I have been here for three times. There is an elder officer who is very gentle, polite and helpful. That is the only reason I rate two stars rather than one. For two out of three visits I have experienced low-efficient working style from some other officers, and I was being yelled even though I even haven't started saying anything at the entrance. I can understand that people who work here could be get annoyed due to less fluent communication with newly coming foreigners. But I would think that they should expect that as the location is International Visitor Registration Centre. People comes here is to meet their obligations. I can't see any reason why some officers have to treat visitors in a way like ’scaring them off’. I realy hope some officers there can be more professional.

Sadly, the service has degraded . I waited 1:40 hrs to be seen. not only was there only one officer working at times, but also all the officers left the desks for a length of 20 minutes at one point. I was left standing along with other people for an hour in the waiting area which was highly unacceptable - not a disable-friendly facility - . Be prepared to be standing for lengthy time, delayed and not be heard. I am very sad this is how low the quality of service has come to be especially after having a good experience during my registration previously on my first visa. Hopefully you pick it up from here because this is not good for the city! :(

People who actually wearing uniforms work there are friendly. BUT that guide lady with a weird-coloured bob hair is so extremely very MEAN. Your job is to guide foreigners. If you like being a racist and so unwilling to be a nice person, maybe you should change your job. I've been stuied and lived in many cities and countries. So far, this station has given me the worst experience of dealing with registration with local government.

I went today to register and was attacked by very unprofessional and rude staff members. Three of them attacked me verbally trying to prove that I and the letter from the home office are wrong. I tried to call them a day before my appointment to clarify a couple of things but couldn't reach them. Additionally, the online registration service is rubbish and very disappointing.

The guys working there are very friendly, polite and willing to help anytime, and you forget about all problems. But, one lady is very rude: blond and with a bob hairstyle. If I forgot about the required documents, and it is a must to come to your office, it doesn't mean, that you are allowed to teach me how to live and splash your anger at me!!

Just rubbish, didnt answer the phone, had my bike nicked twice in 3 days (had to get it back myself last time) these jokers dont even answer the phone, 101 charges and the police website sucks, my phone plan wont let me call 101, had to call 999 in the end just to get through to someone. What do they even do? Utterly useless.

Really good place quick service staff a bit slow but do the job food option is not the great but still good beds better than I thought and you don’t need to worry about security plain walls Will be here in the future Also they are good at booking court dates as I got one in less than 24 hours

I saw the reviews before coming here and all was bad but I have to say I was there today and staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful! And I didn’t even wait and everything took 10 min! Thank you !

I thought the rude police officer was just in a bad mood today. According to comments below, he was just being annoying as usual. Wish I could have the guts to yell back at him.

Extremely rude and unfriendly male staff at the door, do not listen, kept interrupting and giving unclear instruction. Worst treatment that an international student could get!!!

Governmental agency？ Everytime i visiting this place can expand my horizons hugely. : ）Maybe this is reason why we called this country is the empire on which the sun never sets.

The lady just being bully and dont listen even she can see the address detail is the same exclude the postcode that clearly is accommodation system mistake.
