I’m not really sure where to start with this review, Mimi is the most down to earth, just human PT there is. I have been with her for around half a year now and she has equipped me with so much knowledge, a complete changed frame of mind and approach to health and fitness and helped me improve my health and fitness vastly. I LOVE her energy, even if you feel slouchy one day, once you’re in that room with Mimi you will quickly match her energy and love every second of it! One last call out I want to make is how incredibly accommodating Mimi is. She always listens and encourages her clients to voice anything that the body may not be responding well to. Everybody is different and she gets that, there is no textbook following here! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to change their health and fitness! ❤️
Ive had many PT trainers and none of them beats Mimi. She has an amazing personality and is a beautiful soul, she will always make you feel comfortable. I’ve come to Mimi for the last few years for my weight loss journey - from where I began to now I have seen a huge difference in my body. Mimi has helped me with my fitness levels, stamina and confidence. She’s always believed in me and has always supported my journey in every way possible and never fails to deliver. She doesn’t waste your time and sessions in fact she pushes you from start to end to ensure you get the best out of your workouts and will ensure it’s never the same work out so you will never get bored ! Omg!! I was struggling to lose baby weight after my second child and nothing was working for me. I lacked motivation at the gym and decided to find a personal trainer. It was the best decision I’ve made! Gymhouse is super exclusive and private and I felt comfortable straight away-rather then surrounded by people at the gym. Mimi is fantastic! She targets the areas I am uncomfortable with on my body and also gives me tailored meal plans to achieve the results. Mimi’s expertise has made me gain the confidence back. I’m 2months in and I see such a difference physically. Im super happy!

Started my journey with Mimi less than 6 weeks ago and I am overjoyed I came across Mimi. Before I started I felt overly anxious about exercising however Mimi helped put my mind at ease. Since starting I have seen a huge improvement in my weight, mind and overall well being. She has been an amazing coach, personal trainer and has provided a meal plan which has been actually enjoyable. From the encouragement to the laughs. It has been an amazing experience and I would 100% recommend her!
The most amazing incredible trainer who gets RESULTS! I’ve been training again with Mimi over the past 4 weeks and have lost 39 inches overall and dropped 4.6kg…but more importantly, I’ve started to built my confidence back up (as well as my muscles). Mimi challenges me, pushes me and makes me WANT to perform to the best of my ability. I always look forward to my sessions and leave feeling elated - high ok endorphins! Thank you for making working out so much fun!!!
I've had a really great experience with Mimi so far. She makes you feel confident, pushes you but is also aware of anything that needs more work and she tailors the workout accordingly. One workout is never the same as the previous, so you'll never feel bored. She is also very accommodating and doesn't push for you to take extra sessions and instead is even willing to give a workout plan that you can do in the gym or at home. Would definitely recommend.
My wife had a painful problem after delivering our first baby. Thanks to Mimi my wife's spine pain disappeared. Mimi had a great personal approach. She managed to motivate my wife and gave a lot of good advice. From my point of view the dietary regime could be more personalized, it lacked diversity, it looked like premade Macro for everyone. Nice touch was that the meals were simple to make. The value of the whole service package is very good. Thank you Mimi!
Surely the best personal trainer you can find! 5 years ago I achieved a huge transformation with her guidance and after having 2 kids I’m now back again ready to lose weight. She is very supportive and given back my self confidence I kind of lost in the last few years. I’m just happy that I’m back at Gym House and I feel excited about going every single time. Relaxing atmosphere, amazing equipments, effective diet and fitness plan. Highly recommend!
Mimi is the best! So grateful to have met her, was quite nervous to start training as I've never done it before but Mimi made me feel comfortable, pushed me and was so motivating and understanding. Always accomodating to date and times! I highly recommend Mimi as she is very professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and super supportive. She has the best equipment, workout & diet plans suitable for all. Lost inches and weight within the first 4 weeks.
Excellent PT, very knowledgeable, approachable and committed. Currently on 2nd month with her and its great I feel stronger and loss inches of my body. I have just booked 2 more months with her. I enjoy exercise in her private gym in one to one settings, she is pushing and challenging me to do better, which is working. She took into consideration my wrist injury as I couldn't do all exercise.
I've been training with GHPT for over a year. I cannot explain how much my life has improved. After being diagnosed with PCOS, loosing weight was a real struggle. Mimi created an individual food plans for me with a dedicated workout routine catered to my needs. Since training with Mimi, I have lost a total of 2 stones and lost 7 inches off my tummy! I cannot recommend enough
Gym House is a womens only little studio in chadwell heath run by Mimi. Mimi is lovely. Shes very accommodating with times etc. she makes workout plans around your goals and if you have injuries or pain shes also very mindful of this. I was happy with my body after just two months with her. Also affordable and theres always parking available. Would definitely recommend.
Naznin was so amazing. She really helped me achieve what I wanted. She has also helped me start off my weight loss journey. Her meal and exercise plan was perfect for me and my lifestyle. I really struggled on my 1st session but she was very understanding and helped me overcome my struggles. She is really good at what she does and I highly recommend her.

Just booked my second set of sessions with Mimi. I enthusiastically look forward to my lessons with her. Saw and felt the results strightaway, i feel like i have more energy for my everyday life because of her PT. Mimi is very good with her advice and very understanding. I would definitely recommend her Personal training lessons.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience during my 8 sessions of PT. My fitness was tested massively and I was able to carry out circuits and exercises I didn’t think I could. I am grateful for the start of my weight loss journey and regular check ins with the assistance of diet plans and measurements.
