people wear mask which I appreciated. But the amount of people in there was too much to really enjoy the live band.

  • Michael Robinson (Mz. Myk)

Very Dark, that maybe how it's supposed to be, but entirely too dark for me...when U have to use phone flashlight to even see where to sign on receipt....Service was Very Nice, well attended too.

Really nice lounge bar. I went there for a drink on a weekday night and I must say, from the outside, the place does not look so cool. However, once inside, I really enjoyed the ambiance. If you are interested in live music I strongly suggest to go visit the place.

Place was just what my date and I were looking for- something to do that wasnt in a crazy crowded environment. Offered an amazing experience with live jazz music in a cozy atmosphere on two seperate floors. Drinks were fairly priced and the service was spot on.

  • Steven Head

The place feels like something right out The movie blade. It's practically impossible to get any kind of service. The prices are straight ridiculous for what you get.

Stayed in Kansas City for business and stumbled across The Green Lady and boy am I glad I did! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the drinks were incredible. The live music sealed the deal and I would definitely visit KC just for this place.

  • Luke Turczynski

The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The live music was also excellent. I cannot recommend coming here enough. The drinks are a fair price too, just be sure you're ready to pay the 5$ cover fee at the door.

The service was good. The waitresses were attentive and came to check on us often. Also, I didn't like one of the drinks as the espresso taste was too much for me. The waitress offered cream to make it help. I loved that she knew the menu

There's a $5.00 cover fee at the door. Tried several drinks. Most are $10.00. A few of my favorites are: Mango Lady, RBC, and a cosmopolitan(not on the menu). They have a wide range of Scotch choices and prices. The later the evening,

Ambiance!!!! It was like stepping into a movie set of what you would imagine as a jazz club. Live music, low lighting, lots of seating, and good drinks. The band was great, drinks were delicious, and reasonably priced. Only had one

  • Colt Roth

A local recommended we stop by and check out this place, and we were not disappointed! The lighting definitely sets the vibe. The jazz was outstanding. The staff was friendly and the drinks were great. Definitely worth checking out!

This is a ture jazz club. The atmosphere is so intimate and romantic. The music was bomb and they provide live music both upstairs and downstairs. It gives off nothing but good vibes, good music, and offers good drinks.

  • Roaming Tigress

A swanky dark lounge full of multiple jazz artists on any given night. Upstairs & downstairs options as well as their sister lounge next door. Music all the time! $5 cover. Eat before going as only drinks are offered.
