Please Stay Away from LUDHIANA CYCLE AGENCY NAGPUR !!!!! I recently purchased bicycle from Ludhiyana cycle Agency, Nagpur for my father and like to highlight recent unpleasant experience faced by me when I went for after sales servicing. The shop owner and the staff lack professionalism, ethics, and basic manners. They denied any free or paid services and had very rude behaviour. When I went for servicing my cycle. The shopkeeper confiscated the original bill and threatened to beat me and take the cycle for raising an complaint online and putting review on Google. This is so far the worst anyone can treat their customers. I entrusted to have Firefox cycles for my father as I came across positive after sales feedback from other customers. But in reality, we had to face the opposite. due to such bad stores. Incidents like these certainly tarnish the reputation of Firefox brand from customers perspective.

This is the worst ever deal i have ever made , the communication between the owner and customer is completely different once the deal is done , if you visit the shop again for any kind of service, like refitting or tuning of gears will never be fulfilled, they literally ask you to get it done for elsewhere for a new brand cycle purchase form there shop 2 to 3days back , there are some professional ethics which everyone should have which seemed missing in the owner.there are many other good shops around to get a new one , go for it please do not compromise or get into trap of this owner ,this is one of the most pathetic behaviour I have ever seen .

Owner is really rude person.. When it comes to buy bicycle he will treat customer like king as customer going do shoping for worth 9-10 thousand. Other time when you go to buy some accessories worth 300-400 rs he will not listen and will not show any products. I don't understand if they don't want to sell there small product why they put it in there shop.. Pathetic service and behavior.. If anyone buying bicycle from them make sure everything is all okay on the day itself.. Otherwise once you buy stuff and there will any issue other day they will not put efforts to fix it.. My opinion better to go for other shops.

I bought the bicycle worth 15000. The least I expect is the proper assembling of the bicycle (specially tuning of the gears) and good communication between owner and customer. But since I had paid advanced money already, the sudden change in the behavior and tone of the owner and the staff was really rude and pathetic. one week later when I revisited the shop to repair the issues in gear, the staff and owner were arrogant and later started ignoring our issues. No personal issues. But I felt like expressing my genuine opinion.

I purchased a cycle from Abhishek and I am very pleased with my purchase. The cycle is of good quality and is exactly as described. The store was also helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me decide which cycle was best for me. The staff was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The price was also very reasonable and I'm happy with the value I got for my money. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store and their cycles to anyone looking for a good quality cycle.

Hands down one of the WORST CYCLE SHOP in Nagpur. They don't even know how to assemble a cycle properly. After Sales Service is the worst. They don't even know how to treat the customer(especially after buying any product from them) The shop owner and the staff lack professionalism, ethics, and basic manners. Please don't waste your money and please don't buy from this shop.

It's been a very bad experience here. Talking to a bicycle store owner is not even a way to talk to the customer. Treats the customer with great contempt. Don't know what arrogance they have. All of you are requested not to shop here in any way. And avoid your humiliation. I am giving one star here because there is no option of zero star.

I recently bought a bicycle from the shop(DON’T BUY FROM THIS SHOP).At the time,when i was buying it the owner was pretending to have sweet behavior but at the time of servicing when i visited at shop,the owner was so rude,arrogant,too aggressive,full of ignorance.Too disappointed with the service!

The shop lacks professionalism. They don't know how to tune gears. Can't maintain cycles Very rude behaviour and doesn't value customers money and time. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE. NEW CYCLES ARE GIVING ALOT OF ISSUES AND THE OWNER IS NOT READY TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
