Like many people, COVID really derailed my health goals and aspirations over the last year. I had gotten to a point in February 2021 where I felt I needed to get moving again and after doing some research I reached out to HIDEF Seattle. Within minutes, Coach Mitch reached out and explained the offerings, program options available, and benefits of partnering with HIDEF. I decided personal training with HIDEF was what I needed to meet my health goals and Coach Mitch connected me with Coach Sean for my first session the following Monday. This turned out to be the best decision!! The first session with Coach Sean was a great introduction to personal training. Looking back now, the first session really set a great foundation of what I could expect as I moved forward working with Coach Sean. Coach Sean spent most of the first session assessing my then-current levels of general mobility and fitness, documenting baselines and really understanding what I specifically was hoping to get out of personal training. My background prior to this was mostly with group fitness classes, and the thought of personal training was a little intimidating but throughout my first session, Coach Sean's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to share that knowledge made me feel completely at ease. In the weeks since my first few sessions I have come to appreciate how data driven Coach Sean is, documenting my progress and using that information as he has programmed my training moving forward. Coach Sean has used the data gathered to challenge me in the best ways--he knows when I need to be pushed and pushes me, but never to the point where I've felt overwhelmed or like I might injure myself. Coach Sean is a stickler when it comes to form on each movement and makes sure I don't shortchange or cheat myself. Coach Sean also has a keen eye for noticing things to train that aren't readily apparent--for me that is my balance. He always makes sure we incorporate something that challenges me in that aspect. After my sessions with Coach Sean, I always feel better than when I walked in and always leave feeling like I accomplished something difficult. I am someone who likes to understand the 'why's' behind the things I am doing and Coach Sean has always been willing to breakdown the science behind any movement explaining what muscle I am working and why we are working that. I've never felt like I've asked a dumb question and Coach Sean always explains things where I can understand what we are doing. With Coach Sean's training, encouragement, and support I have seen measurable changes in my body composition and overall fitness levels. For maybe the first time ever, I feel like my fitness goals are attainable. Coach Sean keeps me accountable both in and out of the gym, checking in regularly on my overall diet as well as making sure that I am still moving on days that we aren't training. Overall, I highly recommend HIDEF and Coach Sean! Partnering with them since the first of the year has been the best decision I could have made for my health journey! I'm just upset I didn't start sooner! Thank you Coach Sean and the HIDEF Team!
Here to gush on the master of physical therapy: Dr. Alex Reis. She has truly changed my life. Not only is she an amazing physical therapist but she's just a really personable, funny and friendly person to be around. I have been seeing her for around 6 weeks or so and I look forward to our appts each week because I just know that not only will we work hard but we're going to have a great time while doing it. I needed to get PT for my foot after a bunion surgery 9 months ago. I was having constant & consistent daily pain in both my foot and ankle. I went from constant pain to a very small amount of pain that I know we will work through in another month or so. This was not affecting just my physical health but my mental health, and for the first time in such a long time I feel hopeful about my recovery. When you can't fully use your feet for a long period of time it really strains you mentally, and my mental health around my recovery has improved so so much since starting PT. From the very beginning of our sessions, Alex really took her time evaluating my pain - not only in just my foot (where there was pain) but in my ankle, legs, knees and hips. We have progressively been amping up my PT sessions, working on all areas of the body to really get everything strong. I didn't realize how much my hips were suffering as well as my foot, and having her take the time to really evaluate everything in my body that has also been in pain is incredible. Not only is Alex great but the PT app that we use is super helpful and user friendly. She personally loads my PT exercises that I do at home on the app (so we both can track progress), and Alex will update the exercises as we progress through PT. I could gush all day, I really like working with Alex and I'm honestly going to be sad when our sessions end and I don't get to see her each week! If you are like me and are nervous to get into PT then go see Alex because she will fix you up in no time and you'll have fun in the process. 100/10 would recommend Alex Reis.
I think the easiest way to review this business is by comparing it to other institutions such as Therapeutic Associates and the Polyclinic, all of which I've received treatment from over the past couple of years. This business offers one on one custom care with the same doctor, Zach Smith. I can't emphasize how important this form of personalized care is when you're recovering from an injury. With this business, you will be receiving one on one custom care for an hour. The entire focus during that hour is on helping you recover. On the other hand, Therapeutic Associates and the Polyclinic had me changing physical therapists depending on their physical therapists' openings and scheduling needs. As a result, at times I received conflicting recommendations and advice. Not only that, but from time to time the physical therapists at Therapeutic Associates and the Polyclinic might be helping two to three patients at the same time! I was waiting in between stretches/exercises, which was bothersome at best. This business covers not only physical therapy, but also personal training and nutrition. Now, the reason I went to this business was in order to treat my injuries, but during the course of treatment, I was also given advice on how to avoid common workout injuries. Not only that, but we also had discussions on nutrition, which started my journey on correcting my unhealthy habits. I highly recommend this business for any of your physical therapy, personal trainer, and nutrition needs.
Working with Mitch as my nutrition/fitness coach has been an amazing journey. When we first started out, I was traveling often, training the same way over and over, and eating what I thought would improve my physic. Needless to say, it wasn't working, and in fact it was doing quite the opposite. At the beginning of the journey my main focus was to get lean and shed some unwanted weight. Mitch worked diligently with me, putting together a macro profile and workout routine that fit my goals and busy schedule without feeling hungry and overworked. With such a busy schedule, I was always dealing with obstacles, but Mitch always offered suggestions in making things easier when on the go and was constantly recreating workout routines as I was having to adapt to new environments frequently. Through this process with Mitch my life has taken a complete 180 - I started recreating my favorite dishes in the kitchen with fewer/healthier/whole food ingredients (which has evolved into a passion of mine). Not only did I feel full more frequently throughout the day, but I also saw results and continue to see results today. With consistency and tracking macros, I'm more aware of how my body should feel after a meal and a good workout and I'm more knowledgeable around health and fitness than I've ever been. Thanks to Mitch, I feel better than ever and I'm very appreciative of his continuous support and knowledge that he has shared over the years.
I visited HIDEF PT after an ORIF surgery, barely able to walk, with a giant limp. It was 6 weeks after the surgery, right after the specialist recommended taking physical therapy that I started taking PT sessions with Zach. Zach was very helpful by taking various measurements of my abilities and the imbalance between the two legs. We quickly started working on exercises to help me overcome the limp and quickly ramped up to comfortably walking over 10k steps everyday. Unfortunately Zach moved to a different location after a few weeks. Luckily, I started getting PT sessions from Gio. Gio and Zach worked on providing a return to running program to help with my goal of getting back to running long distances. I am happy to share that with the help from both the PTs at HIDEF, I was not only able to get back to running, but also participate in the Seattle half marathon. I had signed up for Seattle half marathon much before the injury. After the injury, my goal was to just show up at the start line. Not only did I show up at the start line just 4 months after a surgery, I ran the whole half marathon very comfortably and achieved my stretch goal. I see it as a big win, it would not have been possible without all the help from physical therapy.
Great staff & facility! Dr. Zach and Mitch are always high energy, positive and encouraging. They take care of their facility and are very careful to make sure all equipment is cleaned before and after use (especially appreciative of this considering the pandemic we are in). I really like that they are located within a gym so there are many different pieces of equipment we can incorporate into my PT sessions. Lots of street parking and easy to find the building! I am recovering from my second ACL/meniscus tear and Dr. Zach has been an outstanding PT from day one. As an athlete who is used to competing at a high level, I am always impressed and appreciative of his ability to make our sessions a mix of both rehabilitation exercises focused on balance, mobility and range of motion as well as working on my strength, conditioning and endurance. He is very knowledgeable and uses his scientific approach to the recovery process to help get me back to my 100%. My knee has been recovering and feeling better and stronger each week and I know it is largely due to the great treatment I receive from HIDEF! Highly recommend, especially for athletes recovering from injuries who want to come back and play competitively again!
After the shutdown and closure of my gym back in March, I had lost a bunch of momentum and fell into a rut. I gained weight, and quickly got burnt out with work related stress. When I decided it was time to get back to work and find a personal trainer, I reached out and was so lucky to have Mitch quickly get me set back up with personal training that week. I love the equipment and mostly of all how fun it is to get after it with Mitch leading the way. I've gained quite a bit of muscle, and dropped 15 lbs in 6 weeks. This comes from Mitch's laser focused system and approach to getting his clients the best results possible. He's listened to my goals and got me much closer to them in a short amount of time. My energy is back, there is no burn out to speak of. My strength is back and actually stronger than I've been in 10 years. The workouts as I said are fun and challenging. I look forward to each session. Mitch is the man!
Mitch, Katie, and Zach are a dream team! I've had nagging imbalances and posture issues that have been quite painful, and I've been treated for in various ways for YEARS. I have improved more in just a few weeks than I ever have, and I am completely blown away. Mitch's workouts are amazingly effective, and I never feel over-exerted or strained. But he's pushed me in the best way and showed me I could do things that I would've never attempted. I trust his opinion and expertise completely. I've probably been a problem client for Katie, who's been helping me with nutrition, but she's been SO INCREDIBLE at reframing my perspective, and showing me how to actually live with the changes I want to make. I just started Zach's treatment after 1 eval and am so pumped and excited and already feel better. With the 3 of them, I've felt stronger, healthier, and more balanced than I thought possible. Phenomenal!
I started working out with Mitch and HIDEF a few months ago. As a busy working mom it is very important that I have a workout I can do at the gym but also at home for days I don't make it to the gym. Mitch has put together some really great workouts. I appreciate that he changes them approx every six weeks so I am consonantly using new muscle groups and not getting bored. He also makes sure to target the areas I am really trying to concentrate on. He's a great support and calls regularly to check in with me and see how my workouts are going and also my food/calorie/protein intake. He's a great guy and I appreciate the time he takes with me to make sure I am getting the support I need. I highly recommend HIDEF. It's not about loosing weight. It's about a lifestyle change that allows you to live your best life. HIDEF is supporting me in my choices to live my best life.
Working with Mitch and Zach has not only been fun, but has made me healthier, stronger and leaner with more balance and mobility. I started working with Mitch on nutrition and I was skeptical anyone could help me. I've learned valuable approaches for mindset, calories and food. I was resistance training without progression until I started working with Mitch. He taught me how to put It all together. Then, he noticed my foot pain was impacting my range of motion on squats. So, I went to see Zach for PT which resulted in a surprisingly fast resolution of nagging foot and back pain. Then, I added more sessions with Mitch and am progressing more quickly now. Mitch and Zach have a lot of answers, are fun to work with and are kind and thoughtful. Thanks to the HIDEF team, I have habits and an attitude that serve me well and prepare me for retirement.
I have been working out with Mitch for about 2 months and I have seen significant improvements in my bench press. He tailors a workout based on your goals and makes sure to add supplementary exercises that target the whole body. I also received a free PT consultation from Zach because I had a leg injury and was able to tailor a program that didn't make my injury worse. Mitch is very detail oriented and keeps close track of all the timing of the exercises to make sure that you have a rigorous workout. He has a dedicated training space just for you and he has extensive knowledge on the muscle groups and proper form to make sure you're targeting the right muscles properly. Mitch is very friendly and has a great positive attitude. I'm grateful to have found him as a trainer and look forward to continuing to work with him to hit my fitness goals.
I started seeing Tony a week after a sever back injury. I couldn’t walk or stand up straight and was in a lot of pain. Tony gave me some exercises to do at home and gradually changed and adapted the routines to accommodate my healing process and my back getting better. Tony was so professional and attentive, and helped me recover physically but also mentally by restoring my confidence in my body and movement. Honestly when I first met him I thought I could never work out again because the pain was so bad. Tony helped me get back to working out and playing sports. Each week I got better and my back stronger to the point of lifting heavier weights than before the injury. I am SO GRATEFUL for Tony and will recommend him to anyone who is going through something similar.
I joined HIDEF thinking that I want to lose the 2020 quarantine fat, and if possible start to enjoy working out. This was my first time having a personal trainer and I am glad I took this decision. Coach Sean is an excellent trainer and very humble human being. He helped me grow my strength and most important I started to love working out. As someone who always hated working out, I never imagined myself looking forward to sessions with Sean. He noticed my weak areas and worked towards improving them. From someone who had never worked out with weights to doing squats/deadlift with around 100lbs in span of 3months, I grew, physically and mentally. Sean is an amazing trainer who knows how to read your body and customize workout accordingly. I highly recommend him.
Zach and Mitch are both amazing at what they do! Zach helped me with some physical therapy I needed and then I continued personal training with Mitch. Zach gave me helpful stretching techniques to do at home and was very honest when it came down to how much physical therapy I needed. He didn’t want me having to pay out of pocket more than absolutely necessary and I greatly appreciated that! Since then I have been working out with Mitch and he brings a lot of fun and encouragement to each workout. I’m not the most physically fit person but he pushes me to do my best while working within my limitations. You can tell that both Zach and Mitch really care for their clients, and I’m grateful for all the work they’ve done with me! I couldn’t recommend them more!
I had a great experience at HIDEF Seattle with Dr. David Beske while recovering from sciatica issues. When I started, I had limited range of motion that was accompanied by pain. David is a great listener and easy to talk to. He explained the anatomy (which I liked) and developed a personalized program for me. I liked his approach with manual PT followed by stretching interventions as I had previously tried a chiropractor and dry needling. The app:TheraCentric was helpful as I was not able to remember the exercises or recommended reps to do at home so it served as a great tool. I have been able to slowly resume my workout routines and have not had sciatica pain. I would definitely recommend HIDEF to anyone in and around the Seattle area!
Highly recommend this place! I was very new to working out and lifting weights so I worked with Mitch for two months to help build a foundation. He paid very close attention to my form and adjusted it when necessary. He also made sure to ask where I would feel each exercise so we could make sure I was activating the correct muscles. He made modifications for me when necessary and helped me understand the purpose of each exercise. As a newbie, this was exactly what I was looking for. He also has very good energy and makes working out fun. He's genuinely happy for you when you reach your goals and excited for you when you push hard. He's very professional, organized and makes sure to keep all the equipment clean after every workout.
Mitch is a first class trainer who gets results. He creates a connection with his clients...partnering with them to understand their individual objectives. This is not just showing up to a generic strength workout! It is thoughtfully curated programming tailored to your goals, progression and any physical constraints you have. He even gets to know specific songs you like to help bring you across the finish line when the intensity ramps up! My husband (who has back issues) and I have been doing joint sessions 2x/week and I am always amazed at how Mitch can keep us flowing seamlessly as a group...yet tailors the workout to our individual needs. Beyond all this we have a ton of fun and cheer each other on together.
I've been coming to HIDEF for over 2 months now because of a ruptured ACL. I'm currently working with Johnny (who is amazing, by the way) on getting my legs strong to prepare for my upcoming surgery. I couldn't fully extend my knee for an entire month after I injured it and Johnny got me to stop limping in two sessions, along with alleviating my pain almost immediately. The one-on-one sessions are invaluable. Johnny is super attentive to my limits and always makes treatment adjustments based on what I need, specifically, rather than following a one-size-fits-all treatment model. I feel incredibly supported and plan to continue seeing him for post-op rehab.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the help, professionalism and inspiration HIDEF has given me from recovering to a surgery for a full blown knee replacement! With the exceptional help and guidance of my therapist (Clay) I was able achieve 140deg of knee flexibility along with excellent strength conditioning. He was willing to oversee safe measures of rehabilitation exercises depending on how grueling your desires were for recovery. Mine were high, and it was nice to have that professional oversight to instill confidence to push it to your edges. I am forever grateful ~ thank you! I highly recommend HIDEF for Physical Therapy…
Noel was great. I injured my back while working out and she was able to get me from barely walking back to my regular workouts in 2 months. Compared to my past PTs, she stands out because 1) She was able to address the root cause of back issues rather than fix the artificial pain 2) Take a more athletic approach to recovery (rather than resting, movement to heal) 3) Constant positive attitude. I looked forward to going to PT knowing she was helping me get back to normal with every session! Along the way, she taught a lot about body mechanics and injury prevention in the future. For my athletes, she is great!
I saw Noelle at HIDEF for my tennis elbow. She did a fantastic job evaluating my injury and came up with a set of exercises for the first few weeks. As my elbow started to recover, she further explained why the injury had happened in the first place. My injury linked back to poor form during my own training session and weak upper back muscles. This resulted in an imbalance and caused the injury. Not only did she help me recover in under 12 weeks but, also ensured that the injury did not re-occur by providing supplementary exercises. I highly recommend HIDEF if you’re having such issues.
HIDEF is AMAZING! I've been getting treatment from Dr. Zach for a couple of months. I injured my lower back, keens and, shoulders badly from a bad fall in Nov last year. Zach is extremely knowledgeable, patient and practical. He customizes my treatment plan and even connects with my personal trainer regarding my condition for workouts. With his help, I'm fully recovered and back to the gym compared to not being able to walk a while ago. I plan to continue seeing him for the recovery/treatment after lifting even I don't have injury anymore.
The therapist I was seeing is leaving HIDEF, and I was informed just 24 hours before my last appointment with him. The alternate therapist I was recommended (according to HIDEF who is a great PT) is an Intern. I didn't go with him and asked for some other PT whom my wife visited earlier and learned that he also left. I needed some time to decide if I want to continue, but didn't have it, and now if I want to cancel my appointment HIDEF want to charge me $75 late fee. I hope HIDEF can do a better job communicating going forward.
I have been working with Alex at HIDEF PT Belltown location for few months now and have nothing but positive words to share! Alex has not only helped me through numerous injuries, but works hard to prevent further injuries as well. Alex takes the time to explain all of science and reasoning behind the work we are doing each session, and ensures I always feel supported. Between sessions, Alex will reach out to see how I am doing/feeling, and provide extra resources if needed. I can't recommend enough! :)
Due to a car accident I had an injury that resulted in hip and knee pain. I received care from two of HIDEF doctors, Justin and Alex, who were methodical in their approach and friendly. Aside from picking the right exercises, they listened to my needs and helped decrease my pain greatly. Both doctors had different approaches that worked incredibly well together. I believe HIDEF seeks out great Physical Therapists so patients are sure to get the best care no matter the location.
A few months back I had shoulder and biceps surgery. I have known Zach and Mitch previously, so I decided to go with HIDEF for my post-surgery PT. Zach is amazing and provided me with the best PT I could hope for. A couple of months back I have switched to Alex and the transition was painless (punt intended) and my PT progress have not suffered at all. If I ever have to do another surgery (hopefully not ) HIDEF would be the only choice for my PT without question.
Got the chance to train here for performance training, not physical therapy, but it's easy to see how the physical therapy background influences the program design. I trained primarily with Mitch but also worked a couple of times with Sean and Katie, and all of them showed phenomenal attention to detail and expertise. The program was well put together to push my limits but not over-exert me. 10/10 experience, looking forward to the next time I get to train here!
I was in a serious motorcycle accident that required reconstructive surgery, and Zach absolutely was the difference between permanent limited range of movement vs where I am today - most days I forget I even have a titanium clavicle. I can’t say enough good things about him and their practice. They’re professional, super friendly, and the results speak for themselves. Would absolutely recommend HiDef to anyone requiring physical therapy of any kind.
Alex Reis has been the best to work with. I tore my meniscus Skydiving in June and I’ve been rehabbing with her since August, post Meniscectomy. I’ve made huge improvements in my recovery thanks to Alex’s attentive care. She built a treatment plan specific to me and it’s helped tremendously. She’s an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thanks to her I’m already back jumping out of planes.
I worked with Johnny for about couple months after I started getting back pain that wouldn't go away for weeks. While I continued seeing Johnny, I think my actual back pain went away within 2-3 sessions with him. The sessions are pretty intense, comparable to my personal training sessions, but Johnny really does magic for your pain management! I'd recommend Johnny for anyone looking for a physical therapist. Had some fun conversations as well!
I was skeptical about going in with shoulder pain. I have heard of PT’s that just keep you coming in for the $$$. I went in and Tony worked with me for a couple of months. Gave me some AWESOME tools to keep doing to ensure my recovery. If you do the “homework” they give you, and use the app that made sure I knew just how many times I was actually doing it. I would highly recommend HIDEF for any and all of your pain issues!!
I have been working out with Sean through Hidef for about 2 months now and I have only the highest of praises for him. All around nice guy and knows what he is doing. I look forward to going every week. He not only helps my physical fitness, but he’s insightful and funny also! I am so happy I found a personal trainer I like. For anyone that is thinking about doing personal training, ask for Sean!
I had a really good experience with David , he was really nice and professional , I’ve always had neck -shoulders problems and im also a little hypochondriac but he answered every question I had with a lot of patience and after some sessions with him my body feels really relieved from stiffness also my mobility is much better now , the front desk staff is really nice too , very recommended
I suffered a sprained ankle with two ligament ruptures and underwent physical therapy with David at HIDEF on 5th Ave. David was truly exceptional and ensured that I had a successful recovery. During my initial session, I could barely walk, but after just one month of treatment, I am already back to exercising. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided. Thank you!
I am delighted with the care I have received at HI-DEF PT. The PTs I have worked with are very knowledgeable and skilled, have provided excellent and effective treatment, have taken time to build an effective therapeutic relationship, work within the limitations of my progress, and always provide me with clear instructions for PT at home. Highly recommended.
I’ve been working with Zach and Mitch for 4 months. I’ve seen significant improvements in my mobility and overall fitness levels, and I’ve managed to undo a lot of the bad habits I developed during the covid lockdowns. Mitch has gone the extra mile by preparing personalized home workouts, which complement our weekly training sessions. Highly recommend!
Dr. Noelle White is easily the best PT I’ve worked with. She helped me recover from a frustrating injury and got me much stronger than I was prior to injury. She takes the time to understand all the factors and adjusts the plan as needed. She is a joy to work with and if I am injured again I will go back to her without hesitation.
I've been working with Sean at HIDEF for around two months. Every session is well thought out and helps me progress towards my fitness goals. He is incredibly knowledgeable about personal training and is very fun to train with. I look forward to every workout as well as the laughs that are had along the way.
If you want to be pain free you should come and see this amazing providers! I had the pleasure to work with Johnny and it was great! He assessed my ankle (I had an ankle injury last year) and explained what I was doing that wasn’t helping it heal, and gave me some easy to do exercises at home.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! David helped me recover from 2 torn ligaments in my ankle. After 3 months, I am able to move almost the same as before my injury. He is very attentive to your needs, and the at-home exercise program app makes it very easy to complete my homework.
Really awesome PT studio! Came in after injuring my ankle and have loved coming here. Chloe at the front desk is so kind and accommodating, and will text you with openings if you’re on the waitlist for appointments. Noelle is a fantastic PT and makes me feel stronger after every session!
Clay has proven to be instrumental in delving into the underlying factors contributing to my back ailments. The process has unfolded as an insightful expedition, one that Clay adeptly comprehends and demonstrates unwavering commitment and patience in navigating alongside me.
HIDEF Physical Therapy helped me recover from my knee injury quickly. The therapists work with you 1 on 1 and really teach you about your injuries. They will build you a program you can do at home to help you recover faster. Highly recommend.
Great experience at PT with David! He is the best, super knowledgeable and helpful! I’m back to normal and it’s all thanks to his hard work! Shout out to Chloe at the front desk for making scheduling super easy and being very helpful overall!
Noelle is great! I love the results I’m seeing from the personalized program she put together for me. My exercises are specific to my ski knee injury and my goals, and I like that I can feel progress at every visit. She is able to target my
HIDEF Seattle is unmatched when it comes to nutrition, fitness and rehab. Zach and Mitch are truly dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives and it shows with each personalized program and plan of care they make. I've enjoyed
I have been working with the HiDEF team (Sean and Katie) for personal training and nutrition. I made the choice of getting back in shape after my father died recently. Since working with Sean and Katie I have experienced immediate changes
I have been working with Katie 3 times every week since past 4 months and all I can say is, best coach one can ask for. My sessions are very well structured, she pushes me to do better and is always ready to answer all my question. Its so
I have been working with Mitch and I highly recommend working with him to anyone who seeks for a personalized and goal oriented workout structure. He created a program that perfectly align with my goals yet feels different (and fun) every
I have been working with many physical trainers and therapists over the years. This is truly the very best because they listen to you. They pay attention to your body and mind's current limitations and push your potential. Past trainers
Went to HIDEF for Physical Therapy for my back issue caused by extended sitting at their Seattle Belltown location. Friendly and professional staff. Zach and Mitch helped to check my insurance plan and make the appointment. Alex took it
HIDEF SEATTLE is the real deal. I highly recommend Mitch and Zach as they are the trifecta of fitness in the Pacific NorthWest. They incorporate nutrition, fitness and functional rehab that is targeted to meet an individuals needs and
I’ve been working with Mitch for a month and a half. I’m down over 20lbs and my strength, stamina, lung capacity and energy is way up. If you are in the Seattle area I highly recommend HIDEF. They have helped me eat healthier, be more
Strong and Confident at 6 weeks since starting my prehab rehab! Highly recommend HIDEF for your post-injury support especially from a herniated disc L5-S1. Clay as a therapist has been AMAZING!! Come here and get healed! Thank you! :)
Mitch has been amazing to work with and has helped me with my strength and fitness. With Zac’s assistance, HiDef also helped me overcome a shoulder injury which has been nagging me for over 25 years! I feel stronger, younger and more
HIDEF PT has been excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The instruction from Dr. Beske is very clear and effective; I’ve learned not only the “how” but also the “why” of each exercise which has really helped with staying
Fantastic experience, Noelle is a great physical therapist. Super easy to set things up, they're very flexible with scheduling and waitlisting even when fully booked out, and extremely communicative in general.
Nyrene is wonderful! Love the private one-to-one care. She has been great at helping me post-partum and listening/adjusting each treatment as needed as I try to navigate life with this new body and new baby!
Started with HIDEF for my physical therapy in July, and both trainers I worked with — David and Zach — helped me make amazing progress with my knee.
Professional and convenient care! My therapist listened to all of my concerns and developed a healing care plan that was comprehensive and doable!
