I reached out to Habitat Insurance to inquire about strata insurance - not personal home owner insurance, but rather for our entire building. I am SO GRATEFUL I was connected with Grace. While Habitat does not offer this type of insurance product, Grace went above and beyond in providing some very valuable information. Our strata had just been hit by an $8,000 increase in our yearly premium! I had a feeling our property management company hadn't really shopped around for us, so I followed Grace's advice and secured another proposal from the company she recommended. Lo and behold, the proposal I obtained was $7,600 cheaper than the original proposal we received from the incumbent insurer! We voiced our discontent to the incumbent insurer AND to the insurance department of our property management company. The incumbent insurer reduced their premium by a whopping $10,000 in order to retain our business, all the while increasing some of our coverage limits. Moral of this story: Call Grace. One call saved us $10,000 as a strata and we are not even a client of hers. Imagine what she can do if she can actually provide you with the insurance product you need!

It's now been well over 10 years since I started utilizing Grace's insurance services, at the time coming highly recommended by Vanson Field, CFP. When I started working with Grace our family moved into our first condo, looking for content and tenant insurance to take care of the family and our belongings in case of a fire or flood. We since moved into a home near her offices in East Vancouver and required an upgrade to a full fledged home owner policy. However, it wasn't until 2016 when multiple insurance providers refused to make an effort to renew my business insurance that I picked up the phone to call Grace. Boy am I glad I did, as within a matter of hours she had renewed my insurance policy with Gore Mutual and added additional benefits while reducing my monthly payments. I had a great experience in this branch last Saturday. The reason I was there is first of all, my new place is arround there, secondly it has good reviews, and they offer Chinese lanugage service. That morning Jean helped me on the insurance plan, and she was so patient, any question I asked she just explain to me and made it very clear. She also helped me understand what the home inusrance covers, and compair all the prices and the benifits, and suggested me the best choice. I was totally convienced by her professional, and I would definitely suggest anyone who happens read this review, you should go and you will not regret.

Phoned in and the lady that answered did not seem to want to provide and quote and asked me to email the company. After emailing, the email response was they could not provide a quote. I was able to get a quote from another company within the same day.

I went to insure an out of province vehicle and there a few irregularities with the with the registration from the other province. I had Kenneth helping me and he acted swift and professional until the situation was fixed. Above and beyond
