Greenheart is the only place I really trust when it comes to fresh, organic produce. Having researched, I understand the farm to be chemical free, producing its own compost and using natural materials in order to reduce/prevent leaching of micro plastics into their food. I contacted the company about the latter as it is a specific concern of mine; the founder replied to me personally, addressing the concerns and explaining the methods used. The farm uses certain traditional farming methods like crop rotation, planting certain species next to each other (I don’t know all the technical terms) and natural pest control in order to maximise the yield naturally and organically. From what I understand, the standards are more stringent than Europe. A lot of the fresh produce is grown on the farm using heirloom varieties. It’s important to bear in mind that due to the produce being organic and heirloom varieties, it isn’t going to be like what you see in the supermarket in terms of shape and shelf life. But if there are ever any issues with the produce, I’ve always been able to contact Greenheart via WhatsApp. They respond in seconds and are very reasonable, offering to replace the items quibble-free. This treatment towards the consumer also builds trust in the relationship which, of course, goes two ways. I have recommended Greenheart to all my friends here and anyone who is new in Dubai. I would love to see their continued expansion and I strongly believe in the farm’s ethos and vision. May it grow from strength to strength. Unfortunately I did not receive the product. The delivery guy gave my vegetables to someone and didn't confirm it was the person who ordered the produce. I called the office several times and no one answered. I'd recommend not using the deliver service because they are not very reliable and pretty much unprofessional. Will notify my friends and local fb groups of this. No reason to allow my friends and associates to deal with this awful service.

I've always loved their produce even though often it's more expensive than the Baker and Spice Farmer's Market on Fridays. The other brands Greenheart imports are great but also often more expensive than similar products at competition. You can order freshly made almond milk which is amazing. The owner is a lovely woman who truly cares about what she does!

Had placed order for pick up and they sent as delivery. When I told why should I pay for delivery when I requested pick up they said as delivery is sent so have to pay. Also the vegetables are claimed to be picked at late stage but I found the carrots and beetroot very raw means the picked earlier the late stage.

The best organic shop in the UAE! Started ordering from them a few months ago and you can actually see and smell (!) the quality of all the vegetables and fruits, even compared to other organic brands. I had forgotten what a carrot should actually look like until we switched to GreenHeart... 5/5 stars every time!

This farm shop features a variety of seasonal organic veg and fruit from the local farm by the same name, and curated health food products from around the UAE and the world. Great resource for those who care about their health, and the health of the planet (which as we now know are closely linked)!

Delivery service took 1 week, after delivering the fruits most of them were rotten specially the mangos (attached). Spinneys has much better price & quality for sure.

Good Place to buy healthy organic vegetables, fruits and other items. Staff is very friendly and home delivery is available. You can also buy from their website.
