This year was my first year filing with someone other than TurboTax and I am never going back. Claire was an absolute angel to work with; I knew just from talking to her on the phone to make an appointment that she cared. I felt comfortable with the price and was shocked at how different my tax return was compared to the estimate TurboTax was giving me. I will recommend her to everyone forever.
