I recently had the opportunity to visit the Hi Tech Furniture showroom located in Uttara Sonargoan, and I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. The most concerning aspect undoubtedly revolved around the exceptionally poor customer service. My partner and I were keen on exploring some of the sofas that were on display in the showroom. Regrettably, the situation quickly took a negative turn when a salesperson insisted on acquiring my personal details, including my phone number. Politely declining to provide my phone number led to an unfortunate escalation in the salesperson's demeanor. His attitude deteriorated significantly, exhibiting a level of rudeness that was unexpected. What was even more disconcerting was the assertion that my information was required due to the service being offered, which was coupled with the surprising act of taking back business card. Such behavior is unquestionably unwarranted and falls short of professional standards. Adding to the unfortunate experience were the conditions within the showroom itself. The absence of adequate air conditioning and proper air circulation rendered the environment oppressively warm, akin to an oven. The discomfort caused by these circumstances made browsing through the assortment of furniture an arduous task. Encountering such a noticeable absence of professionalism and basic comfort during a showroom visit is undeniably disheartening. This encounter has left me with an unfavorable perception of Hi Tech Furniture's customer service and the conditions within their showroom. It is evident that their staff members would greatly benefit from enhanced training in effectively and courteously attending to customers.
