Seems No indemnity in cases of Hospitalization the way they treated the loyal customer for 14 years!No personal interaction with policy holders and their healthcare. Takes premium and forgets policy holders.Recently I was chased to top up the policy for 20 lakhs on existing family floater policy. However they declined for my wife for taking medication for B-Complex deficiency.( which was common symptom across India during Covid pandemic) for women. Deficiency is not a disease . If their mis informed doctor( who also represent conflict business houses) made an error of judgement without giving option of hearing , cancelled the top up policy of my wife when we have a running policy with "no claims" for the last 14 years . The assurance of their indemnify in case of need is totally lost. Seems they are a fraud in terms of service, product offering and took more than two months to refund the premium paid. Looking for new Health Insurance provider in my next renewal in times of need Claim settlement during pandemic,HDFC ergo was not bankable. Please do not take health policy from them. face less process was good and quickly settled of my health check up costs.

not good service i was reneved bike insurance from hdfc egro from one agent kvr baja bike shoroom from heganahalli still now idid not get my insurance very bad network my amount allredy dedcted

I went to this location there is no such office found and due to this i paid fine due to no parking.Admin if u have no idea regarding this then kindly be quite don’t share this kind of stuff

They just collect premium, by giving you half baked information. Not willing to cover anything. They just pin it on your pre existing disease. Don't buy this policy. It's the worst .

Liked the service... The insurance I was looking for was not available with them, still helped me out to find one with another company... A bit difficult to find the office though...
