My son is on tour with marching band. First time away from home. He told me to book Sunday morning. Turns out there is no accommodations Sat night. So I IMMEDIATELY call to move the reservation to a late night Sat bus that is cheaper. I am told I have to pay $35. I don't have that currently. There are apparently no exceptions. There are no corporate office to call. There are no offices in the U.S. I explained that my son was barley 18 and it was his first time away from home, and that I couldn't leave him without a safe place alone in Indianapolis all night. I asked my options. I was told I had none. I said you and your company are not concerned about the safety of a young person? He answered"that's right". I was appalled. I asked again. "Greyhound doesn't care about the safety of a kid traveling? He repeated..."that's right". The said they couldn't help. They can't control the computer. That I could cancel if I wanted. But that still would cost the same amount. Absolutely NO concern or customer service. I have never in 40 years been blatantly told that the customer does not matter. Please do not book with Greyhound. And DEFINITELY do not trust them to ensure your children's safe travel. I called immediately after booking. And was shook down for $40 I didn't have at the expense of my son's safety. Shame on this company
This is our first time taking a train ride, and it was awesome! My husband and I purchased a sleeper room for our enjoyment. We had tickets to San Antonio Texas from Fort Worth Texas. The rooms are very roomy, and having our own bathroom and beds to relax was a HUGE plus for us!! We also had all meals included with our purchase of the sleeper room!! That was a HUGE plus also. When you have your meals you could either eat in the private dining room that is only for the customers that have purchased a sleeper room or you can take it back to your room. Also the 1st drink (alcohol)is also included with your meal the next one's are on you. Our attendant was very helpful and was always checking in on us to see if we needed any assistance. We also was able to board about 45 minutes early that was great I would definitely recommend taking the train if you want to see the countryside and you want to just sit back and relax and enjoy your ride.
The staff of all people in Atlanta took items that belonged to me.... I only recommend taking the greyhound bus if you have absolutely no other options.....They Robbed Me & The Some Poser wannabe cop security guard Lied & said that he had problems with me earlier....to keep me from sueing as a bus driver slammed a cargo door on my hand & Then tried to use the (poser cop) security guard to try & cancel my ticket & tell me I can't ride the bus to Titusville to Meet Up with my Daughter.... I want to sue them so bad.... Just take ONLY WHAT YOU CAN CARRY ON!!! IT'S NOT JUST ATLANTA!!!! Be Very Careful.
We had gone to pick up my friend at the bus station. And parked where people do pick up other people, but found that the greyhound station is on the far side of this central terminal which services the local buses and the Amtrak train, as well as the Trinity railway express our local train from Dallas to fort Worth. So if you're going to the Greyhound station, be sure to check on the far side of the building. I did not see any parking there so when you pick someone up you'll need Park your car and wait in the lobby till the bus arrives. .
Be careful of booking anything before 12pm, you’ll have to wait in your car before getting picked up. My only real complaint is that you have to be lucky to get a nice driver. The one I just had here in Fort Worth was DISGUSTING. He was rushing other passengers to board and talking to us like we were less than . I can understand wanting to stay on route/on time, but there’s no reason to treat people w/o respect. I’ll be reporting this driver to management so no one else has to deal with his ugly attitude.
One of the bigger bus stations,I've been here twice now. The location of of the bathrooms is kind of tricky(they're in the food court). Prices here aren't cheap, but there are vending machines. There are plenty of places to sit and the staff is very helpful. The bathrooms aren't to bad(but they aren't to good either)however, there are several stalls to choose from as apposed to just having one or two stall options. I actually really like this bus station(because of all the room and the huge ticket counter).
Haven't been down to the ITC in a good length of time, but I'm loving the fact that they're on top of the transient population just lingering around aimlessly, they're monitoring wholeheartedly of your there just vacationing or are you really heading somewhere. I LOVE IT. It had become quite uncomfortable for people who are traveling and passing through to have to deal with panhandling and the sorts. Kuddos to their security staying on top of the transient activity!!!!!!
There was a lady that works here that saved my life. I was at the station about 3 months ago trying to get to Pennsylvania to get away from my dad who has been hurting me since I was a little baby. A lady booked me six tickets to get from Texas to Pennsylvania. Helped me and my emotional support cats get away. I am now living safely with my bf and his supportive parents in PA and away from my abusive father. Thank you to whoever that woman was for saving my life.
Sorry but our bus station is one of the worst in America. I've been to stations that still don't have a station. They have designated stations that rotate stop service 24/7. Service is nice if you can get it but it should not be a guessing game. Maps, schedules and guide books are available on kiosks throughout the building to the general public when customer service is otherwise unattainable.
This is not really a place to be you get accosted an robbed an hit all with the the excuse I didn't see you there. While there are Ni***rs in EVERY RACE you will run across quite a few that will shove you around and knock you down so they can try an get on the bus free an not have to pay at all. Now that being said all through down town the Fares are FREE which helps a lot of computers.
The smell was bad I know it's a old building I loss my wallet on the train (yes that's my fault) but I was trying to charge my phone to find away home and the security card was rude and didn't have any empathy said you have 10 minutes and u have to leave and I said I don't have anywhere to go or money to get home he said I don't careb10 minutes or will make you leave
Very nice building that also is the Amtrak station. Many homeless people but no one bothered me. They do have a security staff and found them to patrol and show their presence often. One security officer was very pleasant and chatted with the visitors...it was nice to see, he made people very comfortable. I would be fine arriving back to the Fort Worth Station .
This is gonna be one of the nicest greyhound bus stations I've ever seen. So clean employees are so friendly and Fort. Worth as a beautiful city, set alarm greyhound to the job. And got me where I need him to go. So hopefully I don't have to take him home. I'll take him for you that out my own. So thanks, greyhound love. The Fort Worth bus station, it's beautiful.
Old reliable. Got stuck in San Antonio. TSA closed before my flight left. Caught a 1:30 am bud that didn’t come til like 2 but I didn’t care at all the bus driver was cool as hell. All I remember is he had a snake tattoo on his arm a Hispanic guy real as ever! Got me to Dallas on time for my flight so I was happy to get to Portland back home to my kiddos!
Located at the Fort Worth Central Station in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. It's a clean, generally quiet station. This is where you can catch Greyhound buses, Amtrak trains, Trinity Railway Express (TRE) trains, TEXRail trains and Trinity Metro (local) buses. Ticket Agents are available for each. Check their websites for hours of operation.
Passengers were told to be at the bus depot at 5:00am for a 5:40am departure. The bus was an hour late arriving and building was locked. The temperature was below freezing and there were women and children needing access to a restroom and there wasn’t one. I’m 76 and this was my first experience on a bus and definitely my last one.
I understand why Greyhound is locked up up tighter drum but it's so wrong how they treat somebody who is a disabled veteran out in the cold because they are worry about people fighting in in the bus station there's got to be a better way to treat people and add to the fact that this is not a safe way to do business
Security can be very rude here! It can be very cold in this place. I've been here many times. Bathrooms are very stinky. The subway is always out of almost everything when we come into town. Never have the refrigerator stocked to purchase bottle sodas, Gatorade, or juices. Not much of a choice on chips, either.
Worst company, worst customer service. Highly recommend Tornado or any other company over greyhound. They are sincerely the worst ever. They outsource their customer service to India and always have bad experiences. Truly horrible in every possible way. I would give a negative rating if possible.
Terrible experience! Left 23 yr old daughter there 20 min before arrival time. Bus driver came and left to retrieve another bus in Dallas, said she would be back but never did. Then when bus was back on route, did not come back to get her.
This was the nicest greyhound station I have been too . We came on the TRE to take a city bus to the zoo, but went into greyhound for lunch at subway and bus info. They even had a security robot that the kids thought was pretty cool.
Restroom a little dirty but staff was very helpful has a few taxis outside the building waiting to give rides a couple homeless people but not as bad as houston. Plenty of security. During the day it appeared safe.
Worst customer service ever. Lady was rude, treated everyone with so much disrespect. It's a shame y'all employ people like that. It wasn't just yo me it was to a lot of people. Pick your employees better.
Great station. The staff are very nice and kind and extremely helpful. It has a nice designated smoke section and a subway in the same building. One of the best greyhound stations I've ever been to.
I only speak with the guys on the train. They are very nice and helpful if I feel like I might be going the wrong way or getting off at the wrong place. They're never leave me feeling uncertain.
Not enough wall sockets next to benches. For my husbands nebulizer machine for his asthma. To many people sitting charging phones and or not using the plug but sitting in benches by plugs.
The Greyhound bus station is a cool place to visit. You can chose almost, or actually, any destination you can fathom, and Greyhound can get you there at a minimal cost for a bus pass.
Horrible, greyhound has a con, they pick you up 4 hrs late, causing you to miss transfer, then tell you , you have to buy another ticket cause that one expired. It's a con never again
Customer service lies! I'm disabled & couldn't get any employee to assist, even though I called ahead & mentioned that I would need assistance. Employees were rude & disrespectful.
All the man wanted was Water and this mean security guard said horrible stuff to him and antagonistic ways. She needs Fired! Disgusted to see him treated this was!
Fairly clean, harassed by security about smoking a cigarette in the open air outdoors while the pan handlers made their rounds through the crowd unabated.. …
I have to admit that they're keeping these places pretty clean and I like that they're enforcing social distancing and the requirement of masks everywhere you go.
Wanted to buy a cokecola and bag chips and told me that they were there for looks and to move on. I was just trying to keep from going into a diabetic shock.
Bus broke down no air no one came from greyhound to change bus I will never ride another greyhound bus the sit was war out no wear to rest your feets
Very clean place service is good not excellent ..atmosphere nedds improvement homless people lerk around to much creates a uneasy feeling if security
Do I need to give it any stars terrible late bus how to wait a day before the next bus but you know greyhound they just don't care anymore …
Horrible experience. Both of my buses were canceled and I was not refunded and was never responded to the 4 messages sent to customer service.
Not bad service and they have great prices. I traveled comfortable and driver was very helpful.thanks for getting me to my destination.
Just there about 1 hour. If you have time get a person size Cheese Pizza . It was about 6:00 PM and the bathroom needed some attention.
Trip went good. Driver did a very good job on Is announcing stops. But about halfway he started Is swerving some that way the 4 stars
I actually love coming here so.etimes just to sit and rest when I am downtown. Its always cool and the restrooms are super clean.
Usually clean and has lots of security guards and police around the area. Good Subway restaurant inside, and the food is good.
Very nice facility . Includes a Subway Sandwich Shop & a variety of snack machines. Very clean and has Security..
When I was homeless? They gave me a discount pass. Which was the God sent? Thank you, Abba Father
Serves its purpose. Not like terminals used to be. That's the process of evolution.
Bus is uncomfortably cold. But the drivers are nice. And the bus is clean.
Stopped through on Amtrack, TX to OK and back. Always a great stop here.
Awesome people and they are very professional and very friendly
Gray hound station is great so is the bus turn mural .
Excellent all the way around, thank you much
