The team at Green & Gold Emu Plains did an exceptional job of detailing my 10 year old 7 seater car as I prepare it for sale. They were flexible to fit in with my school time pick ups, so friendly and most importantly did such a wonderful job I have so much more confidence in taking my car to market. I think they have put a couple of $1000’s onto the value of my car. I will continue to take my family’s cars for regular cleans to this team - a really valuable service.

The best car wash in Penrith region. Did a fantastic job on my Range Rover leaving everything spotless everytime. I’m a regular at Green & Gold and recommend this greatly to everybody. Staff are very friendly and willing to make any amendments that customers desire. Given feedback and fixed it all, and great as anyone can do grocery shopping while getting their service. Also great food at House of Loaded Fries, my kids love the meals. Super affordable too

My poor little car has not been washed in over a year and the inside is a mess thanks to my 3 and 4 year old (food scraps everywhere). These guys worked their magic (including interior details and exterior polish) and the car looks brand spanking new. As an added bonus, I brought my work laptop and enjoyed a burgers, fries and coffee whilst waiting for my car to be done. Might make this a regular thing.

Made an appointment time of 12:20 with a person on the phone, after driving an hour and a half from Lithgow to Emu Plains arriving on time for my booking, I was told I needed to wait an hour and a half to have my car washed. Was told when I arrived that they don’t do bookings, even though the person on the phone said I was booked for 12:20. I’ve completely wasted my Sunday coming out here.

Asked for a clean inside and out, $55. My boot was not vacuumed, my car door windows had dirty water marks on them and there was still patches of dirt on the outside of my car they had missed with the sponge. They weren’t busy, not that that should matter. Rest of the inside not so bad, windscreen was great, but didn’t do under the seats. Will be looking for somewhere else to go next time…

I am a regular customer at Green and gold car wash. They have been doing a great job during weekdays. However I recently took my vehicle over the weekend, and really disappointed with the service. The dusting vaccuming and polishing weren't done properly at all. I had to call one of the workers fo get my car re polished. I had to show him the spots. Not happy with the service I got.

Took my car in, it was filthy, (just purchased 2nd hand). Seats covered in dog hair and dirt, cobwebs in doors etc. Had a full detail done, price written on receipt at time of quote Really happy, well mannered staff, took me over the vehicle to show me the job before I left - it is immaculate! Seats shampooed, carpets done - just beautiful! I'll be going back for sure

1 star as I received my car back after a clean, did not notice until the next day I used my car and realised my car charger and charger port that plugs into my car was missing, rang to ask about it and was told it’s not there. Would not use again considering this went missing from this place and I call that theft. Shame because it was a decent cleaning job.

Whilst visiting my elderly mum ( I live in Cairns) we decided on leaving her car here for a wash while we shopped. Talk about 5 star service. Car was sparkling clean on our return and the owner helped put our shopping in for us. Truly a gentleman, plus a free bottle of water for mum as it was so hot. I know mum will definitely return

Had my car fully detailed due to the impending arrival of my baby and was pleased with the job done, interior like new and ready for car seat installation. Reasonably priced and not a huge wait like other places. Owner was there and quite lovely and accommodating a heavily pregnant woman!

I only go to this car detailing business. The guys do an amazing job every time and reasonable prices. Great customer service. You can get your car cleaned while you do grocery shopping. Highly recommend this business. Very professional staff. I’ll be coming back! Thanks guys!!!!

I've come here 3 times now, the car looks good when i pick it up, but everytime I get home there are black dots all over my doors from the tyre shine they use. I've told him twice about it but I still need to wipe it off when I get home. I won't be back

Had a was and internal vacuum. The specific area behind the petrol cap I requested be done, wasn't done. The shine they put on the tyres had sprayed onto the paintwork by the time I drove home, locally. Not impressed and will not use again.

They did a excellent job. My car almost looks like new . Very friendly and managed to remove tar splatter from one side . Thank you . I highly recommend this car wash . Also had a meal next to there car wash very nice coffee and friendly

With out of doubt the best and cheapest detailing bussines Around , also you can wait for you car while you seat and relax in the house of loaded fries , great coffee, great food and great customer services, I’ll coming back

I am very happy with the service. I asked for just a vacuum and was so impressed with how clean it came out, I couldn't see a spec of dirt, plus it smelt like raspberries. Very reasonable price and friendly people.

Tried to charge me the highest price (large 4wd) when ive got single cab tray ute 2wd, to wash the cab and to clean the inside, there a rip off and they can't speak English! Use them if you want to be ripped off!!

Unreliable. I called to ask if I can bring my car down and they can do it before they close they said yes. I get there at agreed time and they tell me no. The guy was rude. I left work early. I Won’t go back

Very good car wash done on my Audi q8. Arrived at 12 today and got a deluxe and within an hour was spotless and also great coffee from loaded fries. Recommend and will be coming bsck

Nice people but expensive for what you get, for $6 less in Penrith you get hot wax and a really good job. In this economic climate 6 bucks is better in Your own pocket.

Had my Ute washed and “hand polished” it rain then there “polish” come off not very happy with the service an they chipped my paint getting bird poop off

Excellent work on my weather beaten Ford Ranger, polish and detailing work was fantastic, will be taking my other car there for sure!

If you want your car washed with a dirty old rag and free swirl marks come here. Better off washing it yourself with a broom at home.

Would NOT recommend, did a terrible job. Did not wipe everything down properly, was still dirt everywhere and grass under mats
