Ali, from H&R, is quite possibly the kindest repair person I have ever engaged with for any service. While he repaired my electrical issue super efficiently, he also responded so empathetically to my need for continued indoor masking and my mobility issues. Ali, insisted on popping up and down the stairs to find different things he needed, so as to limit my strain (even helping me rummage around for a lightbulb he needed at one point), insisting on vacuuming a lightbulb that popped (cleaning out my vacuum before and after), and repeatedly asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving. Honestly, a perfect testament to the importance of kindness in any field of trade. Super duper recommend!!

Had this company recommended by one of my neighbors after I started running into issues with the electricity at my shop. They were able to quickly identify the issue and replaced the panel extremely quickly. They were also kind enough to provide a very clear sticker with a list of each breaker and its purpose. No more guessing which breaker goes where.

Hassan was a pleasure to deal with. We had a snow plow strike our hydro meter and needed an electrician in a hurry. Hassan was quick to respond and easy to deal with. I called last week because my whole kitchen suddenly lost power right before i had a big family reunion, i called and they were there within a couple hours and solved the issue quickly and properly changing what needed to be changed, thank you guys for the great work.
