I’ve been using Green Oaks PT for over a year mainly the clinic in Waxahachie & unfortunately the best PTs they had there are no longer there. However i decided to try this office out and The office Manager name Dora and one of the front receptionist name Alexis are very rude and unfriendly towards a patient especially the Office Manager name Dora she is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive towards a new patient, I am a disabled veteran and I hope no one especially a military veteran experience this type of horrible customer service from a person like that, who should know how to speak to patients regardless..However the Physical Therapist,,Paige was beyond nice and professional and I would love for her to care for me but if I have to deal with rude front desk people like Dora and Alexis i’ll go elsewhere i’ve never experienced this type of rude behavior from any other Green Oak Clinics just this one I am in the medical field and I know for sure this is not the way you talk to patients and if the head manager trains your front end people to be this way with patients then this isn’t a clinic anyone should go to at all.,.

Love this PT clinic and the staff working there!!! I would definitely (and have) encourage my family, friends and enemies to choose this clinic!! I needed PT for my shoulder and Green Oaks was included on my doctor's list of select facilities. I made the right choice! I had never needed PT before, so needless to say I asked a million questions! Much to my surprise, "Andy" (Mr. PT) answered every question which gave me peace along with understanding. I was comforted in knowing that everyone knew what they were doing, and really enjoyed doing it! If you need a PT clinic, don't hesitate to go to Green Oaks, DeSoto!! P.S.: I don't understand why "Bruce Lester" would give such a low review relating to personal belongings responsibility. That has nothing to do with care. Leave your belongings at home if you don't want to risk them being stolen. Your kids will steal from you for that matter!!!

I began going to Green Oaks August 20, 2021 a month after having surgery on my right shoulder (severe rotator cuff repair). Everyone there is so friendly, respectful, and professional. I have sessions twice a week for 4 weeks now. My primary therapist, Alex Hannah, is so nice and thorough. He handles my arm with precision and care, stretching it fully but not putting me through overbearing pain. The mobility I have in my right arm at this point is so much further along than anticipated. I feel reassured that I will gain full mobility of right arm within the next 6 - 8 weeks if not before. Every technician here is wonderful! Any one of them will stop and lend a hand if needed, guiding me through the proper technique of performing my exercises. I look forward to my sessions knowing that I will soon be back to normal.

I have been a patient at the Dallas locations on Wheatland Rd. for about four months. I have found the staff, from office to physical therapists, to be knowledgeable and thorough. They are caring and respectful, always interested in hearing what the patient is experiencing and eager to adapt the regimen to your needs. When I started therapy I was unable to stand long enough to prepare food and I could not do house hold chores. I am now able to do both. The staff understand my goals and are working with me to achieve them. I highly recommend Green Oaks to anyone considering physical therapy.

My chronic neck conditions due to childhood polio, scoliosis, and subsequent spinal surgery were giving me neck pain plus finger/hand weakness. I have had PT in many places, and the exercises I was already doing were not helping. I appreciated the willingness of the staff at Greek Oaks to modify their original exercises, add ones I was not already doing, and accommodate my desire to do many of them at home with the similar equipment that I purchased to save driving time and co-pays. The staff was very knowledgeable, everyone was cheery, and the facilities were always bright and clean.

I cannot say enough about Andy and Dawn who were my primary therapists while there. I had to have a complete knee reconstruction with nerve damage and was given a time table of approximately 8 months before I could return to work from the surgeons. Thanks to the entire team I went back to work in full capacity in about 4 and a half months. Everyone always made me feel welcome and at home, from the hello and smile when I walked in to the thank you and smile as I left. I have recommended this location to many people and will continue to do so.

This place is AWESOME as well as the staff. I had many questions upon arriving here but everything was explained plainly and understandable before and during my PT by Andy. The kindness starts from the time you walk in until you say goodbye. Andy, Dawn and Blake (PT) do an awesome job and their clinician: Bree, Rochna and Tyler just to name a few keep you on track through your entire visit. Thanks for the PT and most of all for the family oriented staff that made my visit more enjoyable and not stressful. GREAT JOB!!!

Unfortunately, I spend way too much time in PT but after 1 visit the folks at Green Oaks made it not so bad to be back in PT. They called to check on me and make sure I wasn't lost (which I was) when I was a few minutes late. The front desk was personable and helpful. They offered to help me fill out my forms. The therapists work as a team and each one helped me through and offered assistance. They greeted every patient by name and asked about their families and holidays. If I have to be in PT again, I'm glad it here!

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. They know their patients by name and never fail to acknowledge by name. Spend quality time with each patient to address any issues they may have about their therapy. All staff I've ever dealt with have always been very kind and friendly. I have been seen at the Dallas location for therapy for three separate things. After being seen the first time by Andy, I didn't want to get therapy anywhere else. The clinic is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Andy is the best there is. I completely trust Andy and his staff. They are exceptional. This is my third time around. Your health and helping you to heal and improve your mobility, is paramount. I would recommend them everytime.

GOPT has the best staff and management in PT. A very friendly atmosphere to be, and know how to work with your prescriber to give you the best treatment possible. Update: Thank you Andi in DeSoto for your recommendation. The "Revision" worked out and surprisingly my ROM has increased from 70 degree flexion to 112. My regards to red hair Kevin who noticed the stagnation in my ROM and took the initial step to report it to his supervisor.

The front desk ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable, The physical therapist and assistants are knowledgeable and caring. I have great conversations with the staff. I appreciate everything they are doing for me to get my mobility back. When I first went there I hurt everyday but, now they have made it so I cane walk without so much pain. I will continue my therapy until I am able to do the things I use to do. Thank you very much!

I Love and I do mean Love this place. The staff here is stellar they show care and concern not only that they have been trained to know their job well. Green Oaks Physical Therapy is AWESOME everyone is so nice. They greet me by name as soon as I come thru the door. Alex my physical therapist is great please don't let him go. My daughter has been treating at Green Oaks for a little over a month now. She came in with a knee issue. Being a former athlete I’m very skeptical of treatment on my 14 year old daughter and thee types of treatments. However, the experience has absolutely amazing and yet effective. My mother had been given this location for Physical Therapy by her knee surgeon after knee replacement surgery. The staff told her that she didn't have an appointment and refused to talk or assist her. I'm glad we won't be doing business with this establishment and will ensure we never will again.
