We recently purchased tiles from this store (December 2020), I was told it was "A" grade, however each box we opened was damage broken tiles and cracks. We had raised the issue but the Sales person was not forthcoming. Poor quality and no sense of customer service.

Very staff, always very helpful. Store has everything from building supplies, toilets, taps, shower doors, and much more. Owners are always very friendly and very hands on and helpful whenever I purchased anything from store. Well done guys. God bless.

Service was good, their exit and and entrance just don't make sense, I was parked right near the entrance by the driveway and I had to walk all around, so never again, rather go ACE hardware
