even give review to this hotel is a big big waste of time i have never been to such a disaster and garbage hotel in my life say it the ambience romms food location parking everything is a disaster no parking management is there for the hotel guest the buildings parking management forces customer to park at level 2 basement and make you use a garbage carrying lift if by any chance you get to park your vehicle at level 1 which has a bit decent lift god saves you from the smell as the entry lift is located near big fat garbage room rooms are old and dirty staff are ruthless they dont clean the rooms in a proper way food it overpriced and tasteless hotel security is a big concern as anyone can enter from basement to top floor with extreme ease if offered for free i wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel very very very poor and disasterous experience i have no idea the people who have given 5 star rating are hyponotised or what god saves from such hotel

Hello Everyone, If you wish to get the best hospitality and the best ambience to stay in, this is the best place to drop your luggage and enjoy the city of Ahmedabad as when you will come back to your room, it is a bliss to be honest with you guys. The staff is amazing and never make one feel that they are burdening the staff by calling multiple times and have the staff has this servant leadership quality and that is what I loved the best about them. I'd highly recommend you all to pay a visit here and since the hotel is in the transcube plaza, you can get everything here itself. Like you don't even have to worry about anything as Dmart is downstairs. I'm really very happy and thus sharing this experience with you all as I really wish one should stay at the best place available when you are travelling!!!! Thank you team Regenta. You guys rock!!!!

I had the most bad experience in this hotel. The most Latargic staff I hv ever meet at front office. Only one luggage boy for pick up in this entire hotel. Bathrooms where stinking and not at all clean. Infact on complaining the other room which was shown had very damp smell of cigar. Uniforms of staff whr shabby. Also this place has no facility of wallet parking, you will have to use common parking of the transcube plaza mall. The worst part is that you will have to come all the way to Hotel Entry again through the garbage/grocery lift which is the direst lift. Shower water flows all the way near the washbasin drainage making the entire bathroom dirty. It is not at all 4 star hotel I wld give this hotel 1 star rating

We stayed in Royal Orchid Baroda and we had amazing experience where as Regenta Ahmedabad experience was really NOT as expected. Service is too slow , rooms cleaning request was sent at 9am and cleaninh dony at 3.30pm with several reminders . Shampoo and Lotions were not filled . Morning hot water not provided , we waited for 1 hour. OVERALL WE R DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE! location is good though . Room sizes are good . Reception doesn't pick calls on time . I wonder is Baroda and this hotel have same management ?

Although the pictures looked okay, the property is not maintained well at all. The rooms had a very bad odour, the shower curtain also had a very strong bad odour and even the water! They have not kept the rooms and washrooms very clean. The bedsheets also looked very old. For the price we paid it was so not worth it. There are much better hotels sometimes at lower prices also! Luckily at least the food was not so bad. But would not recommend this place at all.

This hotel doesn't meet my expectations .service is so poor...there's loud noise till 2am.so you can't sleep..poor dietary Nothing works in toilet shower ..will never recommend this hotel to anyone.our stay was for 3 nights but we forfeited one night cost and decided to move to crown Plaza...regenta didn't refund our money. Very bad place with small bathrooms and rooms with no area to keep luggage we also had to get our own luggage to the 5th floor our entire school had to each get their suitcases from the ground floor.

The rooms are too small and not worth it at all.

We checked in for three nights but did not have a good experience with our stay. Room was too noisy despite changing rooms in the middle of the night. Service was not up to international standards. Staff seemed reluctant to greet us and listen to our concerns.

We stayed during the Ind vs Pak match at this property. The rooms are nice and clean. Very good room size and decent amenities. The breakfast was expansive and delicious local dishes. Hitesh is very Polite, courteous and helpful. They even managed early check in for most people checking in on the same day as the cricket match.

I was here for my ielts exam. I have to say that it is a 4 star hotel and there is no personal parking space. You have to park with a combination of D-mart vehicles and pay 30rs for 4 wheels and 10rs for 2 wheelers. It is a very crowded place and also it is not a clean hotel. However, the service for the IELTS exam was good.

Location is best. Bus Stand, BRTS & Metro station are near to hotel. Good service And it is near to D-Mart, Zudio.

It's nice place to be there for stay. Very prime location. You get easily transportation wherever you want to go. I like the quick room service. but i concern with dine in part not as much as good like this hotels have in their portfolio. Overall good hotel for stay but needs improvement in dine in. ज़्यादा

Good location however, not enough attention and attendants! Missing hotel parking and some of the floors were blackout due to renovation as it seems! Lifts are slow and busy and hence used stairs! stairs are not having enough lights.

The hotel was soo good! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception were super nice. The rooms were well lit, clean. Bathroom was good. Food was amazing. They gave me a wakeup call too. I am very impressed by the service they provided. All my expectations were far far exceeded.
