I visited Hair Royale Mascot for my first cut/colour service with them on Thursday night and I was SO impressed with the service and the outcome! I now have the most beautiful blonde hair and it looks the healthiest it has been in years. The team at Hair Royale Mascot are exceptionally talented and friendly, with a family-friendly atmosphere. Despite the salon having a very busy night I never felt like I was kept waiting and the staff continued to engage with me all the time to let me know where I was up to in the process. I was charged an extremely reasonable price (exactly as quoted one week before hand with no hidden costs like so many other salons) which was amazing! Not to mention the other services available here too: Barber (King of Fadez) Russian hair extensions, beauty and teeth whitening. I have had my teeth whitened here before (about 4 months ago) and the results are unbelievable. I only had to have their 1 hour (triple) session which again was very affordable and I’m so happy with the results. Would 100% recommend this lovely place and I am looking forward to this being my regular salon

Could not recommend Hair Royale highly enough, I have been going to the salon over a year now and I would never trust anyone else to do my hair, I have been to over 10 salon in Sydney over the last 4 years some extremely expensive salons and lower cost salons and have never gotten the result I wanted until I met Victoria. Victoria listens to everything that I ask for - the colour I received on my first visit was all I ever wanted and she has kept my hair so healthy it grows so well even after being bleached which is all I wanted. My colour always maintains and I always get compliments asking where I got my hair done. I also have to make mention to Gemma she also listens to what you want I love and look forward to having my hair cut from her which has helped my hair to stay healthy but still at the long length I desire, I will never go anywhere else the salon is reasonably priced and never adds multiple other fees like some hairdressers I have been to. I can’t thank the girls enough!

I had never been to this salon before but thought I'd take a gamble based on the good online reviews. First off, I accidentally booked my appt (full head foils) for the wrong date so when I showed up on a Friday afternoon, the colorist had left as she had no appts but they called her and she offered to come back. On a Friday afternoon before a long weekend?! Legend. I really appreciated the gesture as I needed my hair done that day. I was still nervous trusting someone new with my already thin and damaged hair but Vicki did so well. I have received nothing but constant compliments about my hair since leaving and it still feels healthy.The salon was a different vibe to anything I've experienced before as it's almost half barber shop but honestly it kept it really lively and kept me entertained. I'm not local but for this blonde, I'd travel a lot further than Mascot for, so I'll be back.

After having tried a few other hairdressers around Sydney , from relocating from interstate, all ended in disaster, I didn’t realise how many didn’t understand how to colour blonde. Or how to style and cut hair extensions, all claimed they were the best , in fact they shouldn’t even be hairdressers. I found Victoria at hair Royale and she straight away understood what I wanted and how my hair responded to colour. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure her work is on point . I would highly recommend Victoria as one of the best colorists and hair extension supplier in Sydney , I trust her completely with my hair. Victoria also carries the best quality human hair for her hair extension range, I have never had a problem with the hair it doesn’t knot or frizz it is perfect . I am so lucky to have found her and praise her for her patience, professionalism and her perfectionism.

The customer service was the worst , for ladies cut at least. I arrived 1 pm and the stylist totally had nothing to do apart from drying a piece of fake hair, she said we ve got nothing available but you can come back 2pm and took my name, and mobile number. I came back on time, she said “take a chair”. We thought she was too busy to talk, then we waited for 23 min till she finished drying hair for a girl. Then we stepped up and asked, she said “you have to wait till 3pm now because a customer changed her mind and need more time from us”. We asked why not call me and tell me in advance and at least tell me when I came back in person. She simply said , it’s not out fault, you can wait or leave. Be careful ladies, this isn’t the best place you wanna spend your money and time.

Handsdown best hairdresser I've found in Sydney! Staff are professional while still personal, talented and highly skilled. They invest in their clients and the results are astounding! Charbel you are a very talented hairdresser and it was an absolute pleasure to have you work on my hair! I'm a fussy client and very particular and Charbel has shown me time and again how he listens to what I want and works with me every step of the way till I'm happy! If you are hunting for the best hairdresser who doesn't expect you to pay the sun and the moon for five star work. Look no further you have found it and you will not be dissapointed!

I can’t remember his name , but he was slim and had long hair ! He did a wonderful shampoo , really good head massaging and put a lot of effort into both the shampoo and blow dry . Which by the way had lasted until now and I had it done last Thursday just over a week ago . He did not try to force any products onto me . All in all it was a very pleasant relaxing experience , a job well done . Pity I did not live in Sydney or I could come on a regular basis . But if ever I am back in Sydney , I will definitely come in again . Thanks , nice to meet , Sally .

I've been elsewhere for my hair extensions but on a recommendation from a friend decided to try Hair Royal while visiting Sydney from Wollongong The Girls were amazing they washed massaged and gave me the perfect blow dry and then perfectly placed my extensions . In fact so perfect that no one ever guesses that i have hair extensions !! They are definitely the Gucci of hair !!! Ill never go anywhere else again and it will defiantly be worth the trip from Wollongong to mascot to have the hair i want finally !!!

Promised service they couldn’t provide. We booked an appointment for x3 wash, blow dry & curls and stated we had a deadline due to a wedding. They only got 2/3 done in the time booked so the third person didn’t get their hair done. The girl commented and said that if we washed our hair before we got there she would have had time...yet that was the service we booked in for. She then charged so far over the quoted price for the 2 jobs. Would never recommend, would never return

At their closing time decided to ask the owners about a trim of long hair, without a wash or blow dry. The charge is $40.00. No friendly hello or goodbye, but a rude “thanks mate” to their female customer. Wow, for $40.00 trim of ends I’d expect a business card, a beverage and a “thank you ma’am” not thanks mate. I somehow don’t think I’d ever be their customer, nor be recommending this place to any of my female friends or family, more of a barber shop attitude.

I was referred to Vicky about a year ago & haven’t looked back. I can’t thank Vicky & her team enough for always looking after me & making me feel especially welcome & pampered. Vicky has absolutely transformed my hair I went from brown to a healthy blonde her extensions are amazing quality they last with no shedding the best extensions I’ve ever had with no exaggeration! I have referred every one I know & will continue to do so because she is amazing!

I am in love with my hair thanks to Hair Royale Mascot !! I can’t thank them enough my hair was broken and dry and I was unhappy with my previous colour from elsewhere and now I have a beautiful colour and it is healthy again and with the tapes from Russian hair extensions my hair is all one length and blended beautifully ! I was there again today and if you are looking for a top wash and blow dry I would recommend you get down and try them out

I had my first visit to hair royale today and had high expectations. However, my experience ended with me coming home and crying. As i I left feeling ugly and devastated. I had been growing my hair and the hair dresser, as lovely as she was, cut my hair two times shorter than I asked, she then styled it in a way that made me feel so ugly and like I had a toliet brush on my head. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending to anyone

Could have not had a better experience. I went to this salon with my hair an absolute mess, never wore it down and was just generally low in confidence. I had the tape extensions put in and i honestly couldn't be happier with the results. I am from overseas so finding a salon and a hairdresser that you trust is very difficult but I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Today I booked in with Jo for a refresh of root colour and a cut to bring up my natural curls. He worked his magic and I can not be happier. Jo even taught me how to look after my curls to make them much better. His curly hair knowledge was a blessing. I have bounce in my hair and in my owns steps. With renewed confidence, I thank you.

LOVE! Booked easily online for a same day appointment. Easy to find with a friendly team in a great atmosphere. I was unsure about what I would need for my hair, and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and advice. Prices were very fair, with my stylist doing an efficient and great job on restyling. Highly recommended.

Great haircut. Used a Groupon to try out Hair Royale for the first time for a shampoo/treatment/wash, cut and blowdry. Results were fantastic - came in with shaggy , knotty, drab curls and came out with a lovely layered cut and a beautiful blowdry into soft waves. The products they use smell divine also

I recently got my hair cut by Jayson and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was really patient with me and created a look that was very stylish. Most amazing hair dresser in Sydney! Vicki, Joe and Bill helped bring my hair colour back and to re install the itip extensions put in at my first visit. These extensions are amazing and very easy to manage and very good quality. This was my second visit and I would rate this salon more if I could.

This barbershop offers quite a lot of service. Located just in the heart of mascot central, professional and friendly barbers. I've been regular customer for last couple months. Owner is really friendly and professional. Did my teeth whitening here as well and satisfied with the result actually :)

I live close by and I’ve decided to try this place for the first time. They did a really great job with my balayage I’m so happy with the result!! the color is amazing!! and they hair haven’t been damaged. The staff is really polite and they make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend it

My first time visiting. Had a hair wash, cut and blow dry. Wouldn’t recommend the hair wash though but the hair cut and blow was really worth it. The stylish was very accommodating with my request and my hair turn out pretty great. Thanks alot and would definitely come again! ❤️

I have had my hair cut by Bipin at Hair Royale 3 times now. Always does a great job. I wear glasses, so once they come off I can't see a thing. I come back because of his attention to detail which gives me the confidence to let him do his thing. Would highly recommend.

Went in today with horrible orange hair that I damaged at home and came out looking like a model thanks to chabel he was the best and so kind made me feel heaps welcomed will definitely go back to get my hair done there definitely worth the money …

Did a blow dry and Curls. Normally I pay around 60-70$ and the curls last 2 days. 1 h after my appointment, my hair was back straight … I paid 140$?!?!??? ….. will never return.
