I am currently talking to a lawyer and I am so excited to serve papers to this establishment for the destruction of my hair, and emotional distress. I have other hair stylists happily supporting me and will be defending me as they cannot understand the terrible work provided by this place. They have ruined my hair. I recently moved from Toronto and wanted to find a hair stylist closest to me which was the biggest mistake of my life.The hair they do is completely embarrassing After messing up the first set of highlights done by Fro, I had specifically told them "do not touch my hair unless you could fix it" and after the owner, Carmen, went off for 10 minutes convincing me it will be okay, they have made it worse. They were unable to match blondes, lied about what can occur with my hair (I have gone to over 6 places asking for professional opinions in which they all apologized and were shocked- I have been asked if I botched my own hair and I had attempted bleaching it at home), and then told me it is balayage? I was told it was great work and I need to lower my expectations of having hair all one colour? I am fuming more and more. After years of going platinum blonde I have gone brunette to cover the terrible work this place stands by. Stay away at all costs. After leaving hair Xtacy crying twice, I am still shocked by the lack of transparency. If your skill set does not match the expectations of a customer let them know that. I walked around humiliated by the hair they have provided, while Carmen the owner was arrogant and rude when disclosing my concerns over the phone. Avoid at all costs unless you want a simple job that does not take much work or skill set.

Tried this salon for the first time but never coming back again. I booked hair colour and the treatment only as I got my hair cut recently. Apparently, the blow dry was not included neither with the hair colour nor the treatment (weird system) but no one bothered to give me a heads-up or to ask me if I want to add blow dry even though they knew it was my first time trying this the salon. If the hairstylist is smart enough, she could’ve asked beforehand, instead of just finishing off with my hair draining full bucket of water on a icy cold day. Thankfully, someone was available to do the blow dry yet she charged me $52 literally just to dry my hair, even my 10-month old baby could do better but for free. This salon is full of incompetent people with lacking flexibility. If there was one single person with a bit of common sense or ability to think critically, they could’ve offered a discount or even free blow dry for someone who is new to their salon and not familiar with their system so they can build good reputation and increase retention. For the hair treatment, the stylist just put treatment cream on my hair, watched TV for few min then washed. Then they charged $30 something for this. The salon is supposed to be “premium” but the quality of service she offered was trash. This was the worst salon ever in my whole life. I wish Google added a feature where I can leave a review without a star because this salon doesn’t even deserve one star.

Hair Xtacy is the most amazing salon ever! Thank you so much to Paige for giving me the sexy mermaid hair of my dreams! Paige is an incredible, knowledgeable, and truly talented stylist who goes above and beyond for her clients! She designed the most beautiful warm blonde balayage for me and today I got Bellami volume weft extensions installed by her and I'm obsessed! She exceeded my vision for my dream hair! So so happy, cannot recommend her enough! The salon itself is gorgeous, luxurious, always good vibes and great music! The entire team is always so welcoming, cheerful, and kind! Always so excited for my appointments there, truly an experience like no other!

My first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. Feels like a high end salon with a warm and welcoming energy. No pressure, total professionalism, clear pride in their skills with good reason. Another y walked me through the entire process and even showed me how to replicate the style when I got home. They listened to what I wanted and it was a stress free appointment.

I got my hair done by Katie for my prom and she left such an impression I just had to write a review. She was very patient with me and made sure everything was perfect to me even if it meant redoing it. Don't let her level 1 status deter you she will execute your hair to perfection. Also the curls lasted through 2;30hrs of dancing and the braid lasted a week :)

I have been going to Paige at hair Xtacy - Premium for 5 years now. She does an amazing job and listens to exactly what I ask, I never leave disappointed. All the staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Great atmosphere. I have many friends who started going to this salon after me and were never disappointed. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a new hair salon, look no further! I couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff were so nice, the salon is beautiful and they really know what they’re doing. My hairstylist, Carolyne, was amazing and did such a good job on my hair! If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Carmen is a master at hair colour and he uses the best products. His highlights are fabulous! Hair Xtacy has an upscale atmosphere, with lively conversation and the staff goes all out to make you feel comfortable. If you want a new look and receive lots of compliments, go see Carmen.
