My wife and I recently purchased a new ring set from the Liverpool store, as we entered we were met by Abir who is very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Went to buy an engagement ring for my brother and his new wife, we had to return some unwanted gift the situation was sensitive due to unforeseen circumstances, but team at Gregory were so amazing and understanding especially John he was absolutely amazing in helping us get the best outcome, it went above and beyond in helping us get the best deal. John was very friendly and helpful when my husband purchased a wedding anniversary gift last year. This year my husband went back to G.J Liverpool to get his wedding band clean but ended up asking John if he can get it resize and change the design (still using the same ring - sentimental piece).
