The flowers and the people here are absolutely amazing!!! I recently came to purchase some flowers for my mums birthday, last minute, and in a hurry (son of the year I know). The staff here were fantastic and absolute professionals. As a male with no clue what he wants and no idea about flowers, the legends at Hacienda know how to ask the right questions and put my imagination into a stunning floral arrangement. Consistent with previous experience, the young lady serving me put together a beautiful arrangement of fresh pink and white flowers with some lovely greenery that was simply stunning. And all while I was sitting next door relaxing and drinking a specialty coffee. I have been coming here for over 5 years to buy flowers. Every birthday, every anniversary and every time I’m in the dog house, Hacienda are my flower guys. They never fail to impress me with their vast array pre-made bouquets and beautiful arrangement of make-your-own fresh flowers and a high level of skill as a florist in putting together stunning bouquets. Highly recommended.

I submitted a brief to this business for flowers hoping I would hear back from them. After a few days, I called the business to see if they received my request and was told they would get back to me by the end of the following week! I even received an email to say the business was free on date and would respond by the end of the week. Well... it’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard from them. It would have been great to hear from them or at the least be told they were unable to fill my request as I actually waited for them to respond! Nevertheless, I’ll shop elsewhere. Edit: Yes, my partner submitted quote so name is different. ‍♀️

Wonderful little shop. Staff were well informed and friendly and did not mind helping me out, despite my arriving 10 minutes to close. They had a lovely selection of large orchids available for purchase in addition to a wide variety of flowers and greenery from which to choose for a bouquet. I encourage you to step in for a minute, even if it ends up only being to take in the scents and sights.

Mother's Day gift from family in Canada. Extremely disappointing vase of flowers. Blooms were full blown and already shrivelled/ dying. The leaves are fresh, but have caterpillars feasting on them.
