We went to Greenlake Primary Care when my son was born through about a year ago when we moved and they switched to the membership program. So we were there about 3ish years. I was actually sad to switch and wished we didn't have to. However, once we made the switch, I am realizing how much more I like our new place. GPC seems to be pretty old fashioned, and sometimes I felt like I wasn't being heard about what my children needed. In fact, I switched pediatricians about 3 months into my son's life as the first woman we saw minimized what I was experiencing with my son. Once I switched, to a new doctor at Greenake Primary Care, I got him the care and medication he needed. At our new pediatric clinic, granted it is a larger company, I still receive personalized care for my children, and they also have equipment to do more thorough exams instead of being transferred elsewhere. I think the biggest reason I am disappointed in Greenlake Primary Care is that our pediatrician missed my daughters hip dysplasia diagnosis. It was very clear when she was laid flat, that her legs were different lengths. Her left hip was completely out of socket. If our doctor would have noticed it during hip checks, we may not be in the situation we are in now. So overall, I did enjoy our time there and liked our doctor. However, now that we are somewhere else, I am realizing how much happier I am with making the switch.

Greenlake Primary Care is THE BEST place for medical guidance and compassionate care. Their variety of providers offer a number specialties and services in one convenient location. I have been a patient here for years, and despite my condition sometimes requiring acute care and monitoring, I have always had an easy time scheduling my appointments around my busy schedule. The staff is very professional and take time to get to know me personally- even the receptionists to the medical assistants. They are always prompt and I never feel rushed during my appointments- Dr. Busch always makes sure to address all of my questions and concerns, as do the other providers I have seen there. I feel comfortable getting whatever comprehensive care I need here. There is convenient FREE parking. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!

We love Greenlake Primary Care. Whenever we had an issue (and we had several when our daughter was less than a year), they always fit us in and made time even at the last minute. The front desk and nursing staff are awesome. Our doctor, Dr. Krista Hodne is amazing and takes the time to know us as individuals and as a family unit. She listens and provides a pragmatic, knowledgable, and assuring approach to care. Most recently my husband had flu symptoms and we needed a Covid test for him. It is very difficult to get a test right now due to the surge in Seattle and Thanksgiving, but they fit us in by adding an appointment to the day. This was likely exhausting for their staff, and we are so grateful for them. They allowed us peace of mind at a very stressful time. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been with Greenlake Primary Care for 24 years. Can’t imagine going anywhere else! The Doctors are professional, kind, informed, and happy to consult with you on your care and the direction of your care. My personal physician, Dr Naomi Busch, is everything, not only what you expect in a Primary Care Doctor, but what your hope for in a Primary Care. She does NOT have hand on the door ready to exit (like doctors in my past) as you explain your concerns. I consider, not only the doctors, but the staff as family.

Without question some of the best care I have ever recieved. Dr. Mellin has always been extremely attentive, asks good questions, and provides a very safe place to discuss any and all of my health issues and concerns. I also never spend very long waiting (generally 5-10 minutes) which is unusually short for a doctor's office in my experience. After having numerous bad experiences with past doctors, I will be a patient here for as long as I am in the area. I can't recommend this practice enough. 11/10!

Honestly if I could rate them worse I would. The office staff here is totally incompetent, they have lost several of my perscription refills (and once waited to call a perscription in because they wanted to break for lunch), and generally don't seem to care much. On top of which the office staff is rude and disorganized. The doctor I see here is fine, but getting past the front isn't worth the trouble.

I freaking love this place. I'm 29 years old and had a huge problem with needles when I was a kid. Had to have like 3-5 male nurses hold me down to get shots and take blood. BUT NOT WITH MERITT, THE SUPER NURSE! She gave me a shot and I could barely feel the needle. Took blood and didn't hurt a bit. Super friendly staff, great doctor, convenient location, what more could you ask for?

I love it here. Although doctor offices usually make me pretty anxious, once I arrive I'm comforted by how helpful, kind, and professional everyone is. I leave feeling confident I've been listened to, helped with my problems, and knowing that I can call back with any concerns that arise. Plus it's women run and women owned which is a big plus for me.

The entire staff here is amazing! They are super helpful and kind. We take our daughter to see Dr. Palmer she's always very calming to be around and takes the time to go through any questions or concerns we have. Recently moved to Redmond but will still travel the extra bit to come here

We've been visiting this clinic for family medicine for several years now and they have always provided outstanding care. Melissa is attentive, considerate, and thorough. Hopefully we have many years to come of partnership with her and this clinic.

NOT LGBT friendly. In fact, not friendly at all. For my intake appointment this practice stigmatized and belittled me, then flatly refused to take me as a patient based on my common treatable medical condition. Kristine is horrific. Beware!!

I waited for an hour last week Thursday to be seen and when I went to pick my medication up, they forgot to send one. I have been without my daily medication for almost a week. This is like dealing with the NHS, except I am paying for it.

We have been patients since before the switch to membership model. Excellent care all around, attentive and kind. The visits are stress-free every time. The office is professional and efficient, no running late. Thank you!

Very nice group of physicians, and nurses. They made me feel safe and respected, plus they really wanted to hear how I felt about my care and what I needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a physician nearby.

This place is very hard to find. No proper building name and Google maps also confuses it's location. Went here for a covid shot, got mine very quickly. The staff was great and very helpful

Excellent care, doctors compassionate, take the time you and they need at each appointment, responses to questions and requests for copies are quick! Highly recommend this team.

I just absolutely adore Melissa Holmes, PA-C! Smart, personable and compassionate. The staff is super friendly and I always have a good experience whenever I am there.

  • Carrie H.

Love Dr N. Busch. Seeing her since 2006 when she was with PacMed. So good we followed her here!

Kicked off their regular patients unless they pay for "premium" care. Lame
