We had an emergency with the cat who was attacked by the dog and was injured in the early morning hours we searched in google for 24/7 vet doctors and we found none responding but when we called hanvi’s pet clinic and requested for a vet doctor for home visit at early morning hours we were assured that doctor will come for the home visit though it was very far away from our house.We were given regular update on the time of arrival.Once arrived the doctor quickly checked on the cat and provided the required treatment as it was the first time we were handling any animal in distress not only he calmed us also provided the guidance to follow in her treatment .I am totally amazed by the commitment and dedication of the doctor and I do not have any words to express the help he has provided.As we have called for vets and everyone refused to come to home and treat and asked us to bring the cat to the hospital it is really wonderful and amazing the home service provided by hanvi’s pet clinic.With his dedication and commitment he has saved not one life but five lives as the cat had four kittens a day before.Hence I recommend hanvi’s pet clinic for the amazing service they are doing for the animals who does not have voice.Thank you so much .

Our pet has suffered from skin infections since he was just a baby. We have consulted many doctors but we didn't see much improvement. A doctor elsewhere suggested us to go for costly tests and we did so, but he stated the reports were completely normal. However, we could clearly see the health condition of our pet was deteriorating. Then finally we consulted Hanvi pet clinic, with Dr. Yashasvi and she was straightforward and prompt, and explained us everything in detail. We took an online consultation with our own concerns, yet the service was nothing like we experienced before. They sent us medicines themselves and has been in touch with us frequently asking about our pet's health. I haven't seen a service this nice anywhere else. Now our pet's health has improved tremendously, he plays all day long, eats on time and is doing good overall. Still recovering, but I don't see it getting worse. I'm so grateful for having consulted with them.

My adopted pup wasn't dewormed and they kept delaying for 10 days and they prescribed 5 more meds everyday for anemia and a lot of other things, my pup became sicker and it kept getting worse, they suggested we give her baby cerelac, later we took her to another experienced vet yesterday and the doctor told us that the meds won't work until dewormed cause the worms drink up the meds, and the pups are not supposed to be given baby cerelac cause it causes indigestion, he suffered indigestion and was in a lot of pain

He truly understands the pet needs, problems and treats them with utmost care and compassion. Most reasonable charges to keep the facility going and advices the pet owners properly and guides them in the best possible manner. There is a couple working here and they do not have any real experience with the pets is what I feel I lost my cat due to their negligence they just wanted to put unnecessary injections and spoil my cats health. Before I had my vaccination for my cat here it was very healthy and one week after I had it vaccinated it passed away. One star is also not worth for rating this clinic.

Its one of the best pet clinic in Hyderabad, My Labrador was effected from demodicosis (sever skin infection). The treatment given by Hanvi's clinic was absolutely good. I just hate the behaviour of the doctor not on time not answering my call decline the calls and my pet also not well and also they say come tomorrow come evening time if they not want to help atleast they wanna to inform us but the won't help in emergency case I just have bad experience with them

Regularly take my cat to this clinic. The doctors are a couple who have a house and clinic in one place so it’s open 24/7. They also own a very friendly dog Mitsy! They charge reasonably and treat well. They also provide grooming. There’s a store with pet supplies , accessories and food.

PET Medicare: Ambience is quite calm and friendly manner. Their way of treating pets and hospitality is awesome. Great place for pet care. Doc is very responsive and follows the medication and had well knowledge towards the treatment. Really would suggest this place
