Tbh my bus was more than 3 hrs late so i was highly inclined to give you just one star. Also the bus stop was poorly maintained as per the cleanliness went. The drinking water dispenser has algae all around it. The trash was full and had not been emptied. Also smelled pretty bad BUT the reason I gave 4 stars was for the act of kindness a lady security guard did to an old homeless man. Her kind gesture just won my heart. She brought some sandwiches and coffee to the man. She also knew how many sugars he liked in his coffee. At one point the old man couldn't open the sugar sachet and again she was kind enough to help him with that. It just melted my heart to see such a warm gesture. Such gestures are the times when we have our faith in humanity restored. If that is the working ethic at the stop then yes you definitely deserve a 5 star. Hope you keep up the spirit. Thank you

I give greyhound 0 stars if I could. I purchased a ticket to Tampa. Some things came up so I have to change the date and the destination. Surprise greyhound customer service representative stayed I can't change the destination. I don't mind paying extra to change the destination on my bus ticket. But I was told no you can't do this. I just wasted my money again purchasing a ticket here. Worst company refund policies and worst customer service. They have 0 options for the customer except to change the date on your ticket and you have to pay an extra $20. I'm sorry I thought your customer are supposed to be happy with their bus ticket purchase. This company doesn't care at all about the customers they have. I will take my business elsewhere.

All of the workers are very rude. I had a ticket to go to San Antonio and 230 PM and when I was there it was my 2nd time ever riding a bus and everyone was super rude... The check-in lady for the bags The bus driver The check-in bag lady was getting my stuff together as yelling and being ugly with a customer who didn't get enough information and because of that lost his bus ride. This place has THE WORST customer service and I will never be coming back here Megabus next time.

This location is many things. On the outside it is a much different world but once you're inside you're safe and don't need worry. Big facility, restrooms were interesting. Saw a guy sponge bathing in the toilet. That was different. No judgment. Over all it's a smooth experience once you get inside the building. And they always get you there on time

Had to stop at this gas station, and let me tell you this, the gas station is awesome, and the type that serves hot food also...but there's definitely something seedy going on in the surrounding area. By far one of the most interesting corners in Houston.

Station people have a nasty attitude then I don't have a present smile they always booted up they look at you like you're trying to steal something I wish greyhound find somebody else to do t business with. It's like they look at you like

Place is unsecured and has a lot of homeless people who doesn't stop asking you for food and money, plus the place is not clean and smell pee, lot of trash around this place Not recommended if you are traveling with kids it's dangerous!

I love the prices at Greyhound but this place is disgusting, there is bums all around the area and it's chaos in the station. The buses are all tore up now. Greyhound is a huge company and shouldn't be carrying themselves like that.

Minus 100 stars. My husband, along with 5 other passengers got left behind at the checkpoint in McCallen Tx. My husband was the last one in line, when he came out the other passengers told him that their bus had already left.

The worst place ever the bus was 5 hours late and we came back at 5 am and had to wait an additional 5 hours what kind of place is this never ride with this company again absolutely terrible .

I reserved a ticket to my son to forthworth, the bus stopped in Dallas and they kept us waiting for 3 hours! No bus show up I had to pay for an Uber.

The driver did Help you put your bags on the knee he just pointed and we had to get a fun of the bus that's wrong that's a lazy driver

Be careful of the homeless as you leave not well kept but hard to considering the surroundings. Get in the bus get away.

I hate seeing my brothers and sisters homeless by choice. Ive been in AA, and NA, groups. This is a place of relapse.

Never get on greyhound worst bus you can ride , rude people,no exchanges and always late on connections.

This place is convenient so you won't have to go downtown to wait at that crackhead infested location.
