I confirmed a price over their WhatsApp service and drove a good few miles to find out that I was quoted a wrong price, as a matter of principle that should have been honoured, as it was given in black & white. Advisor available on shop floor was helpless and clueless, he tried to call management but it was useless. Had to pick and drop furniture item myself, this furhiture shop won't last too long, they don't believe in customer service. Doesn't want to name and shame their employees, it's mainly down to poor management and owners lack of business knowledge, you can't hire social media content creators and leave all upto them. Avoid this retailer, if one can! I can see why their ratting is so low on Trust Pilot.

We got a custom made console 8 feet long from HOiD for our office board room. From the coordination till delivery of the final product, it was a very smooth and professional experience. It took me a while to confirm the order, there were changes in design, material etc but there was patience and constant help in providing clarity and understanding of the materials. There was a little damage at the time of lifting, from our end, but they immediately sent a worker who fixed it. They have amazing furniture at the store and are very reasonably priced as compared to many. Thank you HOiD! You are an amazing team!

Ordered 01 x item (Lope Set of 2 Wall Mirror) just to check their response for delivery at door step. Item was then delivered after three days and was already broken. When reported they said they will change however after long 3 days they said item cannot be replaced. Same old policy like other dealerships taking no responsibility after selling.

The ceramic oil burner is okay. Expensive. Quality is good but delivery took a very long time + The packaging was all dusty. They did not have the one with stars carved in it, so they checked in with me and I said flowers will do. I would like this product to come in different colors and shape varities, provided its price.

If I could give 0 star I definatly do... Its Fraud company who does not know how to deal with client... They are not on their words and manipulate things and told a lie with me... I have putted complaint on Pakistan Citizien Portal as well... I trust on words but they proved it, its fraud and fake company...

Furniture quality and making is wonderful. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall customer service is marvelous and friendly. Delivery was on time and everything was delivered perfectly. It's always great to buy from them. Well done Hoid Team!

They may have good and durable products but their service needs a lot of improvement. Delivery times are uncertain and their staff expects the customer to arrange help for assembling the furniture! This is quite unprofessional and annoying.

Their products are good specially price but you can’t call them high end products as they don’t put much stress on fine details specially in upholstery. Wooden pieces are good
