Please do not use this cab company. I booked a cab at 5.50am in order to make my 6:16am train (I live approximately 7 minutes away for the station) and the cab did not contact me to say they would be late. I contacted them and they advised me that it would only be 5 minutes late. I waited and still nothing. They then told me 10 minutes! I asked why the time was increasing. In the end I ended up missing my train because of them so the money for my train ticket was wasted. They did not apologise and when I asked to cancel my cab they said "okay, thank you that's fine!! - ridiculous service. Please be weary.

BE WARNED: Only giving 1 star to be able to post the review as they don't deserve any stars! Driver Ahmed was friendly and was on time and helped with loading/unloading luggage. Cab company lies about the Gatwick Parking charge to get extra charge of £8-£10. They blatantly lie when you confront them that THERE IS NO CHARGE for a Gatwick drop off. Then they plead ignorance that they did not know and would update the info, which is a lie! Their cabs go there on regular basis as a result they would know that there is NO temporary parking charge (drop off)!

I have used them for years. Today's driver was as nice as most are. But please tell the customer where the driver is mr controller. If you prebook, you don't expect to wait one hour for the cab. It was exactly 1 hour from my calling to ask about the cab after landing, to the cab arriving. Frustrating when no bags, and a tight schedule. 3/5 is about right. They get it right more often than not. Rebooked Oct 2016 Much better. Up to 4 star from me

Never let one of their drivers into your home to use the toilet after a long trip. After he left I found my bathroom floor soaking wet and wet toilet paper all over the toilet seat. Contacted the company and they said it was my fault for letting him use the toilet in my home .if I did that in one of their cabs I'd get charged .I am attempting to pursue the company to charge them but I don't hold out much hope. Some people are natural scum.

4 out of 5 times lately cabs are never within the time period told by the controller . Wish they'd just be honest if its 45 mins then say its 45 mins . Wow can't believe how rude the controller is at the place in the evenings . Not even man enought to answer the pnone when someone has a complaint. They should get the controller in the mornings to train the staff in the evening and show the other staff what customer service is

Please boycott this cab service. I generally do not place reviews, but i was shocked by the rude cab service. I called to change the time, i was told " im cancelling the cab and do not call our taxi again". They left an elderly person stranded at the station. People work hard for their money, and to be spoken to that way is disgusting. Use a another cab service that respects customers.

We used Greenford Radio Car Ltd after a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed. Greenford Radio Car Ltd less expensive than Uber or other ride-hailing services, they provide a guaranteed service with lovely cars. The communication with the drivers was excellent, and we will be using this company again for airport runs.

Disappointing service - turning up 20 mins late (advised 10 mins late) and charged my elderly parents still full price. Called to say that charging full price was a little out of order and then they asked “so what do you want me to do??” I said take into consideration on next journey as use a lot and then response was “it’s their choice”.

Called Wayne and gave him instructions to pick up my Aunt from the airport who did not have a phone on her and I will not be available at that time as was in a meeting. The pick you went so smoothly and the payment was taken by card. Unlike my past experience with cab company's - this one was a smooth sail. Highly recommend them

The communication throughout was excellent, and we appreciated the quick response when we needed to talk to someone. Our driver even mentioned that it was a great company to work for - a rarity in the taxi business!

driver was okay. The price is a rip off I asked and was told the price would be £14 and when I clarified after we couldn't fit in the first car I was still told it was £14. I got to my destination and was charged £19. I called to clarify and was hanged up on. Rude and very unprofessional. You will be ripped off

The cab came within 10 minute!! Before that I received a text with link showing where the cab was and what model and car number to look out for. The driver was friendly!!! I find the service great because it keeps you update on when your cab is arriving!!! Overall great service! Will definitely use again!!

Called for transfer prices - have been on time with decent (safe) drivers. Don't forget to call when you land so they can let the driver know.

Called them twice in a week both times their estimated time was by minimum half an hour delayed. Won't recommend or use this service
