I make to get a normal haircut for a men. They advertised for $27 but they charge for $35 as it was style. All I said was cut short in the sides and if you have a small raise in the middle. She used number 2 in the sides and scissor cut the top. It wasn't that long. I was stunned as I have been here few times and they never charge me extra. I mean I didn't get a specialised cut. I am not sure how the business is run maybe each hair dresser get a proportion on number of money bought in so she found me excuse to charge. There are two other hair dressers in the area yes they are expensive than these guys but I don't want surprise charges.

Came in to get lash extensions and asked for natural style advertised as $80 and was charged $90. Came in a week later for a refill advertised as $40 and when I went to pay it was $45. I paid and the employee never addressed the price difference so I asked her why $45, she told me $5 extra for "extra length" that she had apparently given me. She never told me about this while applying my lashes and never told me it would cost extra? Not coming back.

I’ve been going there for a year now and can’t believe how healthy my hair is and how much it has grown . Their hair products do wonders ! Always have a positive experience getting my cut and colour at Hairworld, people always comment on the great results with bright colours I get done there. Occasionally have had to wait but that’s normal for a walk in salon plus I always wait for a particular stylist.

Usually they are good, but the lady I had cutting my hair yesterday was so distracted and watching a lady trying on hair extensions, hardly said a word to me, felt like just wanted me out so she could go and giggle with the other client!

Wouldn’t go to this Hairdressers they butchered my hair, left it all different lengths and I have to go and get it fixed having to cut it shorter when I’m trying to grow it. Terribly inexperienced and terrible customer service

I just left there after getting my hair done by the amazing Michelle. She did AMAZING! I basically said do as you please with my hair as I hadn't had it cut in over a year! And I absolutely love what she's done!!

I don’t understand why I had to wait over 20 minutes for a hair cut while 2 people are saying “we don’t cut men’s hair” Another guy got told to wait for an hour after me, wouldn’t recommend this place.

one hair dresser working all the time told half an hour for hair cut 2 hours later still sitting there not her fault this place is a disgrace never again will i go back there

Didn't have to wait long to get seen to on Saturday morning. Was just after a trim/tidy-up. My hair felt and looked healthy again removing all of the split ends. Thank you!
