It is incredible that a large and important branch such as Pall Mall does away with the tellers, and dosent even bother to let the clients know. It is the sign of the times, and very very disappointing as well. The staff is friendly, but what can they do? The system is all that matters.....as I said.......extremely dissapointed

This HSBC branch at Pall Mall is really the best branch I've been to. They are so attentive, personable, kind and understanding. Usually am quite nervous when it comes to banking stuff so their patience and understanding was really well received. I will continue to always come to this branch and recommend it to others.

I visited this bank a few months ago in a bit of a fix having recently lost my wallet & other credentials. The staff helped me immeasurably and I'm sure I was a complete pain(I forgot my various passwords etc & bumbled for at least an hour) Very patient staff, reassuring in my mini crisis. Couldn't be more impressed X

Would be nice if the "Senior Customer Service Officer" Ms. Rita Abraham would return or even acknowledge my emails or telephone calls. You have 5k of my money and for week I have been trying to contact you. Very poor service. Now wonder HSBC has recently be given one of the worst ratings in the UK

Huge palatial premises . One cashier only. I wanted to make an investment but was told to wait but nobody came, eventually they suggested I make an appointment by phone. The phone was answered by a computer who questioned the accuracy of my

Can’t agree more that it's been rated as a "poor bank"! If you change your address, do make sure that they update it on all their files. They still used a card system which was not connected to the online system. Don't appeal to the

Terrible experience. Customer service is a joke. I needed a document signing witnessed and they refused to do it because the document had nothing to do with HSBC. Management is useless, bank somewhere else

This branch is definitely a good one. Probably the low reviews were from the pretentious snobs living in the Mayfair area which does not do the bank justice.
