"Amazing experience"
Library services incredibly awesome and very kind Librarians. Always happy smiling faces. They work inside Library as their own families. Small congested place but very lovely managing abilities for Library users and for them aswell. They listen carefully whatever Library users asking and try their best to support if they could do so. Cheap printing cost. I would like to request for proper funding and make Library bigger to the Newham Council. Librarians doesn't have spaces for their own because of congested shortages of spaces. Popular Library and too many many Library users, Children's Art and Crafts, Residents meetings together. Really important to taken considerable necessary steps immediately please for funding appropriately. Environment friendly for Librarians, Library users, Council services all of us. They deserves humanity and kindness especial Rewards. Thanks indeed and enjoy your incredible works. .
A small library but an essential service for the local community. The library offers free internet access, a good selection of books and services. The library also hosts regular sessions for various things, such as English classes. It is a great place to stop by and read. There is a nice children’s reading area, and one must come in early to get the best seat in the house. Sit close enough to the window, and you get spectacular views of the shops opposite. This is easily one of London’s hidden treasures and anyone travelling to the city owes it to themselves to visit.
A small cosy library, where it is impossible to work quietly due to the loud library workers who talk among themselves at the top of their voices. I had similar experience today with the same black man working in the library mentioned by Abdullah Mamun, who kept going on and on reprimanding me for asking a simple question. His voice was very loud, he was rude and mean in his ways. Unbelievable! Council needs to see who they employ in libraries. Very disturbing experience.
I'm so much disappointed and upset with the behaviour of the staff working in there. One day I approached to the reception to enquiry about English courses on be half of my Italian friend. The black man working in the reception ( possibly his name is Nigel) replied so rudely that "There is no English course for Bangladeshi". I don't understand how a racist man like him work in a place like a library.
Amazing experience. I took my toddlers there and they both loved it as well. Staff very welcoming. They had crafts made and gave paints to the kids which they loved doing. Provided with mega blocks to play as well. Such lovely and helpful staff. Makes the experience x10 better! Would definitely recommend.
This is a great library to study in. Unlike many other libraries that have "modernized", and remain empty, cold and deserted, this library still allows more than 2hrs internet a day and have very friendly staff and lots of things going on for children and adults. I highly recommend it!
Staff are very rude and dismissive! I have been there many times and always have a terrible experience. Staff need to be trained on customer service and manners in general. Unacceptable. Staff obviously don't understand how to interact with people, especially those with special needs.
Professional and polite staff. Went in for printing a document, Nicola showed how to register on the touchscreen PC, provided me with sanitising wipe for the PC and her male colleague completed the registration as she was assisting another library member (child) in a polite manner.
The four stars are for a really friendly environment; whoever is on duty. Not the quietist library, but definite a lovely place to be. Internet use: small library so not many P.C.'s which can also be slow. Good book selection, all things considered. Fabulous place for kids!
Staff are very mannerless. No politeness. Harsh please and thank you is wat u will get. Not just from my experience but i have seen how they deal with others including children.
Its ok, it would be nice if there was a silent area. An easy way to access wifi here is to sign in on the network using your library card number and pin
A small size Library, on the main street businesses. Small play area for children activities.Selection of books of various languages and internet use.
This library feels like home to me and my son. Staff is kind and caring, kids and parents have a great time. Half term activities are the best!
The library has to make efforts to keep the place calm. A bunch of old folks gather as if it is a park, play cards and talk endlessly .
Way too much noisy. People are just come in a group and do chit chatting loudly. Staff are not even telling anyone to be quite.
Anonymous Ikr the library become noisier since that stupid kid with a red sweater started coming in the library
I love green street library because it has lots of good activities and my favorite activity is doing art
The were polite and made sure that the customer and the staff were following guidelines and were safe.
Very disappointed. The lady assistant is so rude ,no manner to speak with.no pattern to run activities
Great library for my 3 year old. She loves borrowing books to read at home and all the activities.
Library staff is very kindness to all people, and good atmosphere in the library to all the time.
The staff are rude and they have no idea what services are being offered at their own library!
Nice place, good choice of activities for kids, brilliant staff with good organisation skills
Not given many details about joining the library and had to repeat myself many times.
Amazing place to be in, lots of books, a bit small but it's full of kindness!
Too many restrictions, better not to go but Stratford library is better
Amazing library enjoyed every blissful moment of reading!
