I was super surprised by the quality of these meal preps! I love to train but hate to cook and prepare meals. This actually works out at around 4.50 per meal which is most often less than I would pay for a meal at lunch during a workday. It has veg, good quality meat, fish and tasty sauce and dressing pots. I find 2 minutes in the microwave is all I need. I’ve been eating more and getting leaner. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Plus Deepak kindly allowed me to get my Sunday prep when I failed to order in time. Top service. Nice one mate

Delighted with these meals, I work 14hr shifts and sick of prepping/cooking on my days off. Staff can't do enough to help, the food is so fresh an flavoursome and ample! I love the freedom it gives me, no shopping no cooking...not even washing up lol. Thank you for providing an excellent service …

Meals are very tasty. I recently joined the subscription option. I am very busy with work so for me it is extremely convenient to have my food always paid for and delivered every Sunday without thinking about it. Great service would recommend to everyone.
