I made an appointment for 6pm. I got there a few minutes early where I was promptly checked in by and older woman. Almost 40 minutes later another woman came up to check me in and I let her know that I was already checked in for a 6:00 appointment (it was now 6:30) she told me that my stylist would be with me she was just running behind. I understand that people run behind but the stylist that I was booked with didn’t acknowledge me one time. They took walk in’s before me. When they eventually got to me. The lady did an extremely rushed job on my hair. I went to my car and looked in the mirror and noticed that there were literally chunks of hair that she didn’t cut. I walked back in where she did immediately took me back and “fixed it”. She didn’t really ask how I wanted it cut other than me telling her I wanted a few inches off. She didn’t show me the back of my hair. I was so frustrated at this point that I just said it was fine and left. The service here was terrible. Please put some time towards some training classes in both your profession and customer service. Will not go back.

I asked for color and a layered cut. I'm so unhappy with my results. My stylest left me with color on for A very long time and disappeared. Then left toner on for a long time while she started another client And when I had been sitting a total of 2 hours. I said how long is it going to be. She told me she would be with me when she was done with the other client. And my layered cut looks just like when I walked in the salon after a week because she was in a rush to get back to her other client and didn't really cut my hair. $165.00 later and I have to go somewhere else to get my hair cut.AGAIN AND my hair is fried. I will NEVER go back!

I showed the stylist a picture that I had from several different angles and the cut came out looking absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her. It seemed manageable when I left, but upon a closer look, it came out terrible. it is uneven all over the sides, especially so in the sideburns that ended up about 2 inches shorter than they were supposed to be. And even though she instead that my bangs would dry an inch shorter, so she didn’t want to cut them any shorter, she was very wrong and they are also horrifically uneven and choppy. No amount of styling can hide it. I look like Hilary Swank in Boys Don’t Cry.

This place is a joke. I booked an appointment the day before to make sure there were no problems when I came in for my appointment. My appointment was at 12 pm and I showed up like 15 mins early. I barely got checked in and that is it. No one acknowledged me at all. When it got my appointment time the lady at the front desk let some other women off the street with no appointment go before me. They could have said "we are sorry for the wait, someone will be right with you". They didn't even say that. These people are ridiculous!!!! They need to take some serious customer service classes. I WILL NEVER GO BAACK THERE!

Brought my granddaughter in to have her tips colored and I made the appointment myself for this, but when we got there I was informed it was booked differently and immediately the lady we were scheduled with got an attitude. My granddaughters hair looks horrible and when she asked to have it blown dry she was told no because she was past her time limit. The attitude from the start should have been warning for me to take Natalie back out the door. Never again will I spend my money there.

I got a cut and online it says all cuts come this a shampoo & conditioning but neither was done. Also I asked for my hair to be thinned but I felt rushed out of the chair after my cut was done, so it didn’t get done. I love the cut but upset that my hair wasn’t washed! They charged me 26 dollars instead of 21, so know if you book online and click anyone for the lowest price they will end up charging what they want.

I had Kimberly last week and it's been bothering me just how rude and uncomfortable she really made me feel. I will NEVER go to Kimberly again.

I just had a haircut by Brett. He is very knowledgeable, a great hair washer (the best I have ever had), also precise in his haircuts and blow-outs. I would highly recommend him for any of your hair needs. I am definitely going back. Make an appoinment with Brett, you will not regret it.
