I ordered a cake out their book for my son's 2nd birthday. The image which was suppose to cover the surface didn't even cover half of it, the border they put around the image was severely off center, the border icing was yellow when the picture showed blue, the wording was squished between the inner and outer borders when we were told it would be on the side, and the toys which we were told come with the cake as toppers were instead sold separately when we picked it up. Had my son been at an age where he cared what the cake looked like I'd of just left it behind. They had a week to make it and that's the best they can do? How can they screw up their own pre-made template so severely? When I need a custom cake I'll definitely be going elsewhere.

Second time and I’m disappointed! First time was last year I went for a unicorn cake ; went two days ahead of my party and I got there and it was melting ! So that means it was hot went they putted the icing. And this year again; went for a 6 inch cake super simple two colors I wanted something super small ; and it’s so soft and it’s melting I mean it’s a joke this place . Don’t get customs cake here you will be losing your time

my cake was supposed to be 3 colors and Elite ... when it arrives at my house it is broken it does not have the decoration that I ordered and it is buttercream (which I do not like) I do not recommend it

Worst experience the workers dont know how to take cake orders and they promise something so later on they could say they dont have the exact thing u order at first…. Never again…….
