Wont ask questions to help you with your medicines, happy to pass judgment on you based on your medications - will also have no problems publicly embarrassing you. Even when your Dr has given you a prescription they reserve the right to make the decision themselves without asking you a single question. Other than that a good range, but if its critically important you can access to medicine, best to go elsewhere so you can be at least listened to as its not worth the risk of a retail worker over ruling somehow your dr. Unfortunately this happens often. Probably a good argument for robots putting stickers on boxes, the robots would do less harm. If you feel like making a complaint dont bother, youll be able to tell how serious they are taking it by the tone. ** Edit - Warned the client that I will end up in hospital and could they suggest something, she told me to change my medicines and what I was on makes me drowsy - She was lying obviously. The staff here are AMAZING! They are so quick and super friendly. They are always willing to help if you’re struggling to find something on the shelf or they wait for you even if you’re fumbling around in your bag because you can’t find your wallet, they’re just so wonderfully patient and understanding. Cannot recommend them enough. Flu shots, prescriptions, vitamins, even just general chemist goods, this place has you sorted for a great price and done with unbeatable customer service.

I had been going to this pharmacy for 20 years as it is local to me, however in the last 3 or so years, David the head pharmacist has continuously been rude, abrupt and shown awful customer service. If you want good customer service and reasonably priced prescriptions, definitely do NOT go to this pharmacy. I will happily take my business elsewhere from now on - very disappointing.

Lovely people and very skilled, detailed. My partner and I have used them for a long time. David, his wife and the whole team are great at what they do. We live near elderly and disabled neighbours and David often asks how they are. They deliver to people if needed to. They are fast at the counter. But they really know the medicines they dispense.. Brilliant 10 out of 10

This pharmacy is a perfect example of what a pharmacy should NOT be. Care factor is zero. The young guy who says he knows all the products because he does the ordering needs to take a reality check. Staff are incredibly helpful, but the owners of the store can be particularly rude at times. Also, the product variety is especially limited and despite having “discount”, in its name, the store’s prices are really high, way higher than any other chemist in the area. Would only recommend for its convenient location.

I was just there today, Easter Saturday, asking for my script -on my phone - to be printed out: “yes yes” they said. I also asked for phenergan: “yes yes,” again. Got home: script ISN’T printed and no phenergan in the bag. Also, they’re closed now, until TUESDAY! Not happy, people . (Melissa).

Customer service is alive and doing well at Greenslopes Discount Drug Store. Thriving, even. It’s one of the very few businesses that I look forward to dealing with, because I know for sure that I’ll walk out satisfied and with a smile on my face. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

They helped me with a script from my dentist, after Chemist Warehouse couldn't be bothered. In future I will not assume that just because CW say they are the cheapest, that they are the best too. Very happy with the service at the drugstore here in Greenslopes.

Friendly helpful staff. They offer home delivery for medications which is fantastic. Prices for medications are very reasonable and so much cheaper than the Ramsay pharmacy at Greenslopes Hospital
