The service I have received is terrible I moved a week ago and still trying to get the remaining items that was left at my old property collected and delivered. After many promises of it being collected I am still waiting. On the day of removal they were so slow arriving a at 8 am and still packing at 5pm, did not care I no longer owned property and new owner was moving in. Very rude to me and when I questioned about fitting it all in despite having it surveyed prior to quote and booking they didn’t care and more or less said not thirst problem. No apology that was meant .. the stress and frustration is still ongoing. Despite many promises of collecting my outstanding belongings they still have not done this. Not responding to my calls and emails I may need to sue to get all of my belongings. Also the new owner of my property is very unhappy my belongings are still there o et a week after the move!! In response to your reply below I refute your claim it was not quoted for as I talked and showed Gordon around everything including the garden, shed, garage and full house. So you were aware of everything to go. storm Eunice was not as bad and hindering the work as you state and does not account for the delay and rudeness of your workers. You have promised me on multiple occasions that you were collecting the items pre arranged and failed to show on at least 3 pre arranged times. I find it an insult you said my house smelled and the workers could not breathe that is just an insult to me. You clearly chose to believe your workers than myself. You have not fulfilled your contract and I am now arranging for another company to collect my items and I will go to court to recover these costs from you. Warning do not use this company.

We moved last summer from the UK to Italy. On the agreed day of pick up no-one showed up. After a couple of phone calls we were promised a different day finally 2 people showed who started loading our belongings like they are trash, no covering no protecting absolutely nothing and like that wasn't enough I was asked to help them because I was not doing anything. To this day I regret I went through with them and I did not stop at that point were the unprofessionalism was already obvious. The estimated delivery was 2-3 days, brace yourselves it took them 1 month and a half to actually bring our belongings split in 2 deliveries. We are still missing an item which they have promised to bring us and insurance compensation for all the furniture that was destroyed. STAY AWAY or you will see your belongings either destroyed or lost. Thank you GS moving for making our moving from one country to the other the worse experience ever!

Have had an absolutely horrific experience using GS Moving. I engaged them last June for shipping personal items from UK to Ireland. At the time they indicated the shipment would take 2-3 days, in the end it took over three weeks and nearly half our items were missing. Following months (4months) of following up to determine where our missing items were, they had confirmed they cannot be found and would agree a compensation amount with us. This was not an easy task as they don’t reply to emails or phone calls. Despite this agreement in place since November we are yet to receive any payment of compensation. To say this has been a bad experience is an understatement, we have lost a number of coveted personal items that can’t be replaced and have received no apologies in earnest from the company. I am not allowing them to get away without compensation though and will be following up to ensure we get what is due.

I moved into my first ever property yesterday and after the hassle with a previous removal company. G.S moving saved us anymore stress. Abdul and Victor were absolutely lovely, so helpful and just overall amazing. They handled everything with care, took their time and delivered all my things in one piece. My wardrobe was a big issue as the stairway in my old flat was very narrow but they persevered and took it down with no complaints. They complimented my new flat when bringing furniture in. Honestly the overall experience was amazing, would highly highly recommend. Customer service was also amazing and very easy to speak to. If you are in need of a moving company these are definitely one of the best.

GS MOVING - goes through to Bishops Removal and we paid Bishops Moving...the lads were great but management GABRIELA used blackmail/threatening to get more many for us stating lorry got stopped for overweight and so a third lorry had to be booked...mind we were domestic 2 bed flat moving..when lorry arrived at our new area they refused to unload our property unless we paid over and above which was quoted £744 to £2860..?!?! If we didn't pay they would take our property and charge daily storage charges....There was 2 lorries only (one full the other half full) there was no third lorry only a transit van and not our error if guys overloaded there lorry !! DO NOT USE!! Star for lads only

This company's service was brilliant, in fact "brilliant" doesn't cover it. Craig, our liaison, was so kind and made so much effort and the 3 chaps that did the move were amazing. They were so fast and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, they were friendly and worked so incredibly hard. I chose them purely because their quote was the most affordable and "you get what you pay for" was a fear, but my fears were set aside. It was money well spent. Thank you so very very much for easing a stressful move.

We used this Company for both packing and removal on the 23rd March and the overall service was excellent. We moved from Bletchley to Marston Moretaine. The packing done the previous day to removal was very thorough and not one item of damage occurred. The guys who did both the packing and removal were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this Company for anyone who is in need of such services.

Can not recommend enough. Very helpful and professional and prompt. We got let down last minute and this company came back with a very good quote. The removal men were on time and very quick at getting the house empty. Would absolutely use again but hopefully no moving just yet.
