Aside from the high-standard furniture made of top-quality Sri Lankan timber varieties, the entire team was exceptionally helpful in designing, customizing and delivering my orders with utmost accuracy, care and punctuality. I would like to personally praise the efforts of Mr. Rizmi - SR Manager, Mr. Amila Jayakody - Asst Sales & Marketing Manager whose assistance was tremendous on all aspects, and Mrs. Purnima the highly skilled designer. I recommend Don Carolis to everyone seeking efficient service on furniture supply in Sri Lanka and beyond. Being a diplomat stationed in Colombo for three years now, I would want to highlight the peculiarity of this experience compared to other commodity and service suppliers in Sri Lanka.

After sales service is atrocious Trying to get a fitted cover done by them for the sofa that we purchased The tailor dies not even visi the site to take the measurements , so much so the covers have been returned thrice without exaggeration Even the Marketting manager one Roshan Bandara has not even bothered to take an effort to rectify the mistake , Worst is they will not answer your call Over to the chairman

Contemporary and strong furniture in new designs. Very happy we purchased most of our furniture here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was pretty good as well. They delivered the furniture home and assembled it as well. They update their design very often and they usually have one furniture in one design, so if you are seeing for something unique to get, this is the place for you.

An irresponsible packers/movers. I have lost some of my precious items given in packing. Pots and glasswares have reached the final destination shattered into pieces. There was no replacement/compensation from the packers OR the insurance company engaged by them. After sales service is very unworthily and unreasonable. Seems that they only want to sell there things. They have to be more mindful and flexible on providing a reasonable after sales service to their loyal customers atleast . Quotes unreasonable prices for that service and rigid terms without corporation.

Sprawling property with a view of the canal and duplication road. Has a well laid out showroom for almost all your furniture needs. Quite a large range of dining tables and beds on display in various setting . Many creative pieces of coffee tables and bedside tables too.

Furniture which was bought on October, 2020 is already infected with wood worms. When we complain about the situation they are not helpful at all. They are not providing solution for the problem even the items are still under the warranty period.
