I went in to H&M on 06/25 to get something for my friends wedding 06/25, the fitting rooms were closed but they said I can return them within 30 days. They never said anything about tags. I tried them on and none of the pieces fit me. I came in the next day with the receipt 06/26 to return them. The woman instantly told me “for future reference, I’m going to need you to return in kids since we can’t take many returns here.” It was at the main entrance checkout, how the hell would I know? I never shop there. Then she asked I have the exact card that I bought them with, I provided it. She then asked her co worker if she can return items without tags, all of the tags were in the bag but they refused to return a skirt because the tag wasn’t on. If I would have known I would have bought a tag gun to replace the tag, I used to work in the clothing industry and it’s a 2 second process. She said she couldn’t tell if it had been worn. How could I have worn two outfits yesterday after 12 when I bought them? I ended up wearing a long sleeve dress to my friends wedding in 90 degree weather that I already had because they didn’t fit me and I have photos to prove what I was wearing yesterday. I will never come here or any H& M ever again, and I will be telling everyone I know.

Worst customer service. Came from another store to exchange bra size for a bigger one. Asked if they could help me to understand the size I’m looking for if this one tight. Cashier doesn’t know. I asked her to ask someone who knows? She asked a guy next to her he’s like idk. After a person in line told me to go look myself and try them on and cash words were like yeah go and try it out it’s somewhere there in a corner. Found the corner. Bunch of bras, no idea what to look for. Terrible service, terrible associates. I left with what I purchased at Hillsboro.

They have 3 levels store. Huge and big one. Kids, ladies and Men clothes. So many selections. Prices are very reasonable and good quality clothes. I really like this brand. My teenagers love this store too. Crews are very kind and helpful. They have security guards so feel safe around when I was shopping here. My youngest daughter got a cute clothes my all kids are happy. They have an elevator so I have stroller with my youngest daughter. Easy to move up and down. Store is very neat, clean and organized.

I stopped by this H&M location while walking around the mall. I was looking to get out of the hot heat so I came into the store. This store is 3 levels, so I went to the 3rd level to look at their men's selection. They have some pretty good item, I mostly wear their easy iron long sleeve shirts and sport shirt because it doesn't wrinkle. I found everything fine by myself, no employee to talk to me while I was looking around in the store. I uber here so I didn't have to look for parking.

If I could give negative star I absolutely would. Wasn't even in the store for 5mins and asked to leave! For ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!! Was followed around me VK ndanunsurenir it was followed around unsure if it was by an employee or a creep!!! That's fine will gladly take my MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Will never be back to any of these stores and would NEVER recommend this rudely ran store!! (-5STARS)

this store is clean & organized, especially compared to similar stores around. but i’m leaving a 5 star review because the staff was so nice. the fitting room staff, especially the girl, were so nice yet efficient getting everyone in as quick as she could. i went today 6/21 around 1 or 2pm. and i love the shorts i bought! i wish the tops i tried were better quality for the price.

Buyer beware! Got a hair clip, and I was extremely disappointed after it broke on the very first use. They refused to replace or refund the $9.99 hair clip, isn't that too much for a product that wouldn't last a single use? I urge you to think twice if you plan to buy from h&m. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Friendly staff, had a ton of swimming shorts for sale, found a pair was on sale at the checkout counter which is always nice.

Awful customer service. Don't go if you'd like to try on clothes at 6:30 when they close at 7. They won't accommodate you
