I love shopping at H&M! People say the coals are cheap. I say they’re inexpensive. People say the clothes look cheap. I say they look neat. For regular work wear or even something to throw with an outfit for a night in the town, you’ll find it at H&M. This particular location is pretty sweet. I’m here pretty often.

The store was not stocked well in the women and boys section. The boys selection is slim to none. My rewards were not calculated from my previous transaction from this store. In comparison to my previous visits, this was not a good experience for my family.

Bought some clothes here, and I looked great. even got some company to take home. Only problem, Couldn't get the damn pants off so we watched movies and ate snacks instead. fast forward and I celebrate my anniversary soon so all in all it's Rock N Roll

I was going to try on a cute dress they had here, but when I finally got to the back of the store where they are located, I found that their fitting rooms useless--they are unisex stalls! I was very disappointed, will never shop there in the future.

Prices where ok when it came to the men's clothing but they had the smallest section for men's clothing, while the womans clothing was four times as big. Also they put the men's section all the way in the back. Had to walk a mile just to get to it.

The cashier today was horrible. She wasn't friendly and be nice to us. She even didn't ask customers "how's everything". At first, she said the total is $100, but when we gave her $100, she said "its $125". Then we asked "but you said $100

Is it hard to smile, None of the staff in this store look or act like they want to be there, I have shopped in this store several time (because the mall is very close to my house) and I NEVER been greeted by any staff or at least spoken to

The only thing I don't like about it is that it's fast fashion and probably very environmentally bad. Unfortunately the styles are very awesome, fresh and classic. You'll always find something you love but I plan on slowly weaning myself

I went there earlier today and I’ve never written a bad review in my life but this is ridiculous! The fitting rooms are unisex and there was no attendant. There is no door to lock just a curtain so this (maybe 16 year old) boy just opens

Advise get the app to save you money. We shop here often enough that it saves us some cash in the long run. Styles here are nice just hard to find sometimes. Over all great store and employees seem nice enough to help out when needed.

I'm exhausted with coming to this location to be greeted with locked entrance doors in the men's section and no functional dressing rooms. Why are the dressing rooms still closed? I understand the pandemic rendered much of the staff

Shopped in the mall not H&M. Haven't shopped there since the "monkey" description of the little African American kid. Not missing anything because their clothes aren't that good. There are no zeros so I gave them a one.

Nice H&M. Great variety of clothing and up to date with the new fashion trends. Clean and good employees ready to help. (Kinda, i mean they work at a fashion store, they're tired give em a break) Good expeirence there!

I love this store. I buy most of my clothes from here. I just wish this location's mens department was a bigger size to offer more selection. But for the most part they keep the willowbrook location organized and neat.

This place has great stylist clothing, but I don't know why they have a problem making men's pants and not putting back pockets on them. A little over priced for a pair of pants with no back pockets if you ask me.

Organized and it's a pretty big store. They have a good variety of clothes for women, men and children. There's two entrances to the store, from the parking and inside the mall.

I did purchase what went for. 2 stars because cashier was very unfriendly, didn't say hello or acknowledged me. Super unprofessional. Needs to be retrained in what courtesy is.

This place has all the clothes from Baby to Adults. Like any other large retail store, the clothes can be all over the place and in different areas where they don't belong.

Small selection on men's items but decently priced. I was glad they had suits & pants $75 for blazer & $40 for the pants. Large selection in the women's department.

This place is ok hard to get assistance perhaps but decent selection and prices it would be nice if they had someone working there though

Girl in the register did not seem to be to happy, I think in those cases she needs to not be in the register but in the back
