Henry was great, not only did he come out to us witin 30 minutes and after 9pm and found our problem, he gave us a little electrical and fire safety lesson. I accidentally cut our internet cable.John arrived promptly with 45 minutes of initial call.There were a lot of cables jumbled up but John managed to isolate the cable and fixed it.He came with the right tools and knowledge.
