I have brought a lounge suite from here last year that is beautiful and comfortable. I also brought a 4 drawer from them last week. It looks good but while I was putting clothes in it and had all the drawers open it started to fall. So it’s very very dangerous. Luckily my kids weren’t the ones that open it. I did get a furniture anchor from Bunnings but I don’t think the wood of the drawer will stay together, I think it would split apart. So I’ve got one tall boy and a side drawer not from them holding it up. I still would buy furniture from here because it is on the cheaper side and it does look good. Just got to be careful if it’s a drawer. I brought from here because they deliver and it’s already put together.

I ordered a 3 seater lounge and paid for delivery. Unfortunately the lounge would not fit in our lift so had to pay another $100 for return. I ordered a 2 seater and arranged delivery for another date. The day before delivery I rang to confirm and was told they do not have the colour I asked for in stock and offered me another colour. That was not suitable for us so I cancelled order and was charged 30% cancellation fee of my first order. Very dissatisfied being charged 30% cancellation fee as that amount is just outrageous. Had they told me my 2nd order was not in stock I probably would have ordered something else. Customer service level = 0

We bought a 4 piece bedroom set including gas lift bed, side table and dresser mirror. We liked the set in display and wanted it for our home. Team was very helpful with choosing the option and with upfront cost, also helped us scheduling an delayed delivery. When we made the final payment, they offered us to deliver early as well. Whole set was delivered and assembled by their vendor. Feels amazing. Many options for great furniture. 5 star service and co-operation. Very supportive and understanding staff. Most important, if you like something it is available for immediate delivery and will be exact as you see. Highly Recommended!

I bought a lounge set ( Raven corner lounge) around 4 months ago and as much as I was happy with the customer service and the quick delivery as much as I am unhappy now that I bought it, the material is already ripped especially around the buttons and we barely used them as it was summer and we were away for the most of the time, again I can highly recommend their customer service but definitely not their items ( or at least the set I bought and I mentioned the name of it so you avoid buying it ) because it is a very cheap material and doesn't deserve the money spent on it.

Highly recommend to anyone, not only is the furniture gorgeous but it's so much cheaper than everywhere else as well. The transaction was super easy and lounge was delivered in less than a week. The staff were amazing and very friendly, and best of all they didn't try and force you to buy something at a higher price. Overall absolutely amazing and would definitely buy from again, cheap, comfortable, delivered and stress free i couldn't ask for better service so if you're looking for new furniture you'll be silly not to see them first AAA+

I am writing to share my experience of buying from Half Price Furniture. The showroom has a limited number of items on display, but the friendly staff can help you find from whatever you need their catalogues. The prices are competitive and the delivery is quick as well as flexible. I wanted the items to be delivered on a specific date and they were delivered as promised. Avadh is a very likeable and friendly person to deal with. If he promises, you can be assured that he will deliver.

The team was very fantastic to deal with and in particular the Owner Mr.Avadh was very friendly to explain the details about the product options that we wanted buy. Eventually we bought the 6 seater dining table and chairs from them and the product we have got is of top notch quality with a reasonable price as well! We will definetly be buying more things from Half Price Furniture store in future as well!

My partner and I purchased our lounge with Half Price Furniture. We went so many places then ended up that we couldn't leave the Half Price Furniture, the owner, extremely helpful. Same Lounge we looked at way cheaper than other places. I got my lounge quicker than expected, local same day free delivery also done. Nice to you when they take your money tell you . You Are getting a black lounge and end up with a charcoal grey go back and tell him and he argued it was black not grey when I strictly told him I needed black I showed him a black one next to it he said that is grey and not my problem you dont come back 3 weeks later when it's only been a week later I told him what the accc said he said go for it

Would not recommend, will tell you the lounge will be delivered within 3 weeks it's been 6 months now. Was told it's on the boat then something happened to the boat and the lounges got damaged . Gave them the benefit of the doubt to be told weeks later that there is delays and we would have it 100% by the 28th of November and once again there's another 5 week delay . Take your money elsewhere .

I bought a leather lounge set at a great price from these guys! Their customer service was exceptional and I asked them to deliver the lounge and the rest of my furniture to Batemans Bay As I was moving house. They were happy to deliver. Up date: I bought tow bed side tables last year and they were cracking. Very helpful and friendly and told my husband how to go about warranty! As long as you have proof of purchase there happy to replace under warranty! Bought three beds , L shape sofa set with coffee table. Half price furniture team delivered and assembled it. The furniture came out very nice. Avadh was very helpful in selection of the furniture and very accommodating in every aspect as we had renovation going on at our home and postponed the delivery date. Highly recommended.

Prices increased by 40 to 50 % from 2021 may to 2022 April. No price tags on products. Not a hygiene place. Poor customer service. Friend brought a lounge in may 2021 for $1700 and you selling same product for $2400 in April 2022. All I am asking for reasonable price. Please note $700 high for same product and its unreasonable.
