I had a Brazilian blowout done on my 4C hair type by Christina! I was just tired of my hair’s puffiness and spending too much time flat ironing or whatever I could do to make it more manageable. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Brazilian blowout treatment but hopefully will get a somewhat straighter softer hair. Firstly, their prices are reasonable and Christina and her team were welcoming, she took the time to explain possible reasonable outcome given my hairs’ 4C texture and to my amazement post 3 days after treatment, I washed my hair, I realized it wasn’t puffy when in contact with water, it’s become more malleable and my curl pattern wasn’t lost but more soft and relaxed. What blew my mind the most is after washing with a sulphur free shampoo, drying time was minimal on low heat and the best part was I only heat-combed my hair without having to flat iron it again - all in less than 30mins - I’m elated! Thanks Christina and everyone at Hair Sweety!!

I came in for a cut and hair colour. Since my hair was coloured before they suggested to bleach the lower part of my hair to make it even. Ofcourse it is double the price if I were to bleach it. I said ok because they seem to know what they are doing. I was wrong my hair colour was very light than I wanted and the lower part of my hair was lighter than the top part. The bleach made it worst and the colour is not even and made my hair very dry. They were so busy and seemed to be more focus on people that was coming in for a haircut than the people already inside with the treatment on their hair waiting. Furthermore the person put the same bleach on what was the left over of the other girl. Not hygienic. I will never come back to this place they are affordable but will cost you more because I needed to go to a professional to undo the damage they have done to my hair.

My son went there yesterday wed.16th for a hair cut with CANDY and came home not happy at all, first he asked her for a trim to make to look more neat, she said no i have to cut it short coz its covering ur eyes and your hair is longer than girls and she started brushing it dry and he has curly hair, he told her i don't want it short no he was polite with her, she didn't listen and she told him im gonna charge you $20 coz ur hair is long this is redicoulus we are not going tgere never and its not the first time, the other time it was with another lady she made him look like mushroom before his grafuation photo.bad place.they don't even speak english im not sure if they understand what we ask them for.with all my respect.. no offense.

Highly recommend this salon! I came here to dye my hair from a friend’s recommendation. The one who did it was a guy. At first I was doubting his skill a lot, but in the end my hair was so pretty. I bleached my roots twice and dye and cut, and it’s even so cheap compared to other places (300 bucks). I also took my boyfriend here to cut his hair and the lady did it very fast and looked better than other salon he has been with a cheap price too. This is definitely my favorite salon now!

Unfortunately I came in a day ago to get bangs, and they completely butchered my hair. As a customer we want what WE WANT.. Not what the HAIRSTYLIST WANTS!!!! If they want something then do it on your own hair not on the customers.. the hairstylist was not listening to what I asked, that is very unprofessional and just plainly rude. Definitely will not be coming back to this salon. To them it doesn’t matter if their customer is happy, as long as they get paid and tipped..

I went to this salon for a root touch up. I end up with a darker color and the hairstylist used bleach to light my roots without asking me. After I asked her why is she using the bleach she asked a gentleman to wash my hair, before he was swiping the floor, and pulling my hair. I went to my chair and the nightmare continued....blowing up my hair, adding mouse and ....ending up leaving with my hair wet, no stile ....and charged $45. Save your money, don't go there!

Amazing place, amazing work. I had never been here before and walked in with a picture for reference of the colour I wanted and walked out with an exact match. Candy and all the other staff (sorry I didn't get your names) were so helpful and friendly and it was an overall great atmosphere. Not to mention while I was there soooo many people walked in looking to get their hair done, which really shows how great they are.

Their work is good but the only complaint from my side is they just cut hair as the pictures they have I mean there are sometimes where a customer needs a specification they don’t try to understand the customer. Today I wanted to medium fade but the lady create different fade on both sides. I don’t know what’s wrong with her I clearly showed her the type of haircut I wanted but still she failed to make it.

I had been a regular customer for a long time until Jack left. It seems he was the only person who knew how to cut hair and truly understood what he was doing. The owner of the salon is okay, but the other ladies are terrible at their skills. You have to be under house arrest for three months after getting a haircut from them. It's better to find somewhere else to have your hair done.

Plz don’t go to this salon they are robbers ,scammers they just trimmed my hair and my 5 year old daughters hair and charged us 50$ .Also the annoying lady was forcing me to buy pink hair extensions for my daughter even though my daughter said she didn’t like it they got angry because I didn’t buy those dollar store extensions .Definitely not going to this horrible place again .

It’s my first time coming today and i was very happy with everything! Jack explained to me what he’s going to do and the risks if he colours the remaining bleached part on the ends of my hair. Alas! Everything he did was hard work and displayed his skills as a hair colourist! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends! See you in December! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a haircut with Jack and he was great the first time I went. 2nd visit I had today and I had someone else…she was not able to understand what I wanted. I should have waited for Jack…she cut too much off the top when I only wanted my sides and back shorter This place is good and cost-friendly, but ask for and wait for Jack to cut your hair.

3 years ago on my way to Mississauga, I stopped by parkway mall and I also decided to get a haircut at hair sweety. I was so impressed with Candy, who cut my hair, and I love not only how she cuts my hair but also how she deals with customers. She is very warm and polite, and I cut my hair with her every 2 months, coming from Mississauga.

This is where my 6 yrs old likes to get his haircut. It's the only place he wants to go (ive tried taking him elsewhere to no avail). I guess because he had such a great experience the first and second time hence we now go here even though we live in Etobicoke. Can't go wrong. Friendly Staff and affordable haircut for the family.

Highly recommend this place. Loving my new hair. Have been here for my hair straightening, hair highlight and hair cut. So I was here for almost half a day. Have seen each staff working and believe me they all are amazing. They know their job and give you a good service.

Went there yesterday for a lineup and removed a 1 inch not 4 inches I can't tie up my hair anymore the lineup is so bad I need it fix I'm not happy with my experience my hair doesn't look like a mullet anymore the first picture is befor the hair up the other is after

I wanted curly hair so they made my hair curly but then they asked me to get a haircut so I did but after my hair cut was done they combed my hair and it was straight again and I had to pay full price still

Definitely do not recommend. Asked for a fade and all they gave me was a shave on the side. They cut my hair too short when I asked for a little bit and they cut it unevenly. Never coming here again.

Never ever again! Horrible. The stylist held the flat iron on my ends way too long and now they feel like Velcro. My hair is in worse shape after the haircut. You get what you pay for.
