Currently on a nutrition & PT program with Bayden. The team are very professional, punctual & work with my health goals to tailor a custom plan. Already seeing results 2 weeks into the program. Their booking system and reminder notifications are exactly what I need to stay on schedule. The fresh meals they recommend from meals at co are delicious and I’ve been eating them 7 days lunch and dinner. Delivered to the store so easy for me to collect. Knowledge with supplements, nutrition and health needs are exceptional. Highly recommend !

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable around all their products. I’m not a gym type person at all but was after some natural supplements to help with stress / sleeping and also hair and nail health.
