You could feel her love in every single step! The place is very warm and comfortable like her heart. My hair never looked healthy and shiny this way! She is honest and uses organic products that don't damage the hair. Even the coffee she made was made with love . It was the most delicious flat white I've ever tasted!! Can't stop praising her! I just want to thank Kristina at hair care Austral for my fabulous hair, not only did she make my hair silky smooth she also gave me an amazing customer experience which I will be coming back for. As a new mum I found it hard to find time to shower and wash my hair let alone find additional time to straighten it. I have very thick hair so it would take me atleast 45 minutes to dry and straighten but not any more!!! I am beyond happy with the nanoplasty treatment and I will definitely be coming back. Using my son’s log in, so ignore the name. I had nanoplasty done to my hair by Kristina. She charged me $250 which was a bargain for long hair. Her customer service was amazing. She catered for me as I wear a scarf. It’s been almost a month now and my hair drops nicely. Great customer service with a smile.

Great experience from start to finish! And after washing my hair the day after I was able to get straight, frizz free hair in 9minutes by only drying off with a blow dryer, no brush, no straightener!
