This place is pretty comparable to a name brand car mechanic shop that tries to rip you off by selling you all sorts of parts and stuff you don't need. I took an old schwinn in that I found in a garage sale for $50 that generally was fine but the chain length was off and it had trouble shifting because of the chain. Sooner than you'd know, they start selling me on all these other things that are wrong with the bike that need fixing, even though its purpose is just going to be a beater for easy riding and commutes, nothing crazy, which I specified to them to try to get them to realize I don't need a complete overhaul, just the necessary fixes. So we went through what I approved for them to do and what not to do, later they call me up saying it needs even more work, I reluctantly agreed to let them do the final work on it. The original quote was around $150 (which I felt was pretty hefty for some of the service fees to begin with compared to other bike shops back home). The end cost totaled out to $200+, again for an old beater schwinn. I could've easily bought a new one for the same price as I've now invested in this. Please don't be fooled by the trendy location, ambiance of the shop, etc (which you could honestly say about Nashville in general), these guys are overpriced and will rip you. There's plenty of positive reviews on here and maybe I'm stereotyping but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them are the typical west end types with not a lot of know how but plenty of $$$ and money really isn't an object to them as long as their bike works after its out of the shop. I'm just saying, don't be fooled by the overall positive reviews, if you need to go in to just buy an innertube, fine. But I will not be going back for anything more than that.

So I buy a used ebike from this place, got a good deal. I had no problem with the folks there at all. The issue was after I got home, rode it off and on for a month or so and the battery was dead. Removed and realized it needed a special cable to charge and they had not given it to me. Again, not a big deal, just send me the charger. I called and they said they would find it and call me back. Four days later I called and asked what happened. They said the remembered giving it to me. Well they didnt. Unless I ate it which highly unlikely due difficulty in digesting it, they have it somewhere and can't locate it. Again, not a crime, just take care of it. At least that's what I would do. It's extremely rare that I let things bother me so I shrugged it off and just now ordered the charger online. For me it's not the money or even the inconvenience they put me through but I simply don't do business with people who won't do the right thing. Won't be back.

Looked all around for a Surly and found many here at Halcyon. I packed up the car and made the trip from Memphis to Nashville just to see this shop and their stock. Very impressed. The shop has a great vibe and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Some have written they felt ignored. I can see how some would feel that way. Big picture: the staff was working with someone else and giving them their full attention. I’d encourage you to have some patience, browse, and simply wait your turn. They’ll be focused on you shortly and try to meet your every need. You’ll be happy you did. I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s become my favorite bike shop in Tennessee and was well worth the drive from Memphis. I’ll be back. Great location too. If you’re having service done while you wait; there are many local restaurants and pubs in the immediate area. Make it a great day! They’ll certainly do their part to make you a customer for life.

A little late on sharing, but I recently brought in a bike for restoration and had an amazing experience that I’d like to share! The bike belonged to my father, purchased years ago so he could get around on his paper route. Despite being old and out of use, Halcyon looked it over and gave me a detailed report of everything that needed to be fixed and my options as far as replacements. After we came to an agreement I left the bike and in a short time later (week tops which was surprising for a full bike restoration), I received a call to come pick it up. I was not able to answer the phone, but the owner of the shop called personally and explained in depth every single thing he did in order to restore the bike. The voicemail was so long it cut into two parts. Halcyon, if you’re reading this thank you so much! You’ve preserved such a sentimental piece for my family.

I walked in just trying to purchase some grips. No one was inside to help me. It took me 10 minutes just to figure out who was a staff member and who was just a customer hanging out. Whenever I finally got a hold of a employee he was very rude and short with me when I asked where the BICYCLE GRIPS ARE. Shouldn’t be that difficult. When I went to check out I asked for some grip glue and the staff worker said “and what are you possibly going to do with grip glue? Don’t you know these grips don’t need glue?” Ummm no I had no idea. Thanks for treating me poorly because I’m not a bicycle guru and don’t know facts like that. I came to that store because I DONT know what I’m doing and I’m paying extra for YOU to HELP me. Not treat me like an ass hole. I wish I hadn’t gone in and won’t go there again.

I called ahead to inquire about bikes that fit my size and desired specifications and the guy who answered didn't skip a beat. He immediately informed me that the bike I was looking for was in stock and that they had other options that would fit my needs as well. The guy when I got there (different from the phone guy) was also amazing! He was super patient while I decided on what to purchase and even stayed late to make sure I was totally happy. His advice about sizing was helpful and was just in general super nice and accommodating. I've had some less than fantastic bike shop experiences but this place is top freakin' notch. I will do all of my purchases and maintenance here moving forward. I am having an absolute blast on my new Midnight Special thanks to Halcyon!

They have a nice selection of bikes and bike supplies, but they are very expensive. I brought a wheel in with a busted spoke, and they insisted I needed a new set of wheels. I knew that I didn't, so I paid them to replace the spoke. My local bike shop in Boulder would have charged ~$10. They charged me ~$40, so i paid about 4x more than I should have. (FYI, the spoke replacement is still holding strong a year later.) Also, they don't recycle bike tubes. I know that Nashville isn't a recycling oriented city, but I would really appreciate a bike shop taking some initiative on this front. They are conveniently located for me, but I will repair my bike myself in the future. If I need some serious work performed, I'll likely go out of my way to save some money.

Went in for a new chain and he asked if I wanted him to adjust the brakes while he was doing the chain (but didn't say it would cost anything). I just thought that was a service they did when you got a new chain since I had never been there, and said okay. Maybe it was my fault maybe their fault but they didn't mention any charges - it's not a big job adjusting brakes I can do it at home - I ended up paying over twice what I budgeted for. Just a warning don't let them perform any small service without knowing if they're gonna charge you at this place. I mentioned it when I checked out but he didn't pick up on it so I didn't ask for any money back as he had already performed the service. But that's what reviews are for I guess...

  • jmford22

Bad vibes.. I'll give them one more try. I live a few blocks away and love local shops. I've been riding bikes for years but road biking is new for me. The girl that works behind the counter was very short and dismissive of me the first time a few weeks ago and this most recent trip she was more overtly rude. I asked a very simple question which must be frustrating to someone that knows so much more about bikes than me. After looking at me for a few seconds like I'm an idiot she finally gave me a few condescending suggestions. I left as quietly as I came in but felt a little discouraged after my encounter. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, either that or I should wait until I'm an expert to shop there again.

Unique and community oriented bike shop. I have been here a lot as I have been a bicycle commuter for the past couple years and Halcyon is located conviently along my daily route. They buy and refurbish bicycles to sell so they have some very cool and unique bikes that you just couldn't find anywhere else. Also because of this their stock of bikes changes pretty frequently. They also have community bike holders and tools you can borrow if you need to do some repairs. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have definitely learned a good bit about bicycles from them. They go the extra mile when it comes to fulfilling any maintenance or upgrades requests you give to them. I definitely recommend this bike shop.

  • Artie Alvarado

I couldn’t be more happy. I came in about a month ago looking for a new commuter/weekend gravel bike and had my eye on a few different Surly models. The staff quickly fitted me and encouraged me to get out and test the different models. After my initial visit, I came back several weeks later with a few more questions which the staff did their best to answer and this time encouraged me to go for a longer ride. I’m glad I did as I found the bike that best fit me and my needs. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I always try and support local businesses and if you’re looking for a new ride or just need a tune-up or flat fixed I would highly recommend Halcyon Bike Shop!

  • Koby Langner

My bike was in bad shape. I brought in my Giant Rincon for a gear shifter and brake replacement. When they inspected it closer, it needed more work than I expected. The repair cost was out of my budget. I thought I was out of luck, but Jesse was understanding and asked me what my budget was. I told him a price range, and he said he would make it safe to ride again within the price range. Within a day, they replaced a tire, replaced and adjusted my brakes, adjusted my derailleur, replaced my gear shifter, and replaced my hand grips. It rides beautifully now — just like new! Thank you Jesse, and thank you Halcyon for an affordable and high quality bike tune up and repair.

This is a great local bike shop with caring, dedicated staff who are passionate about cycling. The mechanics are top notch. The owner is an all around gem. My Cannondale Super Six Evo needed some TLC and the people at this shop were not only knowledgeable but very honest. When I needed to pick up a bike rack at the last minute they not only found what I needed but installed it and made sure I knew how it worked I cannot say enough about the truly amazing customer service I have received every time I've stopped in. After competing across the US and Mexico in various events I can safely say that this is one of the best bike shops in the nation! You won't be disappointed!

Walked up, mask on, with my 7 yr old son looking to buy him a new bike. A man came out to greet us and asked what size does he need and I said I’m not sure. He then asked does he currently ride a bike and I said yes but I’m not sure what size it is; he responded sarcastically “ That would be helpful to know”. I ignored his smart comment. Before I saw the sign that stated patrons weren’t allowed in, I then asked “are we not allowed to go in?” and he literally looked at me and said in a smug tone “we can’t control a global pandemic”. I looked at him and said “wow, never mind..” They clearly weren’t interested in earning my business.

These guys are simply amazing. Purchased a used bike for my daughter to ride in an upcoming triathlon. I asked if I could bring it in for a quick safety-check due to her triathlon being around the corner. Even though they were slammed they took a look at it, made some quick repairs, and even did a quick bike-fit for her. The mechanics here are professional and courteous and go that extra mile. They were super friendly to my daughter and even let her choose the cable color. If your bike needs some work. Don’t hesitate to put your trust in these folks. Highly recommend.

  • Ayse Stinnett

I bought my bike a couple months ago without knowing how to ride one. I came in just wanting a small bike, and they kept asking me questions which I now realize was for my own good. They insisted I at least test it (which I did not want to do since I didn't know how). I am thankful for their knowledge and getting me on a bike I now love riding. I put my full trust in them and am delighted with everything they sold me. 10/10 (they also accept bike donations for the oasis center which is awesome and the best home for the bike I had that was too big)

  • Heather O'Dell

My husband and I bought our first road bikes here. The absolute most delightful people. They are quite popular so at times it can get busy, so there can be a bit of a wait, but totally worth it. They will spend as much time with you as needed to answer your questions and never made me feel rushed (even with people waiting). We took up hours of their time over two days and they were kind, patient, helpful, and did not treat us newbies like idiots. Worth every penny. We went to several bike shops and hands down this was the best experience.

  • Bruce Carter

I took a road bike in for a tune up (after over 10 yrs of riding) and lots needed to be done. I was worried about what the final bill would be, but owner Andrew Parker got directly involved himself in helping me out. Some of the parts I needed weren't even available any more, but he managed to find some gently used parts in the shop. In the end, he saved me a lot of money and the bike rides like a charm now. I've had Halcyon work on my bikes multiple times and they always are super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful!

  • E B

This is the best bike shop in Nashville. They just spent the last few weeks rebuilding my SC Blur from scratch... They worked with Cane Creek and had a shock hand built in Asheville and gave my old girl the makeover of her life. They were even able to replace a 26" QR fork in this day and age. There is not another bike shop in the city that I could have trusted to do this rebuild. They're knowledgeable, accessable, easy to work with, completely affordable and their work speaks for itself.

  • Jonathan Tucker

My son has been riding his bike 2 miles to middle school and was run off street and hit curb and his wheel was bent. I called Andrew that afternoon and he told me to bring it in. I brought in within 30 minutes and he had the wheeled trued to normal within 15 minutes. Thank you for being responsive and seeing how important that bike is to my son! I appreciate the fast response and great customer support! Also, have some very cool bikes, bike accessories and electric bikes. Thanks again!

  • Benjamin Taylor

I don't want to bash a small company but the employees didn't seem like they even wanted to help me? For a bike shop they didn't even know what a drift trike was? That's no big deal what really got me was, they were trying to sell me some small bearings for almost 6 dollars a piece? I went right next door to Cumberland and got the same ones for 2 dollars! I know they need to make money but wow! I will just drive a little further lol

  • Jason Bolt

One of my favorite bike shops of all time. Great group of knowledgable staff ready to help you with anything you may need. Great selection of used and new bikes. Great service plan included as well! I recommend this bike shop to the average person looking to get some new wheels or the avid racer/tourer looking to set up a new rig. Ask them to build you a tight little scraper bike and you won't be disappointed! Halcyon for life.

  • Elisabeth Close

I asked Halcyon to do a tune-up on my touring bike and to box it up to ship for an upcoming trip. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and finished the job ahead of schedule. It arrived at it's destination completely unscathed, as it was expertly packed like a delicate museum artifact. After the tune-up my bike rode better than it ever has before and I had an awesome trip. I am very grateful for this excellent shop!

  • N Betz

Fantastic experience at Halcyon. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and actually took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for out of a new bike. They recommended the perfect model and even made some adjustments to the handlebar set up to make it more comfortable since I am a taller guy. Couldn’t be happier with the bike. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for any other cycling needs

  • Landon Coe

Sold me shoes and petals that did not work together, than have me a hard time when trying to return because they were slightly used, but I in fact just tried to clip in before realizing it didn’t work. Would not reccommend. The staff isn’t knowledgeable about their own products, and are difficult and unfriendly. Check out Eastside cycles. Their prices are and customer service is the best In town hands down.

  • Murti Nauth

These folks are great! They're knowledgeable and willing to help you out with just about any bicycle needs. I stopped in to change some tubes, which I had little experience with, but wanted to learn. They provided helpful tips on how I could get the job done and never tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. I also appreciate how they sell used, quality gear of all sorts.

  • GC H

Passing through Nashville on a Sunday I dropped in to have my front derailleur adjusted before heading to the Smoky Mtns for some climbing Monday a.m. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Mech took the bike and put it on the stand right away. 30 mins later I was on my way, very affordable as well. Bikes for sell mostly city bikes and single speeds. Highly recommend. Thanks!

  • Vivian Ruesch

We rented an e-bike from Halcyon Bike Shop for 3 days and it was great! First time on an e-bike...hills were fun, and keeping up with my daughter was easy, even though I'm 65 and don’t bike a lot. Stephanie and Kevin offered accessories (helmet lock waterbottle) at no extra charge. Prices were same or cheaper than the 3 nearby competitors we called, and everyone was so nice!!!!

  • Matt West

Love this shop. Not only does Halcyon offer free tool access and a wall mounted clamp for working on your wheels outdoors, but in my case, a friendly employee helped me troubleshoot a creaky set of cranks for free. Very impressed with that kind of service, and while I haven't bought a bike from them yet, they have a great selection of used rides, too. Highly recommended.

  • Jaime Aponte

I like this shop only because of Stephannie. She knows her stuff and is pleasant to deal with (love the wheels). The boutique style and used bike section with one off parts almost gives it an authentic shop feel but its not as genuine as it seems. Dealer obligations and risk is what eventually numbs these kind of bike shops, but what do i know, I was just a customer.

  • Thomas Sullivan

Took my wife here as she needed to get her bike fixed but wasn’t sure what the exact problem was. Spoke with a guy called Iain, could not have been more patient or helpful in getting to the bottom of it with her... id long since lost my patience! And they had the bike back to us much quicker than we had expected. Will definitely use these guys again. Thanks Iain!!

  • Lucas Howell

Came in to the store looking for a daily commuter bike as a newbie, and they were extremely friendly and helped me throughout the whole process. The bike ended up giving me a couple small problems the following week, but when I came in to get it fixed they were always quick to make it right without asking for additional payment. Could not recommend them enough!

  • Louis Jordan

Halcyon has been servicing my bike for several years. Their work is always very good, and I appreciate how cost conscious they are. They only do what is necessary and try to minimize the cost to the customer. Recently, I had a problem two days before an organized ride and they worked me in to enable me to be able to participate. A great local bike shop.

  • Sabrina McCoy

I went to Halcyon yesterday and they offered to do a once over on my super rusty bike. They told me upfront what everything would cost and asked before they started any work. The selection of stuff in store is really great, too; lots of quality bike bags and handle grips, tapes, etc. It's a smaller selection but it's all good quality. A wonderful shop.

  • Brooke Semar

halcyon is the best shop in town. knowledgeable and kind staff with consistent excellent customer service. recently went to pick out a new bike for myself. they were so thoughtful and took the time to make minor adjustments to the bike and and took me on a decent test ride to make sure i was comfortable and ready to go! great shop, great staff. 10/10

  • Brandon Nelson

BEWARE!!! Worst customer service, least knowledgeable people I've ever seen run a business. Patrick didn't know what he's doing at all, and the owner promised a refund, to which he changed his mind once I brought up my complaint. Then they all FLIPPED ME THE MIDDLE FINGER through a window on my way out... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

  • Tyler Przybyla

I recently purchased a Fair dale Weekender for commuting and fitness and i am very happy with it. I was glad to find it as stock at most bike shops are very low these days as many people like myself are getting into cycling. The staff there listened to what I needed and paired me with a bike for my needs. Glad I went here!

  • Luca Angela Mellon

Employees are so nice, good at explaining things, and working within your budget. They're passionate about commuting, MTB, gravel, cargo, and e-bikes, and they have really beautifully restored vintage and used bikes, too. I bought two Surly bikes at Halcyon, and I've rented MTB and e-bikes from them. Strongly recommended!

  • Cathrin Mahathy

Great guys! Knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We drove from Decatur, AL for a specific brand and model of bike. When we called, they checked to make sure they had what we wanted and even that it was already assembled before we got there. Also loved the sign in the window will definitely be back in the future! …

  • Andrew Lenehan

These guys went above and beyond for me! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the shop has so many cool new and vintage bikes. I was super impressed with the inventory, especially in these troubled times of bike shortages. Big thanks Stephanie and Andrew for their patience and communication!

  • W Campbell

We can not say enough good things about Halcyon Bike Shop. Top notch customer service! Great products! Friendly and very knowledgeable mechanics! We highly recommend buying your bike and any accessories that you might need from Halcyon. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers!!!

  • Sarah Vassall

I went to Halcyon on a Monday (stupidly, as they were closed) and they took my bike in anyway. They were extremely nice about me coming in outside of business hours, and still had my bike back to me by the next morning. The price for a basic repair is also reasonable. Good vibe, too.

  • Dale H.

These folks are awesome and won me over. To me it seems like they are all about riding and not just about being trendy. The place I used to use seemed more of a clique and all about top of the line. The folks at Halcyon won my business because they are so down to earth and genuine.

  • Greg O'Loughlin

Regardless of circumstances - normal operating hours, community parties, Covid-19 response shopping - the folks at Halcyon are always so helpful and friendly! Great repair and maintenance crew and always a good selection of helmets, gear, bells, lights, pedals - anything you need!

  • Charlotte Brown

Best bike shop ever! Staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely loves bikes. I always know I’m getting honest advice, quality work and that they are not trying to upsell me. Plus, the shop itself is such a cool space. Can’t say enough good things — love this place!!!

  • Mike Cinanni

It's not like any other bike shop I've every been to. Don't go in expecting a retail experience. It's more like the best garage sale ever. If you know what your looking for you'll be fine. Some of the employees have a bad attitude, but something keeps bringing me back there.

  • Emily Velush

If you're a lover of bikes and get tired of the sometimes macho/elitist vibe of bike shops : definitely go here. The people that work there are fun, friendly and make you feel right at home immediately even if you don't know a lot about bikes. A true gem. LOVE Halcyon.

  • Luke

This place was great! They were very relaxed and friendly. Their services were also quite affordable. Since they seem to specialize in more classic bikes, I wasn't sure if they'd be able to repair my 2011 bicycle, but they put the gears and brakes in order in no time!

  • W David Stevenson

Went to have a friends bike boxed and shipped to Portland. The shop was clean, relaxed and had a great vibe. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As the bike was being prepped I spotted a Knobby fat bike I need!!! Will be back to purchase locally.

  • S S

Great service. Great people. Great shop. Great selection of solid and dependable new and used bikes. I have been able to find many small parts to revive and recycle older equipment. Added bonus - the shop’s partnership with the Oasis Center’s Bike workshop.

  • robert Myers

Very rude. I just stopped.by to look at a bike as i have had my eye on one there for awhile. Was going.to purchase. Thy guy met me.at the door and was rude as hell. So.i told him.forget it. I.will.go elsewhere to get a bike where customers are appreciated

  • Michael Gallagher

The owner Andrew and his team went above and beyond to make my wife and I’s rental go incredibly well. This is one of the best experiences we have had working with the bike shop. Can’t recommend them enough. Great location on 12th st as well.

  • Pat Jenkins

Great shop, awesome staff, wide variety of bicycles to fit everyones needs. The staff really knows their stuff and was very friendly in helping me find the right bike to fit my needs. Recommend coming here for any of your bicycle needs.

  • Kristen Fischer

Visiting my brother for a few days. Brought my bike with me, but it was "ill" after putting the tire back on from the trip from Missouri. Thank you for helping me fix the grinding and whining. Now I can enjoy the beauty of Nashville!!

  • Erica Steiner

Phenomenal. Bought a balance bike for my son today! They were very patient and even let us try it out in the parking lot to make sure it was a good fit. 10/10 for experience and price. Will be going back for any other biking needs!!

  • Fred Schuler

Andrew and Stephanie are the best! We had a super tricky freehub issue on a Chicago-New Orleans trip, and they really REALLY went out of their way to make us feel safe and well taken care of. Great mechanics, and even better people!

  • Rafael Gutierrez

I built my bike right behind their shop thanks to their sweet set-up. They got a huge community bench with all the tools you need and they got bike stand clamps for easy access. Very much recommend with super friendly crew.

  • Matt Mcvey

I dropped off my bike on a Saturday and it was ready Sunday! I am glad I found the shop! This is a great bike shop. They let me store my 2 bikes while I got my own components. Definitely my new shop in Nashville!

  • Josh Helton

TERRIBLE customer service. Staff seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place and couldn’t be bothered to come and see what I needed. There are a million bike shops in this town. Go somewhere else.

  • Donald Mickunas

After much research, I took the 4 hour drive to this shop looking for a bicycle for me. Nicholas and Andrew were awesome. We slowly worked through the process of putting together a bicycle for me.

  • Emery Jeffreys

Great place. We were passing through town to get a flat fixed. Fast and reasonable. The young lady knows wrenches and knows her way around bicycles. I would use them all the time if we were local.

  • Jason

Hands down the best shop in Nashville. There's zero attitude whether you're riding hi-end or a beater. The techs know what their doing, and if they can save you on parts or service, they will.

  • josh garst

This is probably the cheapest place in town for bike repair/tuning. I was in and out in minutes for a front derailleur adjustment. Great place, will come back when my next DIY repair fails.

  • Todd Norris

If you need help and want someone to sit and talk with you and answer your questions, the people here will literally spend an hour or more if needed. Super patient, very knowledgeable.

  • Devin Crotzer

Stopped by on a whim today. Wonderful experience with the staff. Took his time to show me all the pedals and gave great advice. I also got a bike bag. I will shop there again!

  • Rosemary Dunn Jerkins

Customer service here was beyond excellent, Sylvia helped us solve our problem and was nice about everything! Looking forward to returning here for all of our cycling needs!

  • Kenny Haydel

Not very attentive to my needs. As soon as they assessed on first glance I wasn't there to buy one of their expensive bikes I was basically ignored! Real Bike Snobs.

  • Tyler Long

I've been going to Halcyon for parts and service for a few years and I've never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and service is excellent. Support local shops!

  • joseph collins

Not sure how they stay in business with those snotty attitudes. Location is convenient, but I will make the drive to REI in Brentwood for kinder, gentler service.

  • Anthony Yuill

Really cool bikes, really cool staff, great bike service. Bikes are so cool I would like one of each!!! ... right after I buy a house big enough to keep them!

  • Christina Matas

The parts in here are just too startling! They have great taste in here and the customers are getting everything in great quality, both on services and items.

  • Patrick Newsom

This shop is great. Folks who work here are knowledgeable, provide great service and are laid back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Halcyon to anyone.

  • Will Brown

These guys were great. Repaired without recommending a bunch of expensive replacements. Quick too, turnaround was less than 2 hours. Will def be back.

  • Whitfield McDonald

Best Bike shop in town. They do a great job on tune-ups. The people are down to Earth. The shop has a cool set-up. Plus, 12-South is a great area.

  • Chris Moss

5 Stars. This was my first time there and they did a great job on my bike. I hope to bring more bikes to them. Thanks for your business !!! AAA+++

  • William Wallace

Went in for a flat. They had it fixed in less than five minutes. Great service. New tube, patched old tube, and service included $13 not bad!

  • Sunny Winter

Wonderful response time, terrific service, great personal touches. Recently moved to the area and so happy to have found my go to bike shop!

  • Nick Spano

Besides the obligatory "hello", the staff was more interested in surfing the internet than helping me and I was the only person there.

  • Amelia Rousseau

They have worked on a few of my bikes! Always do a great job. Very friendly and helpful and keep me in budget when I need work done.

  • papamike612

Refused to help me. They don’t have to help me if they don’t want to, but to leave money on the table is just silly and unAmerican.

  • Levi Wiggins

Best local bike shop on the planet. Super thoughtful service, kind staff, and a great selection of bikes (all of which I want).

  • Kathleen Spicer

Halcyon is amazing! I got a flat tire on a long ride today and they fixed it in like 10 minutes. They are so nice and cool!

  • Jagdish Ghimire
