"Waiting is not the worst part, as we already know that ALL hospitals in the network have slow service, but if they do not take care of the hygiene of the only bathroom available at reception, the time in which we are forced to wait becomes impractical"

Service at reception fast and organized. Dr Saymon (Ophthalmologist) and his nurse are excellent, friendly and attentive.
From what I see from the comments, this hospital is scary, worse than that I have surgery next week.
