Luis is an amazing practitioner - I am so grateful that he was able to successfully treat my issues with my arms. I went to a different physiotherapist (in the west end) in the spring but it was a waste of time and I thought that was what PT was about so I just tried home treatments by looking things up online. However by autumn my daily pain was a debilitating "8". Now, in less than a couple of months of sessions, I can see my way to a full recovery soon. Before I went, I was really scared that I would have to live with the disability for the rest of my life. He does an excellent job of demonstrating the exercises, both what to do and caveats for when you do them at home so you are doing them correctly and maximizing the effect with good form. His therapy is dynamic and progressive. Apart from technical expertise, I was impressed that he deftly handled the mental challenges of a chronic injury as well - something I never suspected would affect me. I really appreciated that he is mindful of minimizing patient costs: doesn't drag out sessions just to keep you coming back, doesn't make you buy extra equipment for your exercises - I asked if I needed to get smth that they sell, but he said what I was using was just fine. He's fab, the front office staff friendly and efficient, and def worth the half hour drive I had to make to get there (1 hr in rush hour)!

I went to the massage therapists for several months after an incredible battle with hip infections. The massages were beneficial; however, I booked for 1 hour sessions and on several occasions the therapist went beyond that time. I did not ask for the extensions nor was I monitoring the clock as I believe that is the therapists responsibility. My first mistake was paying for it the first time. It happened a few times and I paid. The second last time that I had an appointment, he must have gone over again but I wasn’t charged for it. One week later I received a phone call that I was in the day before and received an extended session. I argued it because I was actually late for that appointment so I didn’t even get a full hour (I paid for the full hour as it was my fault). Then I got another phone call saying that it was the session the week earlier. I went in and paid the $20 but I can guarantee you I will not go back there again, nor will I recommend this clinic. I have no problem paying for a service that I have requested but I do have a problem with paying for something that I have not asked for. The therapists should be consulting with the client a to see if they want more time.

I am a nurse working in a Retirement Home, doing extra shifts, Days and Nights due to the short staff we have due to Covid and to give myself a little self care I decided to book an appointment for a massage a month before my scheduled time. Disappointingly, I came in for my appointed time to find out I wasn't even booked in their system. I really looked forward for this appt since I really needed it from the tiring days I’ve been having, but was very disappointed from the lack of organization of missing my appointment, because I even confirmed through the phone the place and time with the receptionist and I definitely got the confirmation. I don’t blame the massage therapist here because they are really good from my previous experiences. But lesson learned, maybe call ahead of time to confirm that you’re really in their system for an appointment next time.

There are no words that can express how grateful I am for this clinic and all the services that Lina has provided. I started going there in the fall of 2021 with bad shoulder and neck pain. By then I had seen a chiropractor and osteopath and done all the recommended exercises. Though I did see improvement the pain plateaued and wasn’t fully healing. Lina then gave me a combination of messages, needling and simple/quick daily exercises. I couldn’t believe how QUICKLY I made a full recovery following these treatments. And more recently she also healed my tennis elbow using needling and exercises. What I truly appreciate is that Lina really tries to get to the bottom of your pain and advises you on what to do or not to do. I totally recommend this place!!!

I saw Luis Ramirez for some lower back pain. I had an assessment and some treatment. He showed me some exercises and did some acupuncture and suction. I already feel some relief after seeing him and have some exercises to do throughout the day. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Short wait time, very thorough - highly recommend Luis.

Luis was amazing and I am healed! Amara was very kind to me during a tough time. Dare I say I will miss coming in regularly (but I don't miss the pain ;) )

Horrible clinic and terrible management. All they care about is profit at the expense of the patient. Do not waste your time with this place.
