I been always buying from H&M since open in south africa and from today I will never go in this rubbish store again, the closing manager in Sandton store was very rude I have an item with no tag she want to charge me the price for something else is not the same item.

Widest variety of clothing available here. For any occasion, and for anyone. From kids to adults, u'll fisnd whatever u need. Plus they are one of the selected stores that have the RICH MNISI collection( in the men section, but its unisex)

Bad experience today. One size left of a dress with damage. Patronizing sales person offered R20 off the dress and no return. I told her that it would be at least R100 for a taylor to mend the damage. I asked if they had an inhouse taylor

Most frustrating store to pay using your card as a huge company atleast insure that your card machines have signal and your store has sufficient WiFi as I waited 1 hour to make a payment using all of my three cards this is disappointing

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences. Unfriendly staff, particularly the ladies in the fitting rooms. Only store I know that places creased blazers on the floor and will only steam it if you pay for it first. Shocking service.

Friday 21/6/2019. In the queue to the till point the staff were body shaming an Indian lady who was of very fair skin colour. They called her all names and even mantioned she looks like she rose from the dead. All of them including the

Waiting for 30 minutes for someone to assist me. Had someone request staff members via in store PA system. No manager in sight. Zero stars if possible. 3 staff members available on a Saturday for such a massive store.

Staff members in the changing rooms fail to communicate procedures with clients on entry, even after being greeted however very happy to reprimand after the fact. That kind of customer service looses clients.

Pathetic management. 12 customers in line and 2 very slow cashiers. After 10 minutes I called a female manager over and politely asked why only 2 cashiers, the rely was " that is the shift"

Queues are too long in this store. Clearly management and Store designers care little of the customer experience. Why have only one till/ pay point. Makes shopping here such an inconvenience

Huge selection. First class service. Once lost a teddy in the store in the change room and they kept it for me coz they saw my kid was playing with it so they are observant and pretty cool!

Saturday before Christmas, with a super long queue, they close tills. Strange...........
